    1/4 Pollo 3. Inca Kola

I have been coming here for quite some time and I usually get their 1/4 chicken and I substitute the salad for rice. I also always ask for a side of Peruvian hot sauce since I like to dip my French fries in the sauce mix. I think the price is not bad for the portion that they give you, I leave pretty satisfied afterwards. Ambiance is very casual, they have TVs all over and are always playing music, sometimes it is a little too loud in my opinion. Servers usually greet me right away and food comes out in decent time. This is my go to when I want something quick and delicious. If you know about alfajores they also sell these here.

Delicious Authentic Peruvian food. Definitely one of the best Peruvian restaurants in Orlando. And the server is super friendly, kind, and attention. Outstanding customer service. And food is delicious. Price is a little bit high but with the large portions and quality of food you definitely get your money's worth. The decor is beautiful Peruvian style.

Wow. So tender and perfectly spiced. This place is an absolute find. Has a bit of a chain fast food place feel but holy cow is the food great!!! The staff is nice and the Peruvian tourist videos and Latin music videos playing make for nice vibe.

This place is a hidden gem. The food quality and taste is excellent. Prices are very reasonable and lower than most Peruvian locations in the area. Portion sizes are big, service is friendly, they have a lunch menu and different specials thru out the week. I did not take a picture of my alfajor (dessert made of two cookies and dulce de leche) but it brought me back memories of my childhood. I recommend this place to everyone.

Saw the reviews and took a bit of a flyer on a cuisine that is outside of my comfort zone; I was not disappointed! Interior was welcoming, servers seemed eager to please, and the restaurant seemed clean. Decided on my dish (thank you for English descriptions on the menu) and I ordered the pollo Saltado. The server came by with some Cancha (dried corn kernels) and a hot sauce that was very flavorful. My entree arrived, and it tasted just as good as it looked! Overall a great experience. I'll be back!

Peruvian style rotisserie chicken (or Pollo a la Brasa) is very dependent on the right sauces that come with it. It really needs to complement the flavor of the chicken, which is already swimming in several spices. Rustica really delivers in this aspect, providing a minty sauce and a straightforward cumin based hot sauce, both really satisfying. The rotisserie chicken is very good also, you can tell it is actually rotisserie because the chicken is moist while the skin is blackened. A very nice contrast, and not many restaurants get it right. Fries are normal fries, and the salad is pretty average/pedestrian. The chicha morada (purple corn drink) is really delicious. This place delivers on that point also. Rustica is a big score in many aspects: chicken, sauces and chicha. Ask no more. I had an alfajor which was OK, nothing special. I also scored some Peruvian items, so this place is a repeat for me, in the future. Very pleased to have come this way. Service is good and friendly, location is isolate but the space is warm and inviting, actually, it feels that once you visit a Pollo a la Brasa place, you've seen them all! Oh! Yes, one more thing, these people opened another restaurant called "Taste of Peru", so you may enjoy this food there.

Came to Rústica chicken after going to Gatorland since it was 2 min away from the place and was the best decision to make. Started with the chicha Morada , homemade Chicha morada and was reallyyy good!!! Try it please, typical Peruvian drink made out of purple corn. Ordered pollo a la brasa, Combo #1 which comes a whole chicken with fries, salad and sweet plantains. Can feed 4 people (: Really good chicken Leche de tigre highly recommend, very goooddd!!!! Delicious (: and price is good $7.95

I tried this place because my friend raved about how good the 'aguadito de pollo' is. Let me put y'all on to this delicious cilantro soup. It really is worth trying. As a main plate I had the pollo saltado which was a huge portion and had delicious taste. If you want to try authentic Peruvian food I recommend you try Rústicas.

She was great in explaining all the dishes and gave me my favorite Peruvian hot sauce - rocoto The ceviche mixto was all kinds of seafood was amazing. Lomo saltado was the best ever here and the Tallarin verde - pesto spaghetti was so good and can beat out some Italian restaurant's pesto for sure! I asked for a side of Tallarin Huancaina cheese sauce on the side to try and it was served cold. Was confused on whether or not it was supposed to be served cold since I've never had it before and they took it away and brought me a warmed up one. It was just okay and kinda too thick and heavy to enjoy but glad to have tried it Pisco sour was awesome and delicious. I liked the nice touch of the logo dusted on top of the egg foam. They definitely know how to make a proper pisco sour here! I was also mesmerized by their coo pineapple glitter display at their front desk and kept staring at it from my seat, haha. I couldn't take my eyes off of it for some reason. I am definitely hooked on this place and would like to return to try other dishes or just get the same ones again!

Sour: my only sour is that they don't have a location in SoCal. Kidding!

Wow!!! This place was amazing!!…read more It was a first time visit for us, and this restaurant is located in a well-lit shopping strip on Narcoossee, just a few minutes from the 528. This place was a vibe, so much so that we are actually supposed to go to a neighboring restaurant last night; however after driving past this place, we had to change our plans. The food was exceptional. Between my wife and I, we split 1 entree and shared an appetizer. My wife isn't very adventurous when it comes to eating but for whatever reason caved in when the server suggested their octopus as an appetizer. That appetizer was super unique!! It was basically this extremely thin octopus swimming in this very delicate layer of ceviche, with an accompanying side of wantons. For our entree we ordered the Rissoto with braised beef. This was most excellent with a very flavorful 8-hour slow cooked beef with a sweet flavor, whose flavors were contrasted by the very amazing rissoto. I initially ordered a Coke, but ended up trying their Peruvian crème soda which was maybe the best crème soda I'd ever tried! My wife ordered a sweet rum that was red and had this awesome smoke bubble on it as it was presented to the table. Our server, Gabriela (Gabi) was very friendly and most assistive and patient as we asked a few more questions than normal as we'd never tried Peruvian food before. She was pretty attentive to our table and remained kind and professional. We were so happy last night after our dinner that we went ahead and booked our daughter's 18th birthday dinner here for early March when we'll bring 18 of our relatives from out of town back here to enjoy what we did last night. Great great find!! Cannot wait to go back!
