He said he wasn't sure and that he would need to ask someone. He never asked and checked in two other families after me. Finally after about 15 mins another girl asked if we had been helped and I told her that I didn't think the kid had ever gone to ask the question. She just ignored me and proceeded to ask the other family if they were checked in. It's like no one there cared. It wasn't even that busy to begin with. What a shame.

Overall the atmosphere and staff are nice, they just need to work on efficiency and making the process take a little less time because I thought this was going to be a quick shopping experience.

And thank goodness for that, the staff is not friendly at all and once after waiting 10 minutes for someone to notice I was there, I just started going through the stacks of clothes myself. Well that got their attention because apparently you arent allowed to go through the stacks by yourself. If it's too much bother to help people pick out your overpriced stuff then get another job. Also found out we can get the same jumper pants and shirts elsewhere so I havent been back in a year. They also need to upgrade their selection of school sportswear, really dont have anything to offer in the way of sweatpants or hoodies.

Most everything is either very cheap, or very expensive. For example, there is a $10 jackets rack, while an Army issue tactical vest is $35 (about $7 online). Overall, I still recommend this store, but I wouldn't go in expecting everything to be reasonably priced, or made in USA.
