It is nice that both T.J.Maxx and HomeGoods are together in the same space - it makes finding unique buys and deals easy! It is a clean and beautiful store with friendly staff. The cashiers are warm and you can easily find staff around who can help you find things. It is well-stocked and has a large variety of unique finds, so every store visit is like a treasure hunting experience. I also feel like I'm getting great deals and bargains when I shop there because they sell quality items that last me a long time and at great prices. T.J.Maxx & HomeGoods is also located at a prime location at Beaver Creek Crossings, which is a beautiful large shopping place with a mix of national retailers, contemporary brands, and distinctive shops and dining. I also like that there's a CVS pharmacy and a Starbucks inside, which is super convenient. One of the main reasons I go there is their fresh produce. It's usually really good. Ordering online with drive-up pickup is also very quick and easy. Another thing I like is that you can even do returns through drive-up, which is perfect for lazy people like me.. lol! They're open until 11 PM, so if you suddenly need something late in the evening, you can usually rely on Target. Overall, it's one of the stores I depend on regularly.

They're all patient, skilled, and genuinely kind. I go in fairly often for tailoring and repairs, and they are always welcoming and willing to listen carefully while I figure out exactly what I want done. Today really stood out. I brought back a pair of pants that had been hemmed and looked great, but just didn't feel comfortable when I wore them. I was worried I was asking too much since I'd already been in a few times about these pants, but Ping couldn't have been more understanding. She insisted on letting them back out while I was there, even though it was near closing time. She also noticed a jacket I had and tightened the buttons on that too--again, on the spot. She was so kind, accommodating, and generous with her time, and she wouldn't even let me pay. That level of care and customer service is rare. I have been a recurring customer for over a year and have purchased watches and jewelry from them before. I recently took two of my Seiko dive watches to them for a service and repair and both watches now tell worse time than when they were dropped off and the bezel on one is completely stuck (it was working fine prior to me bringing them my watch). The owner insisted the watch was repaired, but it was not. I paid what I owed and will no longer be a customer of this store. I would recommend anyone to take there watches elsewhere for a service or repair
