Very grateful for their patience as the phone was in my dad's name and since he passed away recently we had no idea what the pin number was, etc. They were able to get this info, order her a new phone, and it was in less than 2 days. We picked it up a few days later and again super impressed with the service. They activated it, made sure calls came in and out on it, and made sure she was comfortable with it. After waiting nearly six weeks I went into his shop on Tuesday November 29 and was told he just put it up on the bench and it was next in line to get looked at. I heard nothing so I went back in there on Friday December 2 and he shows me he has it opened up (4 screws) but hasn't had a chance to troubleshoot it yet so he couldn't tell me what was wrong with it or how much it would cost to repair. When returning equipment, I should be able to go online, find the equipment I am returning, print out a QR code, put it on the equipment and drop it off an my nearest store (which is again 30 minutes away).
