I've been going to this store for the past 5 years and I don't recall it ever being clean, organized and with products actually in stock. Not to mention the line that always exists and never moves. Employee Gabi at the register gave the wrong information about exchanging and would not let me exchange items that was gifted to my granddaughter. I was told I need the card or email address of whoever bought the item. I understand them trying to keep their return rate down but it wasn't good customer service. I called the 1-800 number and was informed that was not correct. I should be able to go into any old navy and at least get the funds on a gift card if not an exchange. read more

I'm convinced that they don't actually staff "The Floor" to keep displays folded and organized. I'm convinced that they really don't care! I'm convinced that this location squeaks by because it's the only one in the area and people that want cheaply made clothes will dig through mismatched piles of clothing to score big. This is the most aggravating chain store I have been to because it doesn't matter what time of year it is, it could be super slow Summer or the day after the Christmas rush and the store ALWAYS looks like garbage, the lines are long, and they never truly have what I need. If I could put a negative rating, I would! Besides the fact that the place is poorly managed. The sense of urgency to customer needs is NON EXISTENT!! After spending and overwhelming amount of time in the check out line (while management and multiple employees came by to comment, without offering help), I finally get to check out. The young lady rings me up, and when I gave her cash, she had to re-ring me at another cash register that had a cash drawer. After she did that, she still couldn't reconcile. She proceeds to ring me up again. Trying to figure out the math. As I watch in disbelief, yet still offering to help, she then tells me I have to wait in line so that another cashier can check me out. Meanwhile the manager was standing right there with no solution or help to offer. I will never be back! I usually have problem shopping here because of price that are marked wrong or cashier charging me wrong. My last time was a month ago when they had a sale for flip flops for $1. I purchased some clothes and a dozen flip flops. It's a $1 flip flops so I can't pass up on that. Well upon leaving, the cashier forgot to hand me my flip flop bag so I had to come back the following day to get it. Today shopping was just to look around and I found two dress that I don't need but both are priced under $10 so I can't pass that deal up. I found some work pants that fits me perfectly but are too long for me so Kristinnia the cashier mentioned that she can ordered for me and it would be send to my house free of shipping. The hand held gadget that looks like a cell phone was not working so Kristinnia had to borrow her manager hand held to get my order thru. Kristinnia still can't seem to get the it work also so I just patiently waited about 10 to 15 minutes and she apologized for the delay. While attempting again to place my order, the manager didn't want to stop what she was doing to help out but told Kristinnia that she has to bring me to the side and have me wait for another associate to help me so Kristinnia won't hold up the line. What kind of BS is that?!? She's worry about people in line waiting to get checkout so she wants me to step aside and wait? The last time I checked, I'm a customer also. That manager that day needs to be retrained. Kristinnia was helpful and informative. Kudos to employee like her. If I can, I would give 0 star. I used to love this store because the staffs were so nice but after today, I guess I won't go there anymore. I would be rather to shop online. Because they don't prefer you use your coupons when you have it. First picture showing that I purchased $310.01 on 5/28 so I got two coupons. And additional one again when I purchased on 6/3. One staff told me that I can came back between 6/5-6/13 to return what I got on 6/3 then use my coupons which I could save some money, so I went back today which all my items and the "Lead" cashier (on her name tag) said nope, the coupons are for "future use". To make it short, she just wouldn't return all my items then let me use my "future coupons" (which valid on 6/5-6/13) to buy all the items back, so.. guess what.. I returned everything thing.. and yeah, I saved $175.58. And either better, you guys just lost a customer just like that. And yeah.. the line can be shorter.. read more

Old Navy has a nice clothes for a relatively inexpensive price. I like that it is a stand alone store and it's easy to navigate around this apparel warehouse. This location is easy to get to from the city and also easy to access from Clearview without having to walk through the entire strip mall, with ample parking. The issue for me is with regard to the service. It seems like there aren't a lot of employees or maybe they just lack motivation. The line is very long and there are never more than two check out lanes open and they move a little slower than you would like. The attitude is very lackluster and unapologetic for openly expressing their desire to do anything other quickly complete your order. read more

Oh Old Navy. This is the perfect place to come if you are on a budget and need to redo your wardrobe. This isn't the bottom of the line clothing, but decent clothes for a decent price, if your planning on having a better financial standing for better clothes in the near future. The sales are awesome. Their variety of pajama bottoms are awesome. Fitting rooms are a bit on the small side. The tables and racks could really use a good straightening and organization, as with the knick knacks at the checkout line. But the floors are not dirty and there is no dust coming from the light fixtures or clothing fixtures, which is good. read more

I ordered this jacket for my boyfriend offline and when he pulled it out of the bag he went to open it to try it on EVERY SINGLE BUTTON JUST POPPED OFF!! I mean popped off with the GREATEST OF EASE almost as if they were just POORLY glued on anyway. We were a little taken aback by this, but didn't worry about it too much since Old Navy is really good with returns and exchanges. So he proceeded to try it on just to make sure the size was right. The jacket was delivered on the weekend, so we thought that instead of returning it through the mail; we would just drive to the store and make the exchange faster so he could wear the jacket to an upcoming event. When we got to the store we handed over the jacket and told the lady at the counter what happened. Instead of offering ANY SEMBLANCE OF AN APOLOGY for this crappy jacket that they had the nerve to send us, she just called her manager over the radio and said "some people are at the front trying to return something." ... Again, whatever, we just wanted a jacket with some buttons. Then the manager came up and looked at the jacket. We started to explain again that we opened the jacket and the buttons just came off and before we could even finish she said "well since it has been worn and washed we unfortunately can't take it back"... Um, what? We thought maybe she misunderstood us, even though all of the original tags were still attached to the jacket, and tried explaining again that the jacket had not been worn or washed, it actually showed up to our house looking this crappy and damaged. She then proceeded to tell us "Well you have to return it to the online store anyway because we don't have this jacket." Just like that. No apology, no nothing. At this point I was pretty irritated and was wondering "what the hell was the point of her making her "worn and washed comment" if she couldn't exchange it anyway???' Overall I didn't appreciate the quality of the jacket or the quality of service. I am thoroughly annoyed and will be passing on any purchases from Old Navy for a while. read more

After losing 35 pounds I had to go and buy some new clothes. Well since this store is close to where I live I decided to check it out. I will admit that there selection of shirts are okay. They didn't have that great of a selection of shoes though. Their selection of pants was pretty good. They had a huge variety of sizes in various styles. I will admit this place was a little higher than K-mart but it wasn't as expensive as the gap. In short a nice place to shop for medium priced clothing. read more

I checked in at Old Navy today and was amazed that they don't have any reviews. I mean, yeah, it's Old Navy and every store in this chain is basically the same... but again, it's Old Navy. Someone should have reviewed it by now. I guess I'll accept this challenge. Old Navy has pretty much been my go-to since having a child. Whenever she outgrows some clothes, this is a great place to go and stock up on the basics. They have some adorable shirts, skirts, dresses, shorts, etc., all reasonably priced. My favorite is the clearance section. Already cheap $12 pyjama sets discounted to $5? Yay! The various staff members roam around straightening clothing, and are always quick to ask if you need help. However, they aren't pushy, and usually once you tell them you're just looking, they will leave you alone. The fitting rooms leave something to be desired, as they are usually very cluttered/messy. Come to think of it, the racks of clothing are also usually a bit disorganized. Overall, I like this location because of its location... in a strip mall, so I don't have to go in an actual mall to shop. This means less teenagers, particularly if I visit on my lunch break, and for that I'm grateful. It gets 3 stars because "A-OK" really does sum up Old Navy. It isn't fantastic, and it's definitely something I could live without... but the low prices and cute selection of kiddie clothes keep me coming back every few months. read more

I love Old Navy for the inexpensive seasonal clothes for my kids. The price point makes it easy to keep up with the kids ever-growing sizes and the seasonal styles. The sales are pretty good on a regular basis BUT this store is ALWAYS a mess. Every time I go it looks like it has been ransacked by shoppers. It is not easy to find a employee in the floor for any type of assistance. I was here today and the customer service was horrible. The line was at least 15+ people deep and there were only 2 employees checking people out. There were other employees piddling around the store. Also the store was a disaster, you weren't able to walk places because shoes and clothing were all over floor. I usually like to shop at old navy for the nicely priced summer wear. However, I had some difficulty at this location. My fun started like this: I went to the back of the store, and found a table of shorts with a clearance display of 50% off- stating all swim wear, shorts, and tanks were half off. Cool. So, I go to try them on, and later at the register I find that none of them are ringing up at half off. I mention this- sales lady is kinda rude. She asks another sales lady if they are on sale, and the other one says she thinks they are not on sale. I walk back to the table to show them the location of the shorts. The second sales lady explains to me that although they are folded and sitting inches from the sales sign, they are not on sale. Sheer frustration!! read more

I walked into the store and was greeted very warmly by the team member at the door. They were having a sale so the store was very messy and unorganized. I went to use the restroom and it was DISGUSTING. There was no toilet paper in the stalls and it was everywhere on the floor. All of the toilets had not been flushed and the floors were wet. I understand it gets busy and I have been to many Old Navy's where the restrooms were clean and the store did everything they could to keep the areas organized during sales. I left that store and went to World Market instead to shop in a CLEAN store. Very disappointed as I usually like Old Navy but I will not be going to this one again. read more
