My oh my did that hit the spot. The chicken enchilada was delicious. The chicken was moist and flavorful. The plate came with some posole, beans, and red and green sauce. The pancakes were really good! Different from anything I've had before. My husband had chilaquiles, those were really good. And my son got a traditional breakfast. The menu said it came with fries, which were more what we called breakfast potatoes. That was a good thing! Those potatoes were so good! There were so many people crowded in to the tiny space it was impossible to tell the people trying to get on the list from the people who had been called to their table. Groups of people were cutting to the front to get seated ahead of others who were already in line to get seated. The employees were not managing it well, instead of calling the name of the next person in line, they just seated the people in front, who as I already mentioned, may have just pushed their way ahead of people already waiting. We finally made to our table and were seated. I really appreciate our waiter, once we told him about our time crunch, he was on it. He got our orders in quickly and the food arrived quickly. He got everything perfect. When we finished he got the checks done fast and we made it out with plenty of time to spare. As far as the food is concerned, the majority of the group enjoyed their meal. One meal, a taco salad wasn't good. The chicken was dry and the fried tortilla bowl was tough and chewy, not crispy. The sopapillas were hot and delicious, served with honey butter and honey.
