This might seem like good service, but when the line is that long, either have more people there taking orders or use a kiosk for those of us who don't need to ask questions, or remind guests that there are many others in line (probably after the first 5 mins of discussing the menu) and the line needs to move up. I sat down and waited until the end of that range, which was only a few mins, and then went back up to the pick up area to ask about my order. The lady working was very friendly when I explained what I did. She gave me a number and told me she'd bring my order out, she also gave me the drink I pre-ordered. A few mins later, she brought my food out. I looked around to notice that people who were waiting for food prior to me still hadn't gotten their food.
