Just stopped by while passing through the town because the cute little spot caught my eye. Boy am I glad I stopped in because this place has DELICIOUS pastries and really amazing staff/service!!! I'm actually thinking about stopping again on my way home for the cinnamon rolls because I went with the blackberry bar (which is ginormous) and a strawberry watermelon lemonade that was so refreshing. The employees were really helpful and kind & even let me try each of the lemonade flavors to figure out which one I wanted to buy! My family got a hot latte (which was piping hot & delicious), a hot chocolate, and a slice of pizza (because if a bakery wasn't good enough, they've got DELICIOUS pizza on the spot!). Will definitely visit again as much as I can as I come all the way from sacramento! Recommend this place 100%!

What an amazing little find. Run by three lovely women, who welcome you with a big smile. The menu is simple, but delicious. Excellent drip coffee that's full flavored and not watered down. They also have espresso drinks and a basic variety of crumble cake muffins, which were fresh out of the oven, and mouth watering! The bacon quiche was moist and flavor-full. It really hit the spot. They open at 7am Tuesday thru Sunday and you can get baked goods fresh out of the oven, as the door opens! A perfect way to start your am before a big hike, or in my case right before my backcountry trek into the Trinity Alps trails! I'm definitely coming back here the next time in my town from SF.

Heaven!! The assortment of pastries is astounding!! So friendly. Plenty of seating inside and out. Picnic tables outside allow ample room.. and our golden enjoyed the water dripping from the hanging ing plants. A must stop

Great outdoor seating. While it's over 100 degrees in Redding, it's a comfortable 83 here

Rude employees. Pizza was very skimpy. Not worth the money. Will not return. You get one chance to impress a new customer to come back.

It's pretty remote and so it could easily be yep this is the food we've got and it's either good or not and just take it or leave it. That's not the case with trailhead pizza first off the location is amazing. There's a huge outdoor area. Kids can be running around. You're right near the creek and they've got an amazing beer selection. The service and the staff are all super welcoming and nice. Now to the pizza we had a huge group here I think about 17 or 18 people. They got us all set up at side-by-side picnic tables outside our waitress was super kind. I think her name was Kristine. She also gave us a heads up that it will be a little bit of time for the pizzas because they can only fit 3 to 4 pizzas in their oven at a time, but it would be worth the way and she was absolutely right. The pizza is just really darn good. There's some really fun options. The kids devoured it. Also we got a bunch of salads for the table and they were all super good. The Caesar and I think the other one was like a Greek or house salad. They were really great with the kids too. We got them all root beer floats, which they of course devoured. I've been coming up to Trinity for 25 years and usually stay at the KOA Campground in Trinity Center and really glad to have trailhead as a place to stop if you want a break from hotdog or burgers at the campsite .

You can't lose eating here. The Shasta Spritzer was a tasty cocktail made with their own distilled gin and if you are going for non-alcoholic, the Ruby Spritz was yummy as well. This would be my go to place if I didn't live 4 hours away! The staff are so friendly and accommodating as well. This is a win win spot! Two whole fish fillets (not positive what kind of fish, not cod) and a condiment cup of coleslaw with a lemon wedge. The fish batter was light and crispy, not at all greasy. The sauces could all pass for homemade; full of flavors that work well together.. It comes with either fries or salad for $19.00 *Would order this again :) The Bahn Mi Bowl (minus rice) was initially served with sauce all over the top of the dish. It was just way too much sauce *imo*. The waitress was so sweet and it was no biggie to have it re-made with sauce on the side. The combination of ingredients in the bowl were so flavorful together, that it really didn't need the extra sauce on top. The crispy diced pork belly was marinated and the cabbage was tossed in a ginger soy flavored sauce. The pickled red onions, thinly sliced jalapenos and the lime wedges were a nice bursts of freshness that made the bowl feel filling without feeling heavy. $23 is a little pricey for a raw cabbage based salad, but I'm glad I tried it :) Now that I know that it's here... I'll definitely be back for the distillery tasting located towards the rear of the building *so unique*
