Any normal time off like a Saturday forget it- line starts at the back of the store. I don't know a solution for this but it is super ridiculous I can't tell you how many times I've needed something, gone in and walked right out and ordered it online

Lol My friend said their kids clothes and shoes are easy to put on. But anyways, BRING YOUR OLD CLOTHES when you go to H&M. They'll change 2 bags of the old clothes to 15% discount coupons. I did it at both this place and the one in the outlet and it worked both times. They said the size of bag doesn't matter as long as it's not ridiculously small. So I took 2 Walmart bags. Quality of clothes doesn't matter too.

First time at this thrift store. Found it by total accident…read more Found several awesome pieces for awesome prices! They have everything by color and not sizes which I don't like but can get used to. They have a kind of creepy guy who was obviously their "security" because he was walking around trying to look like he was shopping but obviously wasn't. They only take cash but do have an ATM machine that charges 4$ I think. Take cash! Overall I really enjoyed the store and loved my finds.

I have had probably one decent experience here and the rest have been bad. The last time I came in was after yoga so there were quite a few more women in the store than normal (usually it's just one or two people). So I am never greeted when I walk in the store or even when I'm looking around. The employees completely ignore you. Unless you are a regular... then they yell out "Hey Lisa" when they walk in but ignore everyone else. Their store is always clean and the clothes are sorted neatly. The dressing room is nice and you're able to park right in front of the store if you find a spot. The clothes are expensive but I signed up for their emails and their website has good sales! I just can't get over their customer service (or lack of). Which really upsets me. So I'm just going to keep buying off their website.
