It's been 2 weeks now that I have been breaking in the new transmission and everything is running great. Special shout out to Jerad and his crew at the service desk for their courtesy and handling of a bad situation. We were waiting on my brother who was test driving cars. So we were passing time, I was stretching and practicing my dance moves. Until a salesperson came over, nervously, and said "we noticed that you have been here awhile and wondering if you have been helped". He was sent by the business center ladies via walkie talkie. My brother was delayed to getting to the salesperson due to an error on their part. I really did not want to be there in the first place and then to be suspicious of, made me really angry. I tried calling customer relations directly to speak to someone about my experience but the line had a wait time. They already made me wait for so long, I am exhausted and want to move on. For the rest of the experience, there seems to have a large selection of vehicles however I am not sure why 5-10+ salespeople cluster and walk around like they are not doing anything. We accomplished what my brother wanted to do. He tried out the cars he was interested in but the experience was colored by heavy waiting times, gossiping ladies in the business center, and disorganized sales reps. Poor Diagnostics & Customer Service…read more We brought our Alfa Romeo Stelvio to this dealership after several warning lights came on. They charged me $300 for diagnostics and told me the battery was bad and needed to be replaced. This didn't make sense because the battery was installed by AAA about a year ago. To be sure, I called AAA. They performed a full check and confirmed the battery was perfectly fine. Despite this, the dealership insisted their equipment was "better" and continued to claim the battery was bad, without performing the basic tests (charge, load, and reserve capacity tests) any competent mechanic would do. I then took the car to another independent mechanic. He confirmed that the battery was 100% healthy and instead diagnosed an issue with the BCM, which he repaired. I contacted the dealership again to request a refund given the incorrect and incomplete diagnostics, but they refused. Overall, I paid $300 for a completely wrong diagnosis and wasted time dealing with an issue they failed to identify. I would not recommend this service department.
