After dealing with several septic companies in the past that took advantage of us, we were relieved to find Rightway. We hired them to replace our old septic tank with a larger one and install two new leach lines. They handled everything -- including scheduling and managing all the required perk tests prior to installation. What truly set them apart was how they went above and beyond to save us money at every opportunity, even when they didn't have to. Amanda (Travis's wife) was fantastic -- always responsive and happy to answer any questions we had throughout the entire process. Travis and his team were honest, thorough, and incredibly efficient. They completed the job quickly and took care of every inspection required to close everything out. Even with our yard full of energetic animals running around during construction, they stayed professional and good-natured the whole time. And not to mention how nice it was of Travis to offer to move the extra dirt from leach lines install to the back of my property for my daughter so we could level out and area for her to ride her horse We would happily use Rightway 100 times over. They are now our go-to company for all septic needs, and if we ever need to install new equipment in the future, Travis and his team will be our first and only call. I was told it could not be repaired and to put a concrete stepping stone over the hole in the tank. Rightway took no responsibility for damaging the septic tank nor made an attempt to help me with repairs other than telling me I needed to have them install $1000 raisers Amanda, you need to look closely at your photos. Marked punched the hole in the top of my septic tank not the lid. If he would have hit the lid and it broke it could have been replaced without any issues. I had a good conversation with Travis and feel much better with this company and will use them in the future.

Our management company said 'A' company was coming out but never said what company. So, as we were nearing 2 weeks since being told, I began to get anxious. With no disrespect to other companies, we didn't want anyone else to service our septic. Rick & Corey have been taking care of our septic (property) with such perfection in our book. But on Christmas Eve mind you, in the pouring rain here pulls up Rick. Talk about dancing in the rain. We were so happy to see Rick (& sad at the same time because it was Christmas Eve & raining). When I was sure that we had to first replace the whole septic system, I got quotes from many companies and building 5 offered the most competitive price. I was told by some company that cheap means less quality. Okay, please use your own judgement. I can only say they are not greedy company, or maybe they use fewer workers with less time but very efficient work. Maybe no long warranty is also a factor. So it depends on what you want. And during the work, they were very transparent with each process and helped me take pictures of every step they did. Josh and Alan were very patient in answering all my questions. They even change the main sewer line connected to the tank which is not in the scope of work. And the toilet already started to flow. Josh is super honest with the price, he took down the part that they didn't do at the end. They not only saved our pocket but also the time.
