I ordered the pork soy sauce ramen $13.50 (supposedly number 1 on their bestselling list). The first round I found a dead mosquito in it and called the waitress, she changed a new bowl for me. The noodles were great, the right balance between tangy and chewy. The pork was nicely cooked. However the soup was so so so salty I was shivering with every bite. I probably just had one or two sips of the soup but the noodles alone were enough to make me shiver with saltiness. I later poured some plain water (probably one whole cup) to dilute the soup. After everything I only realized that they had a note on the side that reminds customer the soup can be salty and please remind them if you want it less salty. Ok, my bad for not seeing it before ordering. But the soup is seriously salty beyond human consumption. Please tone it down chef.
That aside, the service was good, the noodles were actually pretty good and I felt that it was partly my own fault for not seeing the notice before ordering.
But even if you didn't ask them to make it less salty, you can just take some free water at the counter and pour it into the soup to dilute it. The only downside is that your soup is going to less warm than what it is supposed to be. read more
