I hired Jordan to install lap siding and soffits, couldn't deliver with different crews showing up butchering everything they touch. Very easy to install lap siding was butchered in a way I didn't think was possible, siding was wavy and not ran horizontally in a straight line, failed to paint cut ends but claimed he did, used a chainsaw to make cuts, and couldn't even line up inside corners(something I've never seen in my life, like you have to be really dumb to screw that up. Screwed up siding, soffit, fascia and everything they touched. After 3rd day I had to stop the butchers madness and told them to hit the road. Didn't want to resolve any issues, went A wall and quit answering, took of with a 10k deposit and left 6k+ in tools behind including set of pump jacks, metal brake, 2 planks and multiple aluminum ladders. He answered all my questions and texts when I was worried and did exactly what he promised, no muss no fuss. When the closing on the house sale dragged on FOREVER, he was reasonable and patient and had a good sense of humor about it. In the end, I was so glad I trusted him with my house.
