We had some takeaway boiled egg curry puffs from another store that we brought in with us and they were cool with us eating these at the table. Big props for being max chill. We hit the beef, pork, prawn and vegetable steamed dumplings and man, I gotta tell ya, pork just steal the day, don't they? I mean I'm as big a prawn fan as the next bloke, but there's just something about pork and the way it's all juicy delicious inside that glutinous little wrapping. It's a happy marriage, one that I want to eat as much of as humanly possible. I'm not an Anzac Parade regular, but this place made The List, that one I keep in my head.

Initially they told me we might need to wait for the dumplings so the main would be served first. No problem. After 15 mins, the dumplings came , and they said the chef made it for us first....oh sure... when we were done with the dumplings, it took ANOTHER 20 mins for the main dish to come. 20 mins !!! We were still hungry when we finished so we ordered some boiled dumplings. MISTAKE - cause it took already 15 mins. Seriously, how difficult is it to boil some dumplings (assuming the dumplings were pre-made). The food was not bad, but the wait was really annoying. Not sure if I would be back....

I have been coming here for over fifteen years and love this place more than any other. Why? Because they menu is varied and very reasonably priced. Entrees - most only $5, Main dishes are mostly $8.50 - $11.80, Seafood $14.80 and most expensive dish being the Roast Duck -$26! Choose dishes ranging from Wonton Soups, Laksa's, Fried Noodles, Beef, Chicken, Seafood, Hot Pots, Bean Curds and Congee. Also BBQ Pork, Duck and Chicken is available until 9.50pm at night. After ordering, complementary Jasmine Chinese tea is placed on your table. Sometimes a chicken broth or vegetable soup is also offered if available. The meals arrive very quickly after ordering - a strong point of this venue. No waiting ten minutes or more here. My recommendations are: Black Pepper Diced Beef with Broccoli, Sweet and Sour Pork, Steamed 1/2 Chicken with Ginger and Shallots, Honey King Prawns, Crispy Skin Chicken and the Dong Dong Fried Rice. The staff are always polite and friendly and ready to make your visit enjoyable. No wonder I keep coming back for more.

So excited by the spare ribs options, my friend and I ordered the Satay Beef spare ribs and Black Pepper Spare ribs and shared them. The service was fast and the meal was a bargain.

Basically good for a very casual dinner or takeaway. They also do $10 lunch specials which are good value for money. There are a variety of deep fried entree options like money bags, spring rolls, and curry puffs (which are delicious - very soft). They also have chicken skewers and baby octopus skewers which are pretty good. As like a traditional Thai place, there are stirfy options, pad Thai, pad everything else and curries. The pad see-ew is delicious and another good choice is the masamun curry. Red curry is also quite nice. They offer white and brow rice for those who like choice. They are pretty fast and also pretty cheap. You can also BYO.

Ordered the chili fried rice with mixed seafood and the spicy noodles with tofu and veggies. The food came in about 40 minutes and the delivery guy was really nice and friendly. Total the two dishes came to 22.50, so I gave him $25 and told him to keep the change. He was very happy and bowed and said thank you. Both dishes were really tasty - the fried rice had a good mix of seafood - big prawns, scallops, squid and fish. The noodles were also very tasty. Overall a good standard Thai place - can't say anything was particularly amazing, but very good. Would order from again.

There was no chopsticks or silverware on the table when we sat down. The staff was friendly and greeted us with menus and a minute later, came back and asked if we were ready before we even looked at the menu. I will say that the lunch specials are pretty good - $7.95 for an array of dishes and comes with complimentary hot tea - which is rare for Sydney. I ordered the combination noodle soup and that included seafood, barbecue pork and chicken. You can choose either egg or rice noodle. My date ordered the pork spare ribs. My soup came out in about 5-7 minutes with a soup spoon but never got any chopsticks. Asked the waitress for it and got it, but my date's food still wasn't there. It came maybe 3 minutes later, which was a bit annoying. My soup had a lot of stuff in it - meat - pork, chicken and seafood - prawns and squid and a good amount of veggies - mushrooms, broccoli, carrots, chinese greens, but the broth was a bit bland. I had to ask for chili sauce, which made it better. My date's ribs were chewy and he didn't really enjoy it. Overall this place is a bit average - glad we didn't pay too much for the food. I was full but not overly satisfied. Not sure I'd come back.

My group and I came here with recommendation from a friend of ours. The owner of the place which we call Uncle was lovely and friendly showed us our table upstairs. The menu was extensive, and while we were busy perusing the menu, a pot of Chinese tea arrived, followed by colourful drinks for the kids. Layers of bright rainbow colours excite all seven children at our table, including two of mine. I found out that kids get extra privilege here, they get free drink and dessert. We didn't have to wait long until the food arrived. Wagyu Beef Rolls with Enoki Mushrooms was a highlight, the beef was tender and perfectly paired with the delicate mushrooms right in the centre of each roll. We also had the Silken Bean Curd with mushrooms, Salt and Pepper Squid, a chicken dish and a pork dish. They were your average tasty Chinese food. Then the waiter came with a big bowl of dessert soup consists of sweet potatoes swimming in a muddy coloured sweet broth. The kids got a bright multicoloured rainbow jelly egg for dessert. All these desserts were served complimentary. Always a good way to end a meal!
