My issue is that throughout the store they kept sending employees to see what I was doing , never asked if I needed help. I had 4 boxes with men's shoes throughout the store , once I'm in line a BIG HUGE overbearing "guy" says he needed to take my boxes , mind you I'm ready to pay , he doesn't wait for me to hand them over he takes them from me , I look over to the (I'm assuming manager ? ) with a look like are you serious right now? She says "oh they're to heavy for you to carry" so I said ok , when I'm exiting the door ONCE I PAID FOR MY ITEMS OF COURSE , I asked that HUGE MAN who had 5 mins ago was so concerned about my well being to help me take the "heavy boxes " to my car. He said he couldn't? Sooooo basically they were profiling me because I'm a African American/ Hispanic woman with tattoos , I do not remember feeling this way at any other time at any WSS , I strongly suggest to train the employees better to serve the customers needs and not assume that every black / Hispanic person is there to steal. By the way there was A long line of white / light skinned customers behind me with tons of items , never saw any of the employees Approach them to ask them for help with their "heavy items" Everyone at this store looks like they need to get in shape to. They all look like they're having a food coma! Sleepy , standing all around each other talking about who knows what and only looking at certain customers with certain looks. I will not come to this store again and I hope that you will think twice to come here. I'm even thinking of returning my stuff for a refund. This really made my day unpleasant. This is my reason for venturing back to this location. I purchased five beautiful exotic cowboy boots and couldn't be happier as I have been planning on coming back to this store since 2016. All the vendors are ready for contactless payment, but they take cash too. if you need cash, an ATM is close by. The food trucks are towards the front, and the vendor tents are well organized into columns along the center of the market. Everybody from the vendors to the market goers were all friendly and at around noon, the market was bustlin' but not overly busy. We bought some farm fresh honey. The kids were amazed by the 3D printed creations, the freeze dried candies, and the desserts available at the market. The kids also were entertained at the Build a Pen vendor. They spent a good 10 minutes deciding on the various bobbles to personalize their new pens. it was fun.

All of the vendors we bought from were nice and helpful. This market is usually located in the Hobby Lobby parking lot on North Mesa. It's usually there every Sunday between 11 am and 3 pm. I found it interesting my usual UPS Store didn't come up. Rather, Kohls at Redd Rock Shopping Center was my only "free return" option. I was going to be at that side of town so I decided to click "Return at Kohls." I checked their hours and I was positively impressed to see that on Sundays they are open all the way til 11pm, it was then when I knew I had made the right choice. When arrived their parking lot was roomy. Inside Kohls was nicely decorated for the Holidays, not crazy full and clean. I headed to their front registers and they were busy, I took a moment to make eye contact with an employee and asked where costumer service was at. The employee naturally saw me with my amazon package and explained where in the store is their amazon returns kiosk. The amazon returns Kiosk is all the way in the back of the store, while walking there I was able to eye ball cute items at great discounts, when arrived at the kiosk no one was there and it is not a self serve kiosk so I had to walk all the way to the front of the store to tell an employee that I needed help, then to walk all the way to the back of the store to wait on someone when someone else was now in line. Bummer... Kohls was genius to create this kiosk and allure you in their store. Once I completed my return I was give a coupon for 25% any item in their store for the next 10 days. It all makes sense now. I cannot deny I loved what I saw in Kohls, and with their store hours I will very likely come back. Yup, yup, yup, yup!!!
