He said he wouldn't deliver and needed two guys and that office would call me to reschedule. It has been 10 days. No word from them. I am not comfortable using them anymore.

Most recently they removed an 80'+ tall "V" shaped tree that was damaged during a rain storm. Part of the tree fell and the other part that was still over 80' tall was compromised and had to be taken down immediately. I called Dawson's first thing on the morning of the 4th of July. Despite it being a holiday, they immediately responded and sent their arborist out to evaluate and mobilize the correct course of action. Within days they remedied the situation and removed all parts of tree. This particular tree was in a very tricky spot of of yard wedged very close to a neighbors house and part having over this house. Amazing work they did. As the owner of a small business, I can appreciate the highest level of customer service. This was exactly that. I will always use this company in the future and give them my highest recommendation. I arrived before closing time and was in the middle of placing my order when she abruptly refused to continue because it was exactly 4:30 PM. Despite already starting the order, she insisted they couldn't proceed because they had been working since 6 AM and needed to leave. I understand wanting to close on time, but refusing to complete an order that had already begun--just minutes before closing--is unacceptable. While I was discussing delivery details with another staff member, she turned away and started muttering under her breath. I've never encountered such discourteous behavior in a customer-facing role. It's hard to understand how a business can thrive with this kind of attitude toward customers.
