Carlos does an amazing job with my senior dog, Louie - who has a complicated medical history. Finding a groomer I can fully trust with my dog's comfort and safety means everything to me, and Carlos & Brian make that happen. Communication is another huge reason I stay loyal! Carlos is always responsive making scheduling super simple. We get scheduled every 3 - 4 weeks to upkeep Louie's grooming. I also have to give a special shoutout to Brian, who is incredible. He was actually the very first person to ever groom Louie over 12 years ago when he was just a puppy, and he's still grooming him today. If you're looking for a groomer who is patient, compassionate, AND skilled with senior dogs, I can't recommend Carlos and his team enough.

To start off they left bald spot patches on his back and stomach. They didn't even trim his nails when they said "they did". They burned his ear and trimmed it unevenly. Honestly a 5 year old would've done a better job cutting my dogs hair! The people that did this to my dog need to be fired ASAP! But like I said if you want to pay for your fur babies to suffer then I would definitely come here!
