I was sent a pair of pants to consider in a UK size 4, BUT UAL tag was NOT labeled as UK. It simply said "4" and was the only visible size on the garment photo, leading both myself (and I'm assuming the associate who was only sending options she believed in my range) to believe it was a size 4 US. Pants were obviously several sizes too small after size conversion. I could not wear them upon arrival. Manager refused to allow me to return them for anything other than store credit even after my explaining entire situation and sending screenshots of conversation and recalling phone conversations that were not on text. She took one screenshot out of context as "proof" that I had size information. I had a waist and inseam measurement on the pants, which in no way defines the entire fit of the pant as a whole. The waist fit me as did the length, however they were bulging tight in the legs and did not fit as they should have had they been a US size 4. She ignored dozens of other texts and conversations that made it clear that I was looking specifically at a US size range and the associate was understanding and helping me with that. Manager also told me "our customers should just know" what brands require size conversions and which do not, even though nowhere on the UAL tag did it say "UK" 4, so I would have known to make the conversion. Overall, associate was wonderful and doing her best to be helpful. But mistakes do happen and it seems unfair to penalize a customer for a sizing error that her UAL staff also made (non-intentionally). Manager was incredibly condescending and difficult to deal with. UAL has great prices and pieces, but you better hope you never have an issue with anything because there is a huge unwillingness to resolve or be anything other than stubborn and defensive over something that should be a very simple refund for a misunderstanding in which UAL absolutely shared blame. based off of conversations with an associate knowing my desired size range and these subsequent photos, I reasonably assumed and relied on UAL's staff and tag to believe that these were my correct US size.

Meaning, whatever it is that they offer to their customers has been well examined. The people that work in this shop, are all super nice. So, if you need any help, I'm sure that they are more than happy to give it to you. Located on Magazine Street, this business is super easy to find. In terms of parking, they have parking all over the place. You can find parking spots on Magazine Street, or the streets that surround the business. So, that should never be a problem. My heart was broken when I found the most beautiful beaded, silk skirt that simply didn't fit. Humbling experience but that's the way it goes sometimes. We visited New Orleans amd rented an Airbnb. After dinner we decided we would need some items to…read moremake breakfast. We spotted this neighborhood Walmart and hurried over there because it was late and it was close to cosing time. The parking lot was full of cars but you could tell they were about to close by the way the customers were running into the store. I felt like we were doing that show where everybody speed shops. Two of us were running from aisle to aisle for bacon, croissant, fruit, milk, wine, sausage and a whole lot of other stuff. The self check out was fully operational and we were easily able to get out of there with no issues.

I recently purchased a dress online and had it delivered to the store for pickup. I was not notified when the dress arrived, so by the time I went to pick it up approximately two weeks later, I discovered that the dress had a hole in it. I was extremely disappointed to then be made to feel as though I should somehow be responsible for an item that was damaged before I ever took possession of it. What bothered me even more was the response I received when I called the store manager to address the situation. I was told, "It was a cheap dress anyway." Regardless of the price of an item, that is an incredibly dismissive and unprofessional way to speak to a customer--especially a loyal customer who has supported this boutique many times. The issue is not simply the cost of the dress. It is about customer service, accountability, and how a customer is treated when there is a problem. I expected the store to stand behind the merchandise it sold and handle the situation professionally. Instead, I felt dismissed and disrespected. Unfortunately, this experience has completely changed the way I feel about shopping here. A loyal customer should never be made to feel that their purchase or concern does not matter simply because someone considers the item "cheap."

My only disappointment/complaint is if you go in during possibly rush hrs, like around 5pm, there is a lack of registers open when there was a line of guests. I hate that the line has to back up long enough to point that then an additional person, which looks like manner will appear and open up additional register. Also this locationis in same lot as Planet Fitness which at times parking be an issue at times. Otherwise, great location & friendly staff.
