Their Mac salad is very good, but at $3.50 for what seems like a thimble full (1oz) is a bad sign. Places don't get this ridiculous-stingy on low-food-cost sides unless they are hurting as a business, and doing this kind of thing drives people away; especially with another massively thriving Hawaiian food place just around the corner. Hawaiian food places with actual authentic Hawaiian food are not plentiful, & having 2 this close together is almost definitely hurting Aloha's bottom line. I wish them well, but at a time of day when the other one has 15-20 people flowing through in 30 minutes, this place is very quiet and serene.

I think there isn't enough online photos of the menu, because the pricing I saw and the pricing online, is drastically different. I brought my toddler in with me. We ordered a Maui girl and BBQ mix to go. Since it was empty it was nice that my daughter she got to look around and see all the artwork and decor they had on the wall. As far as food goes, personally I love 808 grinds Mac salad. But this was good too! I think the chicken and kalbi beef was great. My beef was just too bland for my taste, so I think I'd try the waikiki mix next! My husband always has loved their food, so this was no different. Great food, easy fast service. Definitely will be coming back to try waikiki mix!

They have 4 food trucks one of them being the 503 Hibachi food truck. My son and I tried the Hibachi Chicken with Veggies, his came with rice and I ordered mine with Yakisoba noodles. The chicken had a lot of flavor, I topped it off with sriracha for a little spice, the Yakisoba noodles where very flavorful and not greasy, the veggies were cooked well and had a lot of flavor. It is served with two side sauces, they were both very flavorful as well. We both enjoyed the food, the portions were very large, I took home about half my meal and finished it off at dinner later that night. They have outdoor seating, there are bences within a covered area. The staff was very friendly. As far as parking, the have about 6 parking spots.

It's located in the food truck pod near the old Big Lots parking area and is easy to find. We noticed there's a covered dining area and decided to dine in. Once you walk to the counter, you will see the menu in front of the cart. Personally, I was very impressed with the menu sign as it was very informative. If you spend 2 minutes reading the sign, it would probably answer all your questions. It has the pictures and price of the dishes, side dishes and average info, stars on the recommended ones, their contact information, social media and the QR code. We noticed many customers called in their orders then picked up their orders later, it's a nice move as it took a while for the food to be made. Thank goodness we were not starving, otherwise it might have been a while. We ordered the steak and shrimp combo with the chicken fried rice. Everything was freshly prepared and tasted good. The portion was also pretty generous. We can see why it's popular. Overall, we like 503 Hibachi and would return. Thought we might call ahead and order first.

The chicken had a decent crisp on it (especially considering it was transported home), was juicy and the sauce was great. The kalua pork was excellent and just what I was hoping for. This truck appeared clean and well put together. I walked up, was greeted by the man working the front. He wasn't overly warm, but we got to the point and ordered efficiently. I got a little device for when my food would be ready, which was no more than 10 minutes! Really quick, and I was on my way. The dish itself is hot and well cooked. The sauce is rather mild, but the flavors are good. I asked for 1* but I'm guessing it's a 0* as there's no spice at all, which I'm ok with, but it's worth noting. The ingredients taste, look and feel fresh. Overall, a good food truck experience and I would do it again!

It was delicious at first but we were surprised that the bottom of this dish was actually 3 large potatoes. After eating all the ingredients at the top, there was nothing but these 3 potatoes left which was disappointing but there was nothing else to eat with these. Ended up throwing it away.
