I traded in a game that I bought from them for $20 and they only gave me $4 back. I would not go back again.

Extremely helpful staff. I believe the guys name was Sean that helped me. I had been in the store once to see if they had a PlayStation 4 controller but they didn't have any at the time. No big deal, not their fault, but they did thankfully let me know what day their shipments usually come in. I called that day and they said they hadn't gotten through the boxes yet but to call later in the day, again, not a problem. The second time I called they recognized that it was starting to become a hassle but they had gotten a controller on trade in which without asking they put on a sort of hold for me. The staff could not have been nicer even though I'll admit that I was being a bit of a nuisance. Keep up the good work guys! read more

I went in to trade in a game and look for a new one to buy with the credit. RaSean was the associate working and was understaffed and very busy. As I was looking for a game to buy, I noticed that although he was very busy and overwhelmed, RaSean handled every customer politely and patiently. When I went to finally check out, RaSean asked me questions about the game I was trading in and helped me find the best deal on the new game I was buying. He made sure I got the best deal and even helped me use my Pro Rewards to get that extra bit off. I didn't often think of GameStop first when buying video games, but this experience has definitely made them stand out and has made them my go-to for games and other fun stuff! read more

Until I had a son I'd never been here, but with a six year old who loves Xbox, PlayStation, etc, brand new games can get pricey! I think coming here to let him pick a "new to him" game for a much cheaper price. Place is always clean, pretty well organized and employees friendly and helpful. We joined their club to, which turned out to be a good deal as you get reduced prices on many items. read more

Got to give it a two because have never been disappointed with this place like I was today. Have been coming here since I was a boy. I was disappointed today to have to come in to return my 2 month old turtle beach PX24s and they were cracked on the side band piece right before it connects to the actual headphone. About 1215 when I went in there today, a gentleman mid 20s wearing Red and black glasses, and a Abercrombie dark blue(I believe) sweatshirt. Was nice the first words he said, until I said I was disappointed the only other words he told me was $10 for another warranty. Did not say he was sorry or even listen to me when I explained what happened with them. I was not rude by any means but was extremely disappointed by this gentleman. Of course I did the new warranty and I paid 80 for these the first time. Will still be back but hopefully not to see this man read more

I wouldn't use GameStop. Their cutomer service on line and by phone is horrible I was on hold for and hour and a half and never talked to anybody. Most stores (West Main Kalamazoo Mi.) won't help you if you purchsed it on line, Luckily I found one the did On Westnedge Kalamazoo They were very helpful in processing my return and I thank them. read more
