The Event Center is so lively and has a lot of space for people. It would be perfect to rent out for a venue. Was a fairly quick drive via I-35, & my map app took me to the correct location. Staff is so friendly AND teach classes, or, like for me, they will give you a 2-3 minute refresher before you start. You rent a target at the range ($15 in March 2024), & you can rent a compound bow and arrows ($20 each in March 2024) that are honestly in really good shape. The range's targets are well spaced. They even have axe throwing in another area, if you're into that. They also have high-top tables and chairs for friends/family to sit and 4 big tvs on the wall for those not shooting. TIP: When you arrive for archery, go to the building on your left when you park (marked "Event Center" and "A") bc the building on the right is for game processing. I definitely will return!

You will get a locker to put your belongings in, I really appreciated the locker is included at no extra charge. Inside there were I think eight different game rooms, it doesn't seem like a place where you would go and get a workout, but some of these games had me out of breath! My kiddo and I had so much fun jumping around the lava like floor, "climbing " the walls, avoiding lasers, ball toss etc. For our first time one hour was enough and got to try our favorite games a couple of times) but we certainly plan to go back with friends and family soon. This is a fun way to get the body moving, it was fun for our family, but it also be a great date night, you're sure to have plenty of laughs, highly recommend.

The young man working the register was polite and took the safety briefing very seriously. He's the type of guy you want at the register dealing with clueless customers such as myself. The young men running the track were great. They were polite and accommodating. They helped my short daughter get set up correctly. They made sure we were set and just laid back, nice guys. Was it pricey, 15 laps for $450, but our group had a ton of fun. The track is a bit worn down and could use some maintenance along with the cars themselves. The cars were inconsistent. I had three different cars; each one felt different. My last car drifted a lot, despite driving it about the same as the other cars. Their helmets were old and could use an upgrade. I'm glad I wore my sunglasses and kept the visor up to see more clearly.

Place is definitely old but it was clean and the staff were friendly and welcoming. The skate rink its self is mostly smooth with a few dips and declines / inclines. You have to stay in the middle for the most even / smooth part. For learners there is a wall you can hold onto all the way around. But it is dark so that part is a little scary because you can really see the uneven parts. Just be careful and get a feel of the rink before going all out. Bathrooms were clean, seating area was clean. Overall not a bad experience. I would come back with my niece for any futures birthday parties she gets invited to.

Starting w/ the rubber ground and astroturf, wih some give, it's less likely to have an injury. They have lots of things for "little's" to do, including interactive games for even the smallest of kids. There's the typical swing sets, slides, and two versions of merry-go-rounds, that are WAY safer than what most of us grew up with! The two ziplines are pretty cool, and toddler + accessable! I've sat here thinking about what I should rate this place. Here are my thoughts…read more If your child is older and in good shape, they will most likely have a good time. There are a TON of different things to climb or swing on. But you have to be pretty strong and tall to be able to use the equipment. There is one very small trampoline that really can only be used as a springboard to jump off of, so don't confuse this with a trampoline park. This is NOT like an Airborne or an Urban Air. This is strictly a ninja warrior type of place. There are 2 things I really disliked about this gym. First, you have to pay for kids ages 4 and up. My 4 year old twins could not reach anything to be able to enjoy the equipment. My 6 year old had a lot of trouble also. They were all ready to go after 30 minutes. My other problem is safety. This is not a place where you can relax and watch your kids from your seat. I had to walk through the gym to make sure all of the mats were placed correctly on the floor (many were not). There is also a lot of heavy equipment that could fall on younger children if touched, and many items out that probably should not have been. I think some of these things will be sorted in time since this is a new business. Since we booked a 2 hour play session, I asked the associate at the front desk if we could play pickleball for an hour instead of playing out our second hour. He did try to charge me $60 for pickleball so we just decided to leave early. Generally, my 11 year old and 9 year old had a good time. But if you are planning your being younger children, I would consider going elsewhere.

You can rent a court by the hour, starting on the hour (not starting on half hours). Compared to other places we have played, the pricing is a little high, but it's indoor and we got out of the heat, so it was worth it! It's more of a gym than a social places like chicken n pickle. No food/bar etc here.

In any case, there were probably about 15 dinosaurs in total. Visitors follow a path at their own pace to view each dinosaur. Touching them is prohibited, but you can get pretty much as close as you want to observe and photograph. There is also a small dig area and a staff member walking around with a baby dino the kids can pet. Our first loop through prehistoric park took about 15 minutes. We splashed and swam a bit in the lake and then returned for another quick loop through the dinosaur trail before heading home. Overall, it's a pleasant activity and definitely a kid-pleaser. My children ages 1-9 all enjoyed it. The problem is the cost. $29 is just WAYYYY too high for what this is. Part of me thinks the city of Grapevine should just continue to charge the regular entrance fee into Meadowmere Park and use the dinosaur exhibit as a way to increase traffic into the park during the off-season. We for sure will not be returning to the park until the exhibit is over and the entrance fee returns to a more reasonable rate. If your kid loves dinosaurs and you've never been here, by all means, go, but I'd probably chalk this up to a once in a lifetime activity.
