I love recommending Air One because they are so professional and timely. Every person we refer to Air One has been so happy with Billy and his team, it is lovely! We discovered Air One when our home's AC went out in the middle of summer. We received a few quotes and chose Billy because he was way more knowledgeable than any other company that came out to quote the job. He shared facts, information and recommended the proper sizing based on our home. He is a seasoned professional in all things HVAC related and not a salesman. He checked to make sure our system didn't just need a repair and worked with our electrician to see if the old unit could come back to life. It was grounded and couldn't be saved but I appreciated the effort and try. Billy is about putting the right unit in your home and gives you options in that range. His team went in an attic that was swelteringly hot to say the least to evaluate the situation. Install was a tough order because they were carrying a massive furnace up a flight of stairs and in an attic on newly refinished hardwood floors and painted walls. Air One was INCREDIBLY respectful of our floors and did a beautiful job. Billy made sure to put a towel down when they opened the attic door every time. If you just let him know, he makes sure his team takes great care. He went out of his way to make sure our home was without AC for the shortest amount of time possible when they was a shortage of units. His team took the absolute best care of our family. He showed up for us and cared in a manner that is rare. When we had a cooling issue pop up a few months later and my in laws were visiting he rushed out that night so my mother in law wouldn't have to sleep in a too warm home. My MIL adores Billy and the other tech that was with them. They showed up at like 7 or 9pm on a Friday night to get our system back up to full speed. When we had other remodeling work going on Billy and his team got along and worked well with our other vendors. He helped put in venting for our range hood to send the air outside rather than circulate in the home. He and his team worked with our electrician and contractor to get everything set up smoothly. We passed county inspections of the project in a breeze and the system works perfectly. (It was installed 6+ months ago.) Billy and his team continue to amaze me with their service and knowledge. They are so well versed in what they do it is refreshing. Billy is all about HVAC and helped our neighbors sort out a semi complex issue to get the house to cool evenly. Through inspecting they find the issue and present the best solution. Truly seasoned pros. They always take and share photos to show the issue with their recommendation. We just had them out to service our AC units for our home. We have been very happy with all of our Air One experiences since we started using them a year ago. This is after they charged us almost $500 to chage a pressure switch on a furnace that needed replacement. When we asked other companies the cost of changing a pressure switch their cost ranged from $250 to $300 max. They refused to give us an itemized breakdown for what parts and labor would be. At the estimate said it would take 4 hours to install and them claimed it would take 2 men a full days labor to install. Tried to charge us for parts that were not needed and was installing a generic furnace. Found another installer to install a bigger Lennox unit for around $2,900. Be VERY, VERY wary and get multiple estimate. Honestly one star is too high. It is a shame because we had been a customer for years and never had a problem until now.

Their focus is definitely "customer service" and making sure their customers are completely satisfied...from the office, out into the field. They service and maintain 5 heat pumps on my two properties, and just replaced an older unit I was having problems with. Samantha in the office is great at her job, and their technicians are experienced and highly skilled! I can attest to the fact that owner, Mike Lane, is directly involved with his business, also spends time in the field, and has the customer in mind as his top priority. When I had an issue and questions back in July, Mike personally visited my property to investigate & show me what was going on, and provided me with options. Another "plus" we've seen is their weekend coverage and support. I'd had another issue earlier this summer, called their 24-hour hot-line on a Sunday afternoon, and they quickly called me back and resolved the problem over the phone. The next day, one of their technicians was here at 8:00am to check out my system and make sure all was good. No charge for this extra call they made to double-check things! I initially reached out for a refrigerator water line install and dishwasher water line install as well as a quote on new pipe hangers and shower, toilet, and sink install which I told the receptionist when booking . I asked the receptionist since I did not have kitchen cabinets and sink installed yet if the water line for dishwasher could be done or if I needed to wait and was told it wasn't an issue. Fast forward and plumber came out put in a line for refrigerator and said dishwasher couldn't be installed until sink was installed. I was charged over $300 for work and never received a quote for other work. After calling back twice inquiring , I finally got called back to say I was too far away for big jobs.
