I wanted to purchase a skirt and it was 50% off on the website, but full price in the store. I showed the salesperson the skirt on the website and she simply said they do not honor the prices on the website. I could tell she was annoyed at the fact she was about to lose another sale to their website but I'm not going to throw away $30. If that's their policy ok, that's not her fault, but now I understand why loft and many other retailers are closing hundreds of their brick and mortar stores across the country. PLEASE do your stores a favor and stop competing with your own web sales.

Nothing in the selection wowed me, so I don't know that I'd make a special trip over to this shop but would consider stopping in if I was in the neighborhood.
