The restaurant is pretty nondescript and parking is very limited. I ordered the Hawaiian combo with Huli Huli chicken and teriyaki chicken. All meals come with rice and mac salad. The mac salad was really good. Like hmm 4.5 outta 5 stars. Both chicken dishes were just meh. The chicken alone had very little to no flavor all the flavor came from the sauce which wasn't anything special. The serving size was good but the flavor was lacking so I probably won't try them again.

First things first - this restaurant has a very small seating area with two very small tables. We…read more(3 people) dined in, but I have to assume that almost 100% of their business is takeaway. That said, we were not like sardines in a tin, we were comfortable in the space we had. It is probably relevant, though, to mention that two of the 3 people in our party were very small Filipinas. The entrees were excellent. Those were, in no particular order, lechon, Bicol Express and pork belly. We also got a large side of lumpia, which was not bad, but rather, decidedly average, so it suffered in comparison to the superb entrees. Additionally, they sliced it into small diagonal-cut (think of the way ziti pasta is cut) pieces, which I imagine was done for the sake of presentation, but I didn't find it visually appealing in the least. No matter, it's a mere trifle compared to the overall meal. The Sapin Sapin dessert was also fantastic, and somehow we made room for that after eating the generous entrees. The service was attentive and professional without being overbearing. Definitely coming back here again, and so are the two Filipinas (Tacloban and Mindanao). I think that sums it up neatly, right?

We decided to try this place because we wanted something different and were excited after seeing…read moreall the good reviews. Unfortunately, our experience started off on the wrong foot because of the customer service. The guy taking our order was not very pleasant and gave us a reluctant vibe from the beginning. When we try a new place, we usually order several different dishes so we can get a good variety of what they have to offer. We ordered three plates, and he asked, "How many people are you ordering for because you already have three plates?" That comment didn't sit right with us, but we let it go. As we continued ordering different items, he made more awkward comments, including, "Are you sure you want that? It's the same thing, just made differently." We honestly didn't understand why he was trying to discourage us from ordering. If someone is willing to pay for the food, why try to talk them out of buying it? It left us feeling very unwelcome. We waited nearly 30 minutes for our food, which we understood because we ordered a good amount. But when the food came out, there were no pleasantries or anything that made us feel welcomed as customers. Unfortunately, the customer service completely overshadowed the experience for us. Customer service is a big pet peeve of mine. If I feel like I'm being treated unpleasantly or made to feel unwelcome, I'm not likely to return. Safe to say, we will not be going back. As for the restaurant itself, it is very small. There were only about two tables inside, along with some outdoor seating, so I would not recommend it for larger groups. Three people would probably be the most comfortable for the indoor space. The food itself was okay. Honestly, I think we may have rated it higher if we had a better experience with the customer service. The two dishes we really enjoyed were the dinuguan and laing. They also give a good portion of rice. Unfortunately, when you combine the food with the customer service and the very limited indoor seating, this just wasn't a place we would return to. **Customer Service: 1/10** **Inside/Seating: 1/10** **Food: 5/10**

We got the tapsilog as well, with a side order of red hot dogs. The tapa wasn't quite the same texture as traditional tapa. Halo halo was yummy! Okay I ordered the longsilog, tapsilog, kaldereta, and 2 taho. Total $76. The kaldereta, meat and veggies cooked to perfection! Loved that and the liberal us of liver in the sauce. However it was more sweet than savory, I give it a 5/10. I did drop off a silog to big bro and we split the meat as you can see :) The longsilog came in 4 dinky pieces the size of the spoon. And it was literally the store bought frozen one from Winco lol. At least that's what it tasted like. This was disappointing. The tapa was flavorful, salty and went perfect with the atchara. And the atchara was amazing! Egg cooked perfectly too. But the rice.. mushy :( I didn't like that. Also they didn't provide sawsawan :( luckily I had some at home. Longsilog a 2/10 and tapsilog 6/10. Lastly the taho!! Mannn it was made with firm tofu that was disappointing too. 5/10. I do think this place is worth a try, cause you might like it! But tbh this might be a one and done for me

We were seated right away, and menu were already on our table (we were a bit late, an outdoor event was just ending, hard to find a parking spot). Our Lumpia and meat skewers were really good and presented just right. So was the the rock fish. Everyone devoured the Pancit Bihon! The chicken, well, it was as if I was using a dull knife! When chicken doesn't fall apart with just a knife, or your fingers easily, it only means: it's not fully cooked! The rock fish, on the other hand, is also appealing outside, and all, but it wasn't cooked inside. (see photo). I figured: FUSION means: frozen inside and quickly cooked outside, to meet in demand. The chef won an award in 2022, but quality had gone down, when foods are not getting cooked right. Customers, want consistency, and they want their money's worth.

Showed up for a very late lunch at their Alberta location. Stepped up and ordered: Palabok-Rice noodles, seafood sauce, ground pork, sautéed shrimp, pork crackling, fried garlic. First, I should have added an egg for $1. This was a little more bland than traditional palabok. Noodles were also a little thicker than I like. Its good, but I do favor the more traditional palabok. Adobong Gulay-Green beans and fried tofu in a tamari and vinegar sauce. My sister had been hoping for the Kare Kare, but they were sold out, so she opted for the Adobong Gulay. I tried a bite and found it tasty. Lumpia-Good lumpia. Says it has longanisa sausage as a filling, but it wasn't the usually strong longanisa taste. Ube Bibingka-ube flavored rice cake, toasted coconut. Not as heavy as a traditional bibingka. It was fluffier (reminded me of marshmallows). And I ate every bite. Good solid filipino food cart.
