We discussed that if we bought from anyone we wanted it to be there! My husband drove to Ocala and back and still did not have that "that's the one" feeling. So I reached out to Jesus and Guy spoke up and said "we have the perfect one for you". My husband drove over and when he saw he called and said "it's the one". We are sooooo happy we were able to find something through RV there yet for so many reasons. Customer service was top notch from the very beginning! Jesus knows the importance of this, he knows his buyers and knows his product! Guy was able to get us a heck of a great deal on an almost perfect, used RV! We can not thank them enough for all they have done and will recommend them to all we know. Thank you RV there yet! We are ready to begin this journey!

I have a 25yo Road Trek in excellent shape for its age, but was recently involved in a collision…read morewhen an orange traffic barrel fell from a speeding construction vehicle on SC Highway 26 and slammed into us. Fortunately, no one was hurt, but the ensuing damage done to the water system/plumbing by the barrel being wedged underneath was daunting. (Cosmetic damage also, but I'll attend to that at another time) I Called RV There Yet and their mobile tech, Andrew, came out promptly the next day and assessed the damages. He accurately assessed the situation and as the RV was drivable, I took it to their shop in St Augustine. Service writer Rob and tech Andrew communicated well with me and my insurance adjuster and together with tech, David, the team got on it. It proved to be a challenging repair, but as I depend upon the RV as a daily driver for my career as a performing musician, they assured me that they'd do their best to get me up 'n running in time for me to make a scheduled festival appearance. They did. Communication with all parties was excellent, and so far, the repairs are holding up as well. Should I need further work I know where I'm going!

We did a quick walk thru with a technician and found various issues. No appliances run for us. Upon delivery the unit was filthy and dark streaked whereas was promised to be washed. Inside also dirty. We paid to have it washed. We put out the slideouts and found electric outlets still not working, crooked barn doors, and other issues found at walk thru. We turned in THE A/C at thermostat and it did not come in. Called CWN.Jax and was told by the "service manager" he heard it run. Called Coleman/Mach the AC manufacturer and thru video link after removing bottom cover a tech said it could not have worked it was missing a harness. We called CWN.Jax and they sent a tech. He wired in a harness and the AC came on...we left and came back unit was 66° inside set at 74°. Called CWN.Jax and a tech came out, asked to borrow a screwdriver & flashlight . Said he was returning to CWN.Jax with his diagnosis. We called next day and could never get the service manager again. Asked should we get a lawyer (brand new camper) and CWNJ ax refused to talk to us after that and other repairs never fixed. Thankfully I contacted Forest River who sent a tech who determined the brand new thermostat was NOT brand new. We still have missing items and issues but are working with Forest River since Camping World N.Jax abandoned us after paying cash. They could not comprehend our unpleasant demeanor after receiving it in this condition We love the Foresr River Salem Cruise Lite 22veranda just highly disappointed in such an expensive purchase customer service.

When we called Camping World, they were able to get us into service quickly and were able to work with our timeline, as we needed to drive an hour to get there. The servicing of the hitch took slightly longer than expected but the waiting area was so comfortable that I didn't mind. The area was spacious with very comfortable couches, complimentary hot beverages and water. There were also treats and a dog dish for your furry friends while waiting. Dogs were welcome in and I was so thankful because our dog doesn't do well in the heat. The staff was also very friendly and the restrooms were clean. Big high five for having a changing table for our baby boy. I can't tell you how hard it is when I need to change him and there's no table OR personal vehicle to do so. Lastly, the work was done at a reasonable cost and we left feeling optimistic about our experience. The store inside was also huge but we didn't have time to venture through since we were taking care of a dog and baby. Next time though!

Bottom line up front, I brought my camper in for a consignment sale to be sold on Travelcamp's lot,…read moreduring which time it was damaged and Travelcamp said it was unable to be repaired due to a lack of repair supplies at their dealership. This entire process took over 8 months of dealing with 4 different managers who often did not return my calls or texts, and placed the burden of coordination within their company and corporate office on me. I brought my camper here and entered into a 90 consignment deal to sell it at Travelcamp. After the 90 days were up, I called to arrange a pickup of my camper so that I could bring it to another dealership to sell since it hadn't sold at Travelcamp. I tried for over a week to get in touch with a consignment sales representative to arrange the pickup but nobody answered, so after a week, I showed up to Travelcamp to pick up my travel trailer. When I arrived, the camper was brought to the front of the lot, and I discovered that a window in the camper had been left open for a period of time which allowed the camper to flood on the inside due to rain storms, causing significant water damage to the inside of the camper. I initially complained about this to the manager about the damage to which he replied that he would have the unit detailed. I told him that wasn't enough and that the water damage inside the camper needed to be repaired, and not simply detailed. He then told me that he didn't "know what to do" and that I would have to take the issue up with the corporate office. I attempted to call the corporate office over 50 times over the following 5 days and never received a response either by phone, email, or text. I left a message on every single call. Additionally I placed at least another 10 calls to the consignment sales team at Travelcamp as well as to the manager that originally signed my consignment sales contract, and still did not receive an answer. About a week after my initial calls, a member from the corporate office returned my calls and said that they couldn't help me, but that another corporate representative would be reaching out to me. I received a call from an individual the next day and they told me that my camper would be repaired on Travelcamp's dime, and that my original consignment manager would be the leading point of contact for all business going forward. Fast forward approximately 3 months: In dealing with the Travelcamp repair center, I was told by the initial manager that I dealt with 3 months after the initial discovery of the water damage inside, that my camper was "repaired" and that "it [was] in better shape than when I brought it in" for its original sale. Additionally as a gesture of good faith, Travelcamp offered to pay for an independent RV inspector to come and inspect the repair job. After the inspection technician and I had inspected the unit, we found an attempted repair job to the camper where an 8"x8" square had been cut out of the wall and then a patch job was attempted where a random piece of material was sloppily glued on top of the existing wall. Additionally, there was white fuzzy material still growing out of the floor of the camper which I presumed to be a result of the previous water damage, and shrunken and rotted wall paneling where water had been soaked up into the side wall of the inside of the camper. I expressed to the service department that the repair job was unacceptable and they told me that due to material shortages, that they would not be able to do anything else for me or perform any further repair job. I told them that they needed to purchase the camper to make it right if it couldn't be repaired. Once again I was told that I would have to deal with the corporate office and that nothing could be done for me at the local dealership. Additionally, the managers tried several times to get me to use my personal insurance to make a claim against the camper to have the damage fixed; a suggestion that I refused multiple times because I didn't want to raise my personal insurance rates for damage caused by Travelcamp. Fast forward another month, and I finally got a meeting with the corporate office sales representative, who was the only positive point of contact from this entire experience. I told him the entire story, 8 months start to finish with this consignment deal, the damage done to the unit, and the botched repair job for which he apologized and bought the camper from me. This is a very brief overview of my experience with Travelcamp. I will not be returning as a customer.

So, we can put our slide out when we use our RV go camping. The jacks have to be down for the slide to open. The first time we took it over there to look at the Jack's was on November 26th 2025. We took the RV out this past weekend. May 1 to the 3rd. We've had it out several times before that and the Jack's really never did work properly. This time when we started the RV the control panel was blinking off and on and making a noise and a housing of the control panel was really loose. I have made several calls into the dealer, and they have never ever returned my telephone calls. I even called and left the manager several messages and to this day he still has not called me back. On Monday morning, May 4th, I called general RVs headquarters in Michigan. They said they would put a note in try to call the dealership, but they had 48 hours to respond back to them. As of today, May 8th, I still have not received a call. I called the headquarters yesterday which was Thursday several times, and they kept telling me every time I called that they have 48 hours to respond. I asked for the supervisor and they told me they didn't have one. We have spent thousands to try to get this resolved. They even put in a new control panel and still does not work. At this point our RV is useless, because we can't use it because we can't get a slide out. I was wondering if you could reach out and help?? Cheryl
