They "do not work on cars older than 2005". This is frankly stupid. It's completely arbitrary as the technology on say, a 2003 cayenne turbo is the same as a 2006 cayenne turbo. This is the case for nearly every generation of German car from that era. Also, many German car enthusiasts have a mix of older and newer cars. Guess you don't need the business! 2. They do "not do modifications". So, a blanket statement indicating no ability to think outside the box or leverage widely known and adopted techniques outside of the service manual. Again, dumb. He has asked for them back with text and calls MANY times over the course of the last couple weeks, and they do not even answer calls or reply to texts with anything other than false promises that he will return the call later. At this point my father has been forced to spend thousands of dollars on new drive lines, and lost over a month of income from doing business as a contractor. I want to warn anyone considering us this company, please find someone ethical. If Mike calls my father and makes restitution (return the drive lines, and pay for some of his loss of time) I will update this review. update finally after months of dealing with them Patrick told me he was tired if my non sense and…read moreto contact his attorney. got the engine re installed after putting new freeze plugs in it. took the vehicle to get the exhaust done on it then took it to the tuner to get tuned by bob kellison in creswell he does fantastic work but after he fired the engine and went to tune it. the engine has bottom end noise. so bob shut it off and told me to come pick it up and patrick Cartwright won't do anything to make the situation right. so now Im out several thousand dollars on this engine and it will cost 2,500 to get rebuilt.. I would not recommend doing business with northwest customs in cottage grove. further more I haven't even got to drive this vehicle due to this engine issue its been trailered everywhere it's been taken.
