I've noticed some awesome things in my son in just a few classes here. Highly recommend if you have a kid that likes to jump and climb. The facility is incredible. They start with a warm up, then practice a few different maneuvers/ obstacles courses and usually get to finish with some free time on the trampolines / jumps onto the big air pillow. The first class was free and yearly registration fee was waived if you signed up on the first day. I'm thrilled we finally found an activity that is so him and that he wants to stick with!

This was a notice we received over the weekend from Texas Image Volleyball in Grand Prairie letting us know that they are closing the indoor beach portion of their program to make room for additional indoor courts. This has been a second home over the last three years. 680.98 hours just in the last two years is the amount of time I've been there (my daughter has been there even more when I couldn't take her). I ran a GPS report from my companies GPS unit ("only" goes back 24 months), and I've spent just short of 29 full days (24 hour periods) at Texas Image supporting my daughter the last two years. A full month. Beach volleyball is booming across the country and Texas Image Sand has been a second home to my daughter and dozens of other beach athletes looking to pursue beach volleyball at the college level. It's also the home to hundreds of other beach volleyball athletes that play there throughout the winter when regular outdoor courts aren't accessible. As far as I know, it's the only indoor beach volleyball facility in all of Texas. Just an incredibly weak move from a local business. I couldn't imagine not giving your customers a period of time to find a new program and just alerting them via social media post of the closure. To cap off the post, I am incredibly thankful for Ray, Brad, Kyle, Olivia, Blake, and the other beach coaches. Hopefully they were treated better than the athletes, and given a period of time to find other jobs. Stay away from Texas Image indoor volleyball. To add insult to injury, the head coach Brad who has placed dozens of girls in college to play beach received one minute advanced notice before the social media post from Texas Image announcing the closure. Their…read morebusiness model seems to be to bring your kids along as slowly as possible in order to maximize the money you put in. The fact they have a buy 10 months, get 2 free option is insane. In no world does it take 50-100 lessons (assuming 1-2 times per week) to learn to swim. They had my daughter stuck on level 3 of 8 for 13 or 14 lessons, which is a level that is more about becoming comfortable in/under the water and exposes them to hardly any actual swimming technique. It's a necessary step no doubt, but to string us along for 7 weeks in pool purgatory reeks of a cash grab. They will claim your child isn't hitting certain ambiguous benchmarks that are required in their system to advance, but these barometers are often ticky tack, non essential and/or are hard to quantify day to day. Many times they are things that get better with experience and exposure that is very limited or impossible in a 30 min class setting. If these criterion are to be taken seriously, the onus falls on the coach to get the kids to the next level with a reasonable sense of urgency which doesn't exist here. At the end of the day, if you're training, teaching or coaching someone and you claim they aren't meeting the mark that either you've created or exists naturally, then the failure of that student is on you. This basic level of accountability is not apparent at Aqua Tots. It's easier and more lucrative to tell what they need to work on or what they're doing wrong and charge you for another set of sessions than to get to the root cause to fix the supposed issue or to hide behind some obscure "standard" so you can keep students from progressing when they're clearly ready. After my twin 4 year olds and 7 year old completed the initial 8 lessons we bought, they obviously needed more. However, we could only afford to get my 7 y/o another 8 lessons. So due to convenience, familiarity, and an apparent misplaced hope that the school would do better, we continued. Much to our dismay, the aforementioned drawbacks continued as well. Bottom line, this swim school operates as a subscription based business. Swim lessons aren't cheap anywhere, so I recommend all who read this to spend that money with another swim school whose priority is endowing your child with the lasting life skill of swim, instead of how many lessons they can squeeze out of you.

I brought up my concerns and we moved classes however they did not offer a makeup which is what is literally posted on signs in the facility. For $170/month I expect way more which is why we are moving on. The way they've handled it does not inspire confidence. I think this used to be a great place to take lessons. However, until they get their staffing under control I wouldn't recommend it.

She helped me with getting everything sorted out with my custody agreement and I didn't have to worry about a thing she just went and took care of it and called me as soon as she had answers. Then when I come to pick up I believe her name is Alyssa? She is always so happy and always has a smile on her face. And has been super helpful when it comes to any incidents that may happen at the school. And I love the pictures I get every week about what they are learning. Mrs. Cain- Preemptively enrolled my children in this daycare even though my ex and I share 50/50 custody and everything went down hill from there. ( They are only profit driven at least at this location) The kids continue to tell me that there is never any soap refilled in the dispensers and therefore my children were coming home sick every other week because basic safety features were not followed. Moving forward- The accounting department knew we were 50/50 custody and I asked a number of times to type up two different accounts so my ex (The FBI Special Agent) and I can keep our billing different. Things got progressively worse here and we came to a head when Mrs. Cain didn't know my children's whereabouts, even though they ride the CLA busses. How is this safe?? I own and operate a small business myself and I would never care for my patients the way CLA care for their children and respective families. I am a doctor and I am appalled that Mrs. Cain did not follow the divorce decree from day 1 and went by the verbal consent of my ex Mr. FBI Special Agent. I cannot speak any worse of this facility. My girls were called into the office and nothing was ever documented if it made the center look bad. Clearly, this business is profit driven and I will not cower to speak my mind just because my ex-husband Mr. FBI SPECIAL AGENT TRIED TO TRUMP ME and the school didn't follow our divorce decree. Ironically- Mrs. Jaimie Cain has stepped down and now they are under a different management. I have submitted a delete review request, and do not know why the review is still active. However, it's incredibly unprofessional to share details on who has and has not toured the facility. From a privacy perspective, I would expect more from a preschool. Regarding this particular Keller location, my nephew attended school here a year ago. He is on the spectrum, within one week he was asked not to return. The facility did not contact him directly, rather was told not to return by a note in his lunchbox.

Everybody is super friendly, my son is turning 5 and in less than a year with them he can already say some stuff in French and Spanish, he does have homework sometimes which I found fantastic because he can see over again with us on the weekend what he learned and he gets so excited. The people at the front office are so nice and really good understanding needs. Only thing I would change is the parents portal online which now it's not really a tool, it's just there with your info. I'd love to be able to control my payments, and see documentation, etc. Overall great experience for the kids. 10 stars
