They tell you YOU NEED TO contact USPS or whomever the mail carrier is. However you contact the carrier and they tell you to contact the merchant. That is ridiculous and $100 I am out of and I will have to last resort dispute the charge with the bank because they do not allow returns. Terrible business. I wish people would just do their job, and if it's done well, they'll get a good rating. If it's done crappy, then they'll get a bad rating. That's just all there is to it. Don't ask for an "A" if you don't deserve one. Especially if you have an attitude.

So convenient for me (and really most of Uptown NOLA since it's just upriver). The parking lot is sort of a jigsaw puzzle but it has multiple entrances/exits with lights so you don't have to fight Clearview too hard. The fitness center is INSANELY popular so parking near it can be a pain. I just wish the owners kept up the space better. On rainy days, you'll see plastic bins collecting rain water inside the stores. The parking lot & sidewalks are often dirty/littered. Maintenance, it's important.
