Another beautiful ring purchased here! I feel incredibly grateful for the caring staff who take the time to work with me and listen to my needs. My husband bought my engagement ring here a few years ago which was a 1.5 ct. ring in a yellow gold setting with diamonds on the sides. I always knew I wanted another larger diamond so this time I chose a white gold setting with a 2.5 ct. diamond which was so perfect! Also bought a band to go with the solitaire ring. Thank you to Arturo for doing an amazing job on the sizing and perfect placement of the diamond. Thank you to the Manager for giving me such a wonderful experience and price and thank you Humaira for being patient with my needs and helping me through the entire process. Highly recommend anyone buying any diamond jewelry here. The diamonds are the highest quality! Thank you so much Valliani! read more

Susan, Sameer, Janette and Mama Julia were absolutely amazing when we came in. My husband and I came in to look for a wedding band. Right when we walked it the staff remembered my husband from the previous day as he came in to get a chain. He told the staff he'll be back to get my wedding band and we sure did come back and they remembered him and my two kids who came with him. They remembered my kids just got their flu shots and asked how things were after. The fact they remembered this just shows how they care for their customers and understand the value of family. Right when I walked in they knew what type of band I would want and matched it beautifully with my engagement ring. The staff knows their stuff and most importantly we're just so kind, attentive, and definitely give off a family vibe. We can't wait to pick up the band when it's ready! read more

Several months ago, I was looking for a diamond heart necklace to give as a gift. Susan helped me select one and the purchase process was fast and easy. I was pleased with the pricing too. Fast forward to today... I went in looking for a simple, channel set diamond ring. Something that I wanted as a treat for myself. Susan stepped up again and assisted me. My fingers are small so they did the resizing right then and there. I was very pleased with the results. My new ring looks great! Everyone in Valliani is pleasant and helpful. They acknowledge you as soon as you walk in. The whole process is smooth and affordable. Two separate purchases that I'm very happy with. I recommend that you stop by and let them help you with your next jewelry purchase. There's lots to choose from! read more

Excellent Customer Service and Experience! Humaira greeted me as I entered the store. I came in originally to window shop and possibly buy a new watch for myself to commemorate my milestone birthday. Who gave me a good price on the watch and then as I was looking around, I started looking for other items. Mama Julia was also very helpful and fun. She is the energy of the store and provided great financing options. The gentleman, Samer, was also very helpful with the repair of my wedding ring. I had a full circle experience and each person played their part. I even treated myself to some other goodies. I have no regrets as I deserve everything that I bought. It was the experience that I stayed and provided more business. I did not feel as if I was being pressured to buy anything. I felt like a valued customer and that we had been doing business together for years. They earned my business and even more to come in the future. Thank you Valliani Jewelers! read more
