3/15/18 - Back in 1/18 I ordered 2 crystals for my Lafayette Comstat 25A. I received the 2. One didn't work, the other was 4kc off freq. I sent them back. Ken said he would send me others. I waited a week. Nothing happened. A week later I called. I said that I haven't received anything. What's going on? He said he has a customer and has to leave. I called him 1 week later. He said he has a computer problem. He never called back. I called again the next week. He said he has to go because he has (another) customer and hung up on me. What am I chopped liver? I'm a customer too! I called again a week after that. He didn't know who I was or what was going on until he gets to his computer. I'm starting to get tired of this so I told him to get into his computer and lets get this thing done! It's been over a month now. He said he has a customer on the other line. He said he would go over his crystals and send them. I told him "That's what you told me the last time". I finally got 2 other crystals where only one worked. I sent it back to him and heard nothing again. We are into February now. I hear nothing from him again. A week later, I called again and got a woman. She said that Ken has some strange way of how he does things but from now on to speak to her. I said ok and explained the whole situation from the start. Again, nothing happened. A week later I called again expecting to speak to his woman. She wasn't there and I spoke to Ken. I asked where is the woman. He said that she comes in after lunch. I have no idea of her hours. She never gave them to me. This is a guessing game as well as when I'm getting crystals. We're into March now and I called Ken and yelled at him that this has taken 2 months now and you're not doing anything. His answer was that he keeps getting telemarketers and the one crystal that I sent back, he can't find but said that when his woman comes in, she knows where it is, putting this whole thing on hold because he can't do anything until he finds this one crystal. I told him that I don't care! I get these stupid telemarketers too. JUST HANG UP ON THEM!!! IT'S GOT NOTHING TO DO W/BUSINESS!!!! Find it later and send 10 crystals at once instead of this one on one mailing thing every time he feels like sending them. I can try all 10 crystals and see which one works! The rest of them I will send back. What's the big deal here???!!! He said he would do that but it's 2 weeks now and I'm done w/this clown! I called my Visa card and am in the process of getting my money back. Stay away from this idiot!! read more

I needed a replacement part for a HomeDepot Fan (which they do not carry) and they were 1/3 of the price to on Amazon. Went in and showed a pic of the needed part and was out in no time. Would recommend and go here again. read more
