After living with a dog for almost a year my beautiful couch needed to be brought back to life!…read more I am absolutely amazed by the transformation of my white curved sofa! The before-and-after pictures speak for themselves, but seeing the results in person is even more impressive. BEFORE: My beautiful cream-colored sofa had noticeable discoloration, dark spots, stains, and areas that looked dingy from everyday use. The seat cushions had uneven coloring, and certain sections of the fabric looked darker and more worn than others. Because the sofa is such a light color, every stain and imperfection stood out. I was honestly concerned that some of the discoloration might be permanent. AFTER: What an incredible difference! The sofa looks dramatically cleaner, brighter, and refreshed. The noticeable stains and dark patches have been greatly reduced, the fabric looks much more uniform, and the original light color has been beautifully restored. Even the curved backrest and rounded edges look refreshed. The entire sofa has a cleaner, more polished appearance. EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE: The service was fantastic from start to finish! The technician was extremely friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and informative. He took the time to explain the cleaning process, answer my questions, and make sure I understood what to expect. I really appreciated his positive attitude, attention to detail, and the care he put into cleaning my furniture. AMAZING VALUE - ONLY $360! Considering the size, unique curved design, light-colored fabric, and the amount of cleaning required, I thought $360 was an excellent value. Replacing a sofa like this would cost significantly more, so having it professionally cleaned and seeing such a dramatic improvement was absolutely worth every dollar. OVERALL EXPERIENCE: I couldn't be happier! Between the impressive before-and-after results, outstanding customer service, friendly and informative technician, and reasonable price, this was a five-star experience all around. If you have a white or light-colored sofa that looks stained, dingy, or beyond saving, I highly recommend this service. Before spending thousands on new furniture, consider having your existing furniture professionally cleaned. Beautiful results, excellent service, and an incredible value for $360. I would absolutely recommend them!
