Not their fault but when I asked what size spokes I needed they told me 193 for front and back... which I immediately knew was wrong. They just threw out a random number at me when I already know drive side and non-drive side on the back wheel and the front wheel are all different size spokes. So I told them no worries I'll go order them and come back so you guys can build them for me and they said okay and again confirmed if they were sure if it was 193... so they were willing to let me go buy the wrong sizes and come back in for them to still not be able to build them lol. It's a good thing I know a little bit more about bikes because unfortunately somebody else would have been VERY mad. Hope they like review! Don't go here! Place is also a dump!!!

After waiting two weeks, I received a text saying the bike was ready and that the total would be $89.99, including parts and labor. When I arrived to pick up the bike, I was told the price would actually remain $120 because they had to order "special oil." I was confused since their text clearly stated $89.99 including parts and labor. I also mentioned that I appeared to have been double-charged and tried to show the owner the charge on his phone. He refused to look, checked his computer, and said it showed only one charge and told me to contact my credit card company. Later that day, my son rode his bike and came home after about an hour saying his rear brake wasn't working. He had to slam on his front brake to stop and ended up crashing. He came home with a bruised and scraped knee and a sprained wrist that now requires him to wear a brace for a month. I immediately called the shop and was told to bring the bike back in. The owner said the issue was a "glazed rotor" and that we needed a new rotor. I declined the additional service. What's concerning is that the bike was returned to us with a rear brake that did not function properly. Instead of taking responsibility, the owner accused my son of doing wheelies, which is simply not the case. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience. The pricing was inconsistent, concerns about billing were dismissed, and most importantly, the bike was returned in an unsafe condition. I would strongly recommend others double-check their work before riding

Charging customers after failing to fix the bike is unacceptable. We left with the same broken bike, missing time, and an extra $200 bill. I would absolutely not recommend this place to anyone. David recommended lights for the front and back and I got that installed. Total $180. You pay for the service first. When I first walked in at 2pm, he got right to work, examining the bike and listening to my issues with it respectfully. He replaced and fixed it all and I picked it up by 5pm I reluctantly paid for the service but if you have an old bike that needs fixing, just get a new one if you don't hold sentimental value towards it. He literally had 6 customers within 15 mins and knocked 5 of them out just like that! One person was waiting on ski adjustments which took more time. I came in with a minor road bike tire repair and he solved the problem in seconds! We have now two bike shops on the Westchester area and the other one is shut down until 1/2!
