Yes, this is a small order, but I was willing to pay the $50 delivery fee which was the same price as the actual order. It should be noted in their FAQ's online it specifically states there is no minimum order, but I guess this is not true! Additionally, if there is a minimum, this should be clearly on the order page and it should not let you check out if you have not met their unspecified minimum. I'll be renting elsewhere of course, but worth the warning to others throwing a smaller event.

After I asked reasonable questions about their vague contract--which they only sent after demanding a signature--the vendor became aggressive, refused to refund my deposit, and then blocked me on both Instagram and Facebook to silence any accountability. Their supposed "refund policy" was never included in the invoice or mentioned at the time of booking. It magically appeared on their website only after I started asking questions. Instead of responding professionally, they deflected blame and claimed I canceled--completely false. I was simply asking for transparency and protection from potential misuse or damage claims for a product I hadn't seen. I've since filed a police report, submitted a BBB complaint, and initiated a credit card dispute. Small claims court is next. I have plenty of receipts to prove they are unprofessional, unethical, and fraudulent! If you're a parent or planning an event, avoid this company. There are too many reputable and honest vendors out there--this is not one of them.

We had a great experience with All American Party rentals for my son's 3rd birthday party. We…read morerented about 6-7 rectangular tables/chairs and 4 kid sized tables/chairs and we had more than enough room for everyone to feel comfortable. All American is one of the few places that offers kid sized tables and chairs which was a huge plus for us while hosting a toddler party with 24 kids and 50 adults. We paid a little over $500 with same day delivery and pick up and Damien was amazing from start to finish! Damien went above and beyond to best serve us all while being extremely flexible. We rented our set up from 7am to 5:30 and Damien arrived early both for the drop off and pick ups. We asked if he could come an hour early towards the end of the party and he actually was almost 30 mins early ON TOP OF what we requested, but ensured us that there was no rush. He was quick and efficient for loading and unloading as well. No complaints about the tables and chairs, they in fact were comfy enough to seat everyone for 4 hours! We received a confirmation to sign (which we never signed) We were originally told that they don't deliver to redlands, where our venue is, so my fiancé called and spoke to someone telling them we were not going to go through with them and that we found another rental company. 6 months later!! They charge our account for over $1700! Putting us negative in our account and forcing us to pay over $500 in over draft fees. For 6 whole months after we canceled we did not receive any emails or phone calls from Big Top Rentals. Communication was silent. And then 3 days before our wedding they charged us! We now have less money for our honeymoon because Big Top Rentals did not cancel our order as we requested and did not communicate with us after that. When we canceled with Big Top Rentals months ago, we went with Ricky Rentals. They have been emailing us periodically to remind us of payments, they have been giving us phone calls to check in, and the week of our wedding they sent an email to as a reminder of the event and our booking. Big Top Rentals has not done any of that once. Once the order was canceled they didn't call or email anything and that is bad business. This company is not organized nor professional My fiancé called them telling them that she would like a refund. The guy she spoke to hung up on her. And when she called back later, they told her they were going to refund her. I called the next day to speak to a manager and the guy answered the phone and had no warmth or good customer service. Once I spoke to Lilie, the manager, I explained to her what happened and she interrupted me and started blaming us and getting defensive. She ignored the fact that my fiancé called and asked for the order to be canceled and also lied to me about the fact that they told us they don't deliver to redlands. If you are looking for a rental company for your event or wedding and don't want to be stressed and be put in a whole because of incompetence then Big Top Rentals is not the place for you!
