Have been using S&F services for spring window washing for 3 years. Reliable, efficient and reasonable. Highly recommend.

Quick and very good. Honest and hard working. I would recommend and have used them several times.

OH MY GOD! I've never had such a great experience working with someone like Selvin! Had them come out to a house we bought a year ago and had him do a complete interior and exterior cleaning. My house looks better than when I first purchased it! Selvin is extremely professional and the quality of his work is unmatched! Thank you again Selvin! read more

These guys are good! They were easy to contact and helped work around my difficult schedule. This is now the second time I have used them when moving and needing a deep clean. The are well priced for the work they have done. Selvin was the gentleman I dealt with the whole process and is very knowledgeable and even gets in on the cleaning during the projects! I used them for just about all their services but I'm sure I could use more in the future. Highlights of their services: Windows: see through Carpets: bright and clean Kitchen: it's wasn't that clean before I moved in! Bathroom: no way a bearded person lived here Pressure wash: concrete and outside of home look immaculate! In all seriousness they did a great job and will be using them often! Fantastic work Selvin and crew in both jobs, sorry I didn't write a review until now! I'll call shortly for your work! read more

WHAT A GREAT JOB! I called needing to have my windows cleaned on short notice. They came out the next morning, first thing, and did a fantastic job. They were nice, quick, fair priced, and I can actually see outside my windows now. Turns out there's nothing wrong with my vision. LOL. I will definitely be calling them for additional services since they seem to do everything from windows to house cleaning to power washing. read more

Selvin came out to our large country home in Petaluma and gave us a very competitive quote for power washing our roof, deck and siding as well as washing our many windows inside and out. He and his crew arrived on time as agreed. Even with the limitation of having to rely upon our well water they finished the job in just 8 hours. Selvin and his crew followed Covid protocols and were respectful of our property. read more

We have gotten the best service from them. Their respond time is great! The bids have always been better than other companies and the work they do has been spot on! We had several challenges during this season and they were there every time. read more

I'm not able to go up and clean off our tile roof any more and found out about S&F from a friend. Delving immediately returned my call when 2 or 3 other companies would not. He and another guy came right as promised and did a great job and cleaned up for a very reasonable price. I plan on using them every year and maybe for some other work. A great deal! read more

Cannot recommend S&F Services enough. These guys do it all and work with you to make the job convenient and easy. We called them on the fly to clean windows and screens of a two-story home. Selvin was able to come out on the day and time we requested and gave us a quote far below what we were expecting! When it came time to do the job he was able to get it done quickly and at the price he quoted! Additionally, S&F Services offers home and carpet cleaning which we have used on another property - also great, reliable, fast and efficient. Above all, Selvin's customer service and willingness to go above and beyond sets him and his company apart from others. He's truly a good guy and will do his best to make sure you're satisfied. Would give you guys 10 out of 10 if I could. read more

These guys cleaned our windows beautifully. Selvin was unable to swing by to give me a bid in advance, but instead gave me a great deal in the hopes of beginning a long relationship. (We have a lot of windows.) Classy and effective. Well done! read more

Top quality results and very professional service! Selvin has been to our home to wash our windows on four occasions--we have been vey happy with the results but also with the courteousness and diligence with which he completes his task. We have a lot of windows--he works so quickly and quietly that sometimes I forget he's there! We have some older windows and Selvin has worked, with good results, to restore them. Just as a previous reviewer mentioned, I have no hesitation having Selvin work in my home: he is trustworthy, innovative and professional. read more

Excellent in every regard.....I had a house coming on the market and found out Fish could not come for 6 weeks. Drove by Selvin in traffic and called him off the number on his van. He made a special trip out to see the job that day and fit us in the next day at 8:30 am to do the windows.. He went out of his way to help me and fit us in to his busy schedule. He did a great job......honestly the best ever plus did the screens and power washed the patio and got the spider webs off......Everything looked great and he did more than most for a better price. So I am sticking with S &F from now on......really very good experience.....happy to have found them. read more

This review is long over due - largely because I was unable to find my original correspondence with S&F Services. S&F Services was a great company to work with. The owner, Selvin, was truly one of a kind. I emailed haphazardly regarding having my carpets cleaned and within 30 minutes Selvin reached out with his quote. Selvin's quote seamed reasonable for the work to be done. On the day of the service Selvin showed up on time, gave me a heads up regarding his ETA before he arrived, and quickly worked to get things done upon his arrival. I was astonished by how cleaned everything looked - since the carpets had not been cleaned in years. In fact, it was so clean that we opted to not replace the carpets at all. While he was cleaning, Selvin also gave tips on how to keep the carpets cleaned and gave guidance on how to regularly keep carpets cleaned. I also learned that his business also does regular home cleaning work - I wish I knew that ahead of time as I would have booked that from them as well. Overall, I had a very good experience with S&F Services. read more

Selvin and his team did a great job cleaning our office AND cleaning our carpet. It was hard to find someone who could do both. So much easier to have everything taken care of in one appointment. He was also able to accommodate our very specific date request - we needed the cleaning to be done while the office was empty. He was able to get some stubborn stains out of our carpet so we were pleasantly surprised. And Selvin's a nice guy to boot! Highly recommended! read more

Selvin and his partner were professional and courteous. They communicated with me well beforehand, arrived on time and worked tirelessly until the windows in my home were all clean and streak free. He also power washed the roof on one side of my house with fantastic results. I pointed out that a small trail of water was created by the power washing and he immediately, without complaint, cleaned it. Very satisfied, great value and will definitely use them again. read more

This is the best window cleaning & screen repair ever. Selvin never scolded me for letting the windows go so long (don't judge me!) without cleaning. He didn't leave a mess.... he was thorough, finished in a timely manner, and just a nice person to have working in my home. read more
