I lucked out when I saw their offerings on DoorDash. My initial experience was via delivery, and I'm definitely trying other menu options. Decided to check out their physical location. They're located in a food cart pod called The Garage right by the Aloha Station. They have a covered outside seating area. There is a parking lot. The best way in, and out would be through SW Shaw. The lady who took my order was very pleasant, even when she was quite busy. Their menu offerings are spot on. Their barbecue silog was just what I was craving. . It came with 4 pork skewers, rice, fried egg, cucumbers and tomatoes, and a small side of pickled zucchini. Their pancit canton came with two pork skewers, and was just right. Their HaloHalo was perfect. Unlike other places that make it too sweet. It came with ube ice cream, a sliver of leche flan, some sweet puff cereal, a barquillo (a crispy rolled wafer). and halohalo fixings. It had ube slathered in the cup which other restaurants don't do. I would definitely recommend this local Filipino owned family business. If you're in the area, and are craving Filipino food or a HaloHalo do check them out. You won't be disappointed!

Travelled from Vancouver, WA to try out this food truck. Kidding. We were in the area. They have lots of parking space on the property- which is a huge plus. We came around 11 and got the longanisa plate, tapsilog, eggplant, and dinaguan. The longanisa wasn't as sweet or garlicky as I normally like it. It's a homemade sausage for sure. So that's a plus! With the side of garlic rice and suka. YUM! The rice portion was perfect! Not too little and not too much. The garlic ness of the rice could've been better though. It was pretty bland. The tapsilog was delicious! Loved every bite of it. Paired it with a side of tortang talong (eggplant omelette) which was missing patis for flavor. The dinaguan, my husband said was delicious. It wasn't oily like other places and the meat pieces were decent. Paid $57 for all this food which is mind blowing. Thought I would get away with maybe $40. Flavor wise, the food was great! Especially when you don't get a lot of home cooked Filipino meals around the area.

Great hidden spot. Fresh cooked to order. Lumpia was spot on and hot. Tocinolog is a sweet tender pork meat served with short grain rice, a veggie relish dish, side of tomato (kamatis) and cucumber. Very good food!!! Halo halo was amazing! Refreshingly good!! Definitely would come back.

Me: (Names Favorite --'s) teriyaki chicken or ( favorite ----'s) Hawaiian? Minion: Hmm. Too salty. It is bad for us, we are old. Me: (Summarily whips out yelp). Smoked meat plates from a food truck? ( shows kahlua pork photo bc Minion likes kahlua pig). Minion: Ok. Me:( theyre gonna be salty too duh but) ok. This food truck is hidden off TV Highway in the back of Walgreens on the west side. Parking and access are fine. There are outdoor tables. Minion said the man was friendly. Lunch was about $28. Took them 10-15 min to get it ready on the grill so it's made to order. Nice. Half an hour later we were in Minion's air conditioned family room digging into lunch while streaming episode 1of One Piece ( um, not my thing). The food was good. There was surprisingly more rice buried under the proteins. It was a good amount of food. I liked the mac salad, as someone else noted it was grainy. It might have parmesan in it maybe? I have no idea if the " meat" was beef or pork or...?? But it was good. The chicken was delicious too. There was a cup of a sweet soy type sauce. And it was not too salty. I had a bite of Minion's kahlua pig and it was tender and smoky. Overall , it was a win! Give it a try. (* Saw no vegan or veggie options but there is an Indian food truck right next door).

The platter included half chicken half pork, rice, mac salad, and some sauce. Everything was absolutely delicious. Great flavor from everything, you can tell they use a killer marinade. Guys running the cart were also super cool, and hooked it up. Definitely give this place a try if you're over Roxy's or 808.

It's located in the food truck pod near the old Big Lots parking area and is easy to find. We noticed there's a covered dining area and decided to dine in. Once you walk to the counter, you will see the menu in front of the cart. Personally, I was very impressed with the menu sign as it was very informative. If you spend 2 minutes reading the sign, it would probably answer all your questions. It has the pictures and price of the dishes, side dishes and average info, stars on the recommended ones, their contact information, social media and the QR code. We noticed many customers called in their orders then picked up their orders later, it's a nice move as it took a while for the food to be made. Thank goodness we were not starving, otherwise it might have been a while. We ordered the steak and shrimp combo with the chicken fried rice. Everything was freshly prepared and tasted good. The portion was also pretty generous. We can see why it's popular. Overall, we like 503 Hibachi and would return. Thought we might call ahead and order first.
