As always, Owner, Greg Stopka and his Jewelsmiths performed impeccable, precise repairing for all my jewelry. Surely, there are Jewelry Repair Shops located in Placerville, Folsom, Roseville, and Sacramento who perform jewelry repairing which I have visited and had repairs performed . . . However, the shops I visited didn't perform permanent repair workmanship mandatorily required. She made both of us feel so comfortable and really wanted to know what we liked. I was pretty anxious going into it but she made the experience so easy. She asked so many questions about what I'm looking for and what's most important to me. She also was genuinely interested in our relationship and who we are. I left toward the last 15 minutes of the appointment so Lyss could talk to my boyfriend about pricing and logistics and he said she was not pushy at all to sell. We were offered waters and chocolates, and each consultant in there was incredibly kind and welcoming. It was truly a great environment. She was kind of all over the place and it made what was supposed to be a simple pick up into a long, frustrating experience. Madlen was so confused about our pick up even though I explained several times we had two separate orders, one that was ready for pick up and another that was still processing. Her focus was on the wrong order. Another visit: On Saturday 5/29, my partner and I dropped by the showroom to return one of the rings we purchased due to a quality issue, and again, Madlen was there and proceeded to help us with the return. She did not walk me through the return process. I asked for a receipt and she said the receipt will come via email. Upon checking my email receipt later, I realized it was just a drop off receipt, no indication of a return/refund processed. I needed to call their customer service team to get further instructions on the process. While we loved the rings we picked out, the service needs work. The quality wasn't there, and sadly, we're unlikely to be back at all. Really wished it was a better experience for my fiance and I.
