I had a van towed all the way to the Southside from near the United Center. That seems excessive. The woman on the phone was nice enough and reminded "open" for me to get the van that night. The guy who gave me back the van was actually super nice and made me feel at ease, especially since I was having a bit of a breakdown with all this stress. The only thing I didn't like is that they wanted me to Venmo or Apple Pay them (no credit cards). I think I know why, but this came off really shady in the moment and took longer to get the car out because of it. Again, this is a towing company so it's not the place for happy people. However, I suppose the whole ordeal could have been way worse and they had a sliver of decent customer service. Probably my weirdest review here!

After completing the assignment, I was not properly compensated for the distance and time involved. When I tried to address the issue, my calls and messages went unanswered, and I was blocked instead of receiving a professional response. In my experience, there was a lack of communication with both me as the driver and the customer. This was extremely unprofessional and not how a business should operate. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend working for or using this company. I believe the way I was treated was unacceptable, and I have retained legal counsel to address this matter through the appropriate channels.
