The menu was WAY bigger than I expected it to be. I learned all of his foods are genuinely homemade- you won't find lunch meat or frozen bread here! My lunch was so good, I decided to get dinner for my family, after a couple more suggestions. I got the onion smash burger, which ended up being one of the best burgers I've ever had in my life (it's a blend with sirloin, pastrami, and duck fat- YES PLEASE) We also got the Reuben because they make their own pastrami in-house, and it did not disappoint! I got grandmas cheese pizza for my kids, and ended up eating the leftovers myself because that sauce was BOMBBBB, with fresh basil on top. Kinda mad I dug in before getting a picture! This has been our fourth or fifth time we stopped here, what a consistency great eatery. This place is such a gem in the Cambria City section of Johnstown. It's so great to have such a cozy, locally owned, coffee shop/bakery! I recently stopped in here to grab something for dinner and the kind employee helped me decide on the pepperoni roll. First and foremost, their pepperoni roll is the size of a Stromboli. It's freshly made and quite delish! My second trip was for breakfast this morning with my husband. We each order a breakfast bagel sandwich with coffee for him, and hot tea for me. We also ordered cinnamon buns. The sandwiches were delish and the fresh bagel were amazing. The cinnamon buns were outstanding. The decor in here is so adorable and cozy. Perfect for a small hometown coffee stop. The staff here is very kind and welcoming. This is the perfect place to have breakfast with a great cup of coffee with some friends and hang out, read the newspaper, listen to some music, etc. The absolute best part of this place? So happy we found this place! We were in Johnstown for a concert and stopped here randomly on our way back home for some coffee and breakfast. The shop was very cute, clean, and inviting! They support other local businesses and have a little gift shop upstairs where you can buy different things from other small businesses in the area, and a donation box for the animal shelter! I loved to see them supporting other businesses and the shelter like that. The food was really good, too! The bagel was so good, it was an everything seasoned bagel and so flavorful. There was a good amount of bacon too, which I really appreciate. The BLT was really good! I loved the coffee, the workers were all so nice and they offered to put the rest of my coffee in a to go cup to take with me, and they even heated it back up for me without having to ask! At first I was happy to hear a bakery opened in my area. Went in to check it out. I was shocked to see a price tag of $9.00 for a tiny little loaf of bread. I decided to order a sandwich on rye. This was the worst rye bread I have ever tasted, actually had no taste at all. I had just purchased a nice size loaf of rye bread the other day from Conzatti's for about $3.00 or less which was very, very good. Bottom line, don't waste your money. read more

I absolutely love this place! I live quite a distance from it... But I will go out of my way to go here. It's just a small bakery with amazing fresh goods! And their lunch menu is amazing.
