Highly recommend Javier from R&R!…read more Our bathroom had 2 issues. The shower had 2 points of discharge and water came out from both ends when we turn on the water. The control switch was not working properly and it appears to have something broken inside the switch. The second was the bathtub was dripping for months. Our property manager gave us some recommendation on handyman, and we reached out to a few others. Everyone of the handyman looked at the issues and said they couldn't do it. Javier from R&R was professional and friendly. He came, looked at the problems and gave us multiple options. We were told that our bathroom fixtures were on the older end, and replacement parts would be pretty slim. Javier said he would try his best to find ways to fix our problems, and if it can't be fix, then he would have to go with the full remove and replace option. Needless to say, the cheaper option would be less than half the price of the worst case scenario. We were presented with the cheaper options to be less than $1000, while the worst case scenario would be in the mid $2000 with our drywall cut open in order to do the fixture replacement. We would also had to then deal with redoing the drywall since that is not part of the company's scope of work. Javier came back after we accepted the estimate and was able to fix everything faster than I thought. To my surprised, he was able to find the replacement parts and fix everything. My experience with Javier and R&R has been exceptional. I highly recommend R&R to anyone with plumbing issue like i had.

The system has operated superbly since then. I was especially impresses with Graham (from Nashville). Soon I will be installing a new Master bath toilet and will probably call them for that, as well as new faucets in the Master Bath area. These are not the cheapest guys but the job they do is excellent. That said, I signed up for a yearly twice a year maintenance visit, and their office does not do a great job of following up or letting the customer know what is going on or when they would like to come out. Next maintenance should be around October. Use 'em they do a good job. Not sure about their maintenance program.

I realize he could only offer to do so much within the rules of the company he worked for, but we were grateful for his honesty. He did not try deceive us into paying for an entirely new AC unit as a contractor who came by just before him did. Instead, he went right to work by replacing the capacitor and activating the unit first to see if the AC compressor even needed replacing. Thankfully, it didn't. Our AC stopped working, yet Mario did not rush the job even though it was very hot that day. He first ran a meter test to make sure the thermal switch inside the compressor was making contact before replacing the capacitor. Then he then proceeded to reactivated the AC and and check the temperature of the inside vents to see if cool air was coming out them properly. After he established that it was, he then offered my mother a senior discount, knocking the price for the new capacitor down from $497.00 to $397.00, which we were very grateful for. He was also very polite and easy to get along with and took the time to answer our questions. I just wish there were more contractors out there that were as sincere and knowledgable as he was. If you decide to use this company, ask for Mario. I decided to give the company PDSPlumbingAndAir.com 4 out of 5 stars because their intitial ad said they provide free estamates, but when we spoke to them over the phone, they said they charge a $79.00 dollar "Evaluation Fee" which would only be waved if we hired them for a job, meaning if they charge a price beyond what someone can afford, the potential customer would still owe them $79.00 dollars. ----------- J. I…read moreoriginally intended to wait about three months for this review, "to make sure that everything was alright". Now we're at the seventh month mark and let me say that every day I am grateful for the work that Peterson Plumbing did on our home. Peterson Plumbing did a complete replumb with PEX. In a word, Thomas is awesome! We were initially skeptical when he offered the lowest estimate for repairs and did so over the phone without coming out to the house. My wife had talked with him first when getting quotes. We had the plumber that had been servicing our home for the past five years. Their quote was about four thousand higher. Another estimate from a local plumber was double of Thomas'. I reached out to Thomas and expressed my concern about him doing an estimate without coming out. He said he lived in the area and knew the homes; he even swung by after his day was done for a quick meet and greet. His estimate stood at what he stated. Even with a record 86 drywall holes in our house; Thomas said that typical replumbs have about 35 holes. Now for the things that we found out that he and his staff did not share with us. We have hot water quicker at every faucet in the house, except one. When they replumbed, they did so more efficiently than the original piping with backbone of the plumbing being between the first and second floors. The master shower used to take over a minute to get hot water, now it's less than 10 seconds. The kitchen was about 30 seconds, now it's about 15 seconds. The downstairs bathroom stays at about 15 seconds. Plumbing took one day. Drywall repair took two days. Thomas told us it would take one or two depending on how much repair work needed to be done. Every step of the way Thomas stayed within the guidelines that he outlined for us and never came to us with extra or hidden charges, despite being the least expensive estimate. Thomas went above and beyond as well. At no charge, he redid our pool fill which had been non-operational since we moved to the house over 10 years ago. He also swapped to valves for the shower and sink faucets in the master bathroom. He also replaced a damaged aerator and ordered the replacement part from Delta himself. I didn't even know until the package arrived and he phoned to swing by and install it. If you're looking for an honest plumber who stands by his work; Thomas is your local plumber!!! Don't hesitate. I have referred Thomas more than any other local business.

We are getting epoxy installed in the garage and Scott told me not to worry, they would come disconnect everything, put it to the side for the installation and then connect it back after. When I logged on here, I saw that there were some poor reviews which peaked my curiosity. I looked at them and I can honestly tell you that these people don't know the kind of system they have. They obviously did not listen because everything was explained meticulously. They are comparing this system to systems that are subpar. Also complaints about spending a few extra dollars for service and filters. If your health and well being is not important for you to spend a little extra money and you would rather spend that money on a 10 dollar Starbuck coffee filled with diabetes then you are a lost cause. I 100% recommend this company and I just recently bought a house of my own and will have them install one there as well.

Jesse and his crew nick and Gabrielle with top service plumbing have been handling all our plumbing issues for the last year and have done an amazing job every time we have them here. We have an older house so we recently needed a complete pipe reroute because our pipes were all going at the same time. Jesse got out here the same day we had multiple slab leaks and within the hour I called he had a crew here and was ready to go. They finished an entire pipe reroute in one day! Which I still can't believe they pulled off not to mention it was a Sunday and I believe it was jesses day off and they still made sure everything was done correctly and professionally. Jesse and the guys ending up being our Thanksgiving miracle. We are having construction done on our bathroom. The contractor was supposed to come back and set the toilet the day before Thanksgiving for my mother-in-law who is unable to go up and down the stairs. They never showed up. My husband spent all morning driving around town on Thanksgiving morning trying to find anyone who was open and sold wax rings so he could set the toilet. Everyone was closed. As he was driving he saw two plumbing trucks off the freeway. There were two guys hanging a banner for their plumbing company. It was Jesse with Top Service Plumbing. My husband drove over to where they were and explained the situation. They went to their van and grabbed a wax ring that they gave to my husband, asking for nothing in return. We moved to Wildomar in June 2016, and quickly realized the water is very hard here. The dishes came out with spots, we had water spots on the shower doors, our skin was itchy and dry. We researched several water softening and filtration systems, and decided on the Pelican combo system. We called several plumbers for a quote to do the installation. After talking with Jesse at Top Service Plumbing, we felt comfortable with his prompt response and his knowledge in water treatment systems. After the softening and filtration system arrived, Jesse and his team came to do the installation. They did a very professional job and the price was reasonable. He answered all my questions. The night before our daughter and grandchildren were to arrive, our toilets and showers were backed up and disgusting. We were desperate. After Reaching Top Service, Jeff came and assessed the situation, limited some of the problems, but we agreed that the Top Service Team need to further explore our problems and our options. Jesse Partida arrived, after Jeff and others had taken pictures of the obstructions done by tree roots to very old pipes--70 year old pipes! It was an expensive fix, but needed to be done and we felt that they were doing it as economically as possible. Jeff and Tom were very hard workers, very pleasant while doing a very difficult job, digging deep, deep holes in the yard during the summer of July 2019. We called Top Service to have our broken shower and sink faucets replaced. I was in a time crunch, as I had out of town guests arriving. They came the next morning, evaluated the problems, got the parts and finished the job in one day! I was excited to have it fixed so quickly and efficiently. They wore shoe covers as not to get my floors dirty, cleaned up everything when they were done and the cost was very reasonable. Jesse checked out a few other issues we were having with our kitchen sink and water pressure and gave me an estimate for the future. They worked quickly, no milking the time. I can tell that Jesse is experienced and knows his stuff, but he is not pushy about the work, just explained the problems clearly and let us decide what we wanted to have done. Had two other plumbers look at my gas water heater and came up with all kinds of problems why it was going to cost me a lot more then what they quoted me on the phone. I found Top Service Plumbing on line and notice a lot of five stars. I gave them a call and spoke to a woman name Sommer. She was very helpful and polite. As for the service men that installed my new water heater, they were awesome. They came with in an hour and stayed late until the job was done. Because I'm having construction done in my garage they not only stayed late to get the job done but they also had to work in the dark with only flashlights. They went way over and beyond the call of service in my book and I highly recommend there service. I plan on keeping there information indefinitely. read more

After having a previous plumber come and say they couldn't figure out what was wrong with our toilet, we called Top Service Plumbing to come for a second opinion. Solomon came in and worked from 3 - 10 pm working to figure out what was going on with our toilet. He wasn't able to figure it out so he came back with his supervisor on the next business day and they were able to figure out the issue as a team. Solomon had great communication during the whole process, had a positive attitude and was very professional. He was able to get the job done and we greatly appreciate it! I am so impressed with this company that I had to write a review. Had an emergency or what we thought was an emergency and the guy that came out told us it was more than likely a couple valves that needed to be changed out. Something my husband could do. Instead of charging us he told my husband what to do. We offered to pay for a service call for them coming out, but he didn't even take that. They will be our go to plumbers when we do need someone. The best service Company of any kind I have dealt with. They showed up promptly, diagnosed the problem within minutes and had everything fixed very fast and professionally. Top Service Plumbing Co. Inc is a fantastic company. The service was quick, the price was great and Ery Cruz was very professional and kept me informed every step of the way. My toilet clogged Friday night, I called and was told they would try to be out that night, I received a phone call, they could be out early Saturday morning. Like clockwork they called me early Saturday morning and arrived as expected. The tech was very knowledgeable and did a speedy job in repairing my toilet. Jesse And his partner responded immediately to my request within 1 hour were at my residence trying to figure out the problem with my sink. They ended up clearing the drain within minutes and my sink was back to normal. After speaking with Jesse on what the problem may have been he then told me that he would check to see to make sure the problem would not happen again. They brought out a camera and snaked my whole drain to the city sewer. Called Top Service for a leaking garbage disposal ands clogged bathroom sink, they responded before the estimated time, replaced the disposal unclogged the one sink and serviced the other one as well, then fixed a problem with a toilet, checked out hot water heater, gave us instructions on up coming maintenance needs to watch for and how to repair them ourselves, the service was above and beyond. Had these guys out to one of my rentals. Was able to schedule same day service our tech was Jesse. Came out accessed problems and called my wife to explain what needed to be done even explained to tenants what needed to be done. I was out of town so not the best time to have issues. Tech was super professional and very polite and I was informed by my tenants kept a nice clean work area and protected carpet and house while the crew was working. We had a plumbing emergency here right before my sons wedding. Our house was full of family from the East Coast when our toilets and showers backed up. Top Service and Jesse and crew came to the rescue. It was a huge job and all our plans had to be scrapped for 2 days so they could get us back to normal which they did in the 2 days we were promised. GREAT SERVICE! Our water heater went out and was leaking all over our garage. Within 2 hours of calling, they had a technician at my home. He removed the water heater and installed another same day. He also took the time to recognize that our water pressure was two times higher than is should be / that we didn't have a water pressure regulator and the danger that can pose. Just serviced my dad's house, did a fairly large job in bathroom. Complete remodel. Got a really nice looking tub and fixtures Came out great, and for a fair price. Jesse and his team are amazing. We had a major clog in our sewage line. Jesse and his team came out and cleared it but it needed to be replaced. Top Service worked all weekend to dig down 6 feet and run a new line as well as replace another line to the sewer. They made sure it was done professionally and quickly. Jesse made sure that I was satisfied with the work and ran a camera through the rest of the house to make sure there were no other problems. I will definitely use them again. read more

I originally just wanted the wax seal replaced in hopes that would fix it but Anthony told me there could be a hairline crack or roots growing in the sewer line. I chose to have them install a second toilet in my house and Anthony was absolutely correct, roots were definitely growing . I totally recommend this company to my neighbors as they are always there to answer the phone when help is immediately needed. What impressed me most was that he didn't try to upsell me on unnecessary repairs or suggest replacing the entire drain system.
