Let me start by saying I have never purchased a new RV in my life so was a little scary. I didn't go there to buy a new RV but they have a big selection and once I saw the Nobo 20.8 there was no other for me the process was painless. It was quick. They had it on the lot. It was ready to go. They were friendly professional, and I've seen the other deals out there. I'm not gonna tell you what I paid but I know I paid a lower price than everyone else who said they got a great deal at 42,000. I blew that away anyway everyone's great now let's talk about the bad I had a couple problems literally in the first month I had this thing I went camping for two extended trips the Fine folks at RV There Yet in Saint Augustine, drove to my campsite and fixed my problems on site the very next day so I wasn't interrupted. I can't say you won't have problems in the future but you definitely want a company like this standing behind a big purchase. Don't be shy. Get the extended warranties get the Roadside Assistance the walk you through it it's so worth it anyway I'm a real guy doing real camping and because I have very limited access and going through some surgeries, I'm very comfortable relaxing in this my new home. All I can say is Guy (owner) is a man of his word. I drove from NC to Fl to get a motorhome from them. There were a few issues I needed addressed and they fixed them on the spot. After driving back, i discovered a couple of items that needed attention. Guy went over and beyond to make them right. If tou want to deal with a man of his word, this is the place. We stopped in on a whim! Jesus was kind and spent time showing us around. Although they couldn't accomidate our wants, there was no pressure! We discussed that if we bought from anyone we wanted it to be there! My husband drove to Ocala and back and still did not have that "that's the one" feeling. So I reached out to Jesus and Guy spoke up and said "we have the perfect one for you". My husband drove over and when he saw he called and said "it's the one". We are sooooo happy we were able to find something through RV there yet for so many reasons. Customer service was top notch from the very beginning! My experience here was one of the worst experiences I have ever encountered. Guy is one of the shadiest, dishonest people I have ever met and I am shocked there are not more reviews like this. When I came in and tried to talk with him he could not even look me in the eye and he is one of the most disrespectful people I have ever delt with. I brought a Tiffin Allegro RED in for consignment and it was an absolute disaster with me picking it up and having to deal with it being damaged while in their possession. I also had them do some maintenance work, including resealing the roof. When I came to check on the work the resealing looked like a child had done it and there were visible seems not sealed and fully open for water to enter. This operation is horrible and at this pace they will put themselves out of business in no time. Please do yourself a favor and avoid this place at all costs! read more

I have a 25yo Road Trek in excellent shape for its age, but was recently involved in a collision when an orange traffic barrel fell from a speeding construction vehicle on SC Highway 26 and slammed into us. Fortunately, no one was hurt, but the ensuing damage done to the water system/plumbing by the barrel being wedged underneath was daunting. (Cosmetic damage also, but I'll attend to that at another time) I Called RV There Yet and their mobile tech, Andrew, came out promptly the next day and assessed the damages. He accurately assessed the situation and as the RV was drivable, I took it to their shop in St Augustine. Service writer Rob and tech Andrew communicated well with me and my insurance adjuster and together with tech, David, the team got on it. It proved to be a challenging repair, but as I depend upon the RV as a daily driver for my career as a performing musician, they assured me that they'd do their best to get me up 'n running in time for me to make a scheduled festival appearance. They did. Communication with all parties was excellent, and so far, the repairs are holding up as well. Should I need further work I know where I'm going! read more

BUYER BEWARE!! Attached pictures of what this dealer delivered to me DO NOT LIE! This is NOT a dealership you want to put trust in to do a trade deal via internet and video conference. They totally misrepresented their trade, taking advantage of my wife and I by knowingly sending us an unusable RV. I came out of pocket a great bit of money to have Rv brought up to operational status. To add insult to injury they accused us of fraud and extortion when asking them to cover our expense. Guy Amuial and Jesus were not forthcoming with the condition of the RV. Pics are attached of our Rv delivery complete with no PRE-delivery inspection and inoperable slides. We were very happy with the service and attention given us. They are good enough that I will drive through Jacksonville at rush hour to go there! The only RV business I trust. DO NOT CONSIGN WITH THIS BUSINESS!! Based on the other recent reviews, you shouldn't buy from them either. I'll provide details below if you want to read further, but if you just need the point of the post, this is it: They took multiple items off of my RV, I assume to sell with another unit, lied about it, and didn't give me items that I paid for that they told me needed to be replaced until we proved that they didn't do it. Didn't communicate when asked for updates, but now I know why. Details below. Jesus picked up my unit on Oct. 20, 2024. On Oct. 21st after they completed the inspection on my trailer, I paid over $1500 for transport, sealant, and new batteries in hopes that the sealant and batteries would entice buyers to buy. I was told the unit would be up on the website on Oct. 28th. After asking for updates 8 different days with different excuses as to why the RV wasn't posted yet or no responses, the link was available Nov. 8th. Followed up multiple other times after the post was live just for updates, with either no response or days later with different excuses. I even filled out the form online because Jesus wasn't answering my texts - when I finally called and received Guy's number to contact. I tell them on Feb. 11, 2025 I am coming to pick up the trailer. We pick it up Feb. 12th. When they inspected my RV on Oct. 21st, there was no mention that they didn't see my power cord. It had a cord when they picked it up, but now it's nowhere to be found. Why wouldn't they tell me that when they called after the inspection? Seems like something you definitely need, to be able to sell an RV. My educated guess, they took it and sold it with another RV and now I have to purchase a new power cord. Next issue. Batteries are completely dead. Why? Because they never changed them. They were the same batteries from when I purchased the unit in 2023. They charged me $281 for two batteries, so $562 to not even replace them. They did give us new batteries after we had to drive all the way back out to their location to get them. Next issue. My unit has 2 bedrooms and 2nd room has a table. The top of the table was lying on the floor and the piece that goes on the floor and the pole the table locks into were gone. Guy has no idea and claims he will purchase a new one for us. Have gotten the run around on this for two weeks now. No new table. Next issue. Hot water doesn't work. Had no issues before being consigned. A reputable RV tech comes to check it out, and the element control board is missing. A part that costs at LEAST $250. So just another thing they took off my RV to use to sell another that I've now had to pay to replace. Next issue. I have no idea how to prove they sealed my trailer at this point. And don't believe they did it based on all these other issues. Next issue. Just like the last few bad reviews, there are ants in the RV. Never had an issue with ants so wherever they have the RV's sitting on their property, it's littered with ants and they are getting into the units easily. At one point I thought Guy was being truthful and just wasn't aware that these things were being done. But it's evident he is allowing it to happen and just hasn't been caught or no one has come forward. There were no bad reviews when I chose to consign with this business, but since Oct, there have been several. Hopefully this will deter the next person from working with this company and having to go through this mess/waste your money! read more

Our experience with this company from delivery has been a nightmare. The lies and false advertising of our Cedar Creek we purchased was delivered in a complete mess. Slide out on bedroom was broke , ants, rat droppings all in the compartments, wires pulled out and laying around . They said we were getting a 10 .... I would hate to see an 8. Worst financial decision ever for my husband and I . We had to come out of pocket from Our savings to fix all the issues. I would never recommend or buy from these people!!!!!! read more

I was lied to cheated by these people if I can say one thing to anybody do not buy a vehicle from them they coat it with just a little plastic they'll put a little tape on it and say that it was always like that that's what it's designed for they lied to me like you won't believe that I found 40 shop rags stuff in my toilet they didn't bother clean that didn't give me my battery box yet didn't even put the wiring on right it was so badly jumped and I caught fire and now I'm with without a travel trailer paying $17,000 for a used one this is what a rip off he told me he had my back I think what he meant to say was he stabbed me in the back so do yourself a favor save save your money and time and aggravation don't buy from these people read more

While in St Augustine my husband and I purchased a great little camper from RV There Yet. They had the certain type of camper we were looking for and at a great price. There were only 10 of these particular campers listed nationally and they had the absolute best price. Guy and Rusty were very professional and absolutely no pressure. The entire team there was great and picking up the camper was a great experience. Even though we were buying just a 12,000.00 camper we felt like they treated us like we were buying a 100,000.00 one. After the sale was made about a month later we were expecting a refund from over payment our Tennessee license plate fees. I think Guy and I had a small misunderstanding. It could have been my fault or possible his but a misunderstanding happened as sometimes in business they do. They did not treat us any differently. They were super honest and professional even after us having the camper an entire month. They listened to our point of view, treated us with courtesy and respect and were very fair with us. These people are very honest and just a great company. They could have just blown us off especially since we were out of state customers but they didn't. We plan on upgrading in the future and will definitely check with them again on another camper purchase. We highly recommend them. read more

Current times are difficult. It seems that everyone in on a short fuse and quick to see everything in a negative light. We find ourselves wanting to escape from the stress of our everyday lives but tethered to the reality of our obligations. The compromise available to us is the vacation. A short respite to recharge before we return to the fray. One of the vacation options available to us is a road trip in a recreational vehicle, whether towed or driven. It's not for everyone, but it certainly has appeal for the adventurous. If this travel option is something which you have already considered, and you have done any market research on the subject, you've undoubtedly encountered the horror stories online relative to the industry. They are real and unfortunately more common than you might imagine. This is why it is so important to find a dealership where your needs are going to be met after the papers are signed and you leave the lot. It's easy to get promises before the ink is dry. It takes integrity to do the right thing when you weren't even aware of a potential issue. Trust is such a blessing in our lives and when violated it can be devastating. When you find an oasis where trust can exist, support it. Be a good customer. Have realistic expectations. It's wonderful when they are met and it's remarkable when they are exceeded.
