I have been trying to go to this business for two weeks and every day I go it has been closed with no sign on the door. I do not know what is wrong. I need scrubs for work and have driven 30 minutes to this store because it is one of the only ones, there should either be a sign on the door or something on the website so you don't waste your time. read more

just moved to the Raleigh area so I needed scrubs for work. I opened the door and wasn't greeted. Fine no problem. I waited behind the counter for some help, they didn't even acknowledge me. Fine, no problem. I got the scrubs down the aisle as a sales associate stood next to me and didn't ask if there was anything I needed help with. Fine, no problem. I went to the counter to pay for my items, still no greeting or eye contact. Is it because I'm black and I got my hat real low? These are elder white women who are extremely racist!!!! Do not shop here! I purchased 4 sets of scrubs at the top of January and was told that they'd be ready the next week. The following week, I called and was promptly shut down. The women answering the phone basically told me they'd call when the scrubs were ready. Another week goes by and still no word. Finally, TWENTY days after my purchase, I drive back in and asked for a refund. I was told no refunds, no exceptions. It was not a pleasant encounter and I definitely did not expect the uniform store to be such a negative, stressful experience. This is a small family-owned store, but their selection is good and the service is outstanding. Due to supply-chain issues during the COVID-19 pandemic, there are delays in fulfillment of non-stocked items and special orders, but those are currently universal and RX Uniform stay on top of their suppliers and their customers' orders, calling to keep them (their customers) updated with shipment progress. Wow. I was just in this store looking to try on a lab coat. A lady, whom I perceived was the owner, was extremely hostile. I was trying on a lab coat to ensure the correct size. After I explained what I was doing, she rudely said that if I wasn't going to buy the coat from her, I couldn't try it on. "The policy is on the front door." she said for all to hear. I inquired about the possibility of purchasing other items and that was of course ok with her, but I still couldn't try on the coats- if I was going to buy from a competitor. Just to be clear, my office is ordering coats in another city and I needed to obtain my size. As I left the store, yes I did see the small notice on the window stating the store policy. Store policy however does not explain unbridled abrupt and ill-mannered behavior. One would have thought by her tone that I was walking out of the store with an unpaid item. Although I was looking for a health provider long white coat today, I do occasionally have other scrub wear needs. I will of course not ever step foot in that establishment again and caution others who intend to do so. Additionally, My Caucasian co-worker has shopped in this store in the past and had wonderful experiences. Well that was Not my experience. Really great selection of scrubs. Tons of brands, colors, and sizes. Also, everything is organized in a way that makes it super easy to shop and find the sizes and colors you're looking for. If they don't have a size or color in store they will order it for you. They give a discount (at least to Duke nurses but I think to others as well) so the price usually comes up cheaper than online! Order scrubs about a week ago and had really great service. Very clean. Racks aren't jam packed. Went in today to pick up my scrubs and the lady that assisted me was wonderful, but the lady sitting behind the counter was about to fall asleep. Still awake, we made eye contact. I told her to "Look alive. It's your job." She smiled and then started playing on her phone. Couldn't even say hello. read more

A solid place to get scrubs! They have a bunch of options! I tried on so many different brands, sizes, styles- but I'm relieved they had so many choices because I got to pick out the cutest scrubs I could find! I like that this place is brightly lit and cleanly organized. Staff is nice and friendly. There are two dressing rooms. However, they don't have anyone checking up on you/taking the stuff you don't want, so I had a hard time putting things back myself. Also, their tall/petite section is rather limited (and yeah I'm pretty petite...) Prices aren't cheap but that's expected with scrubs. There is a 15% student discount so take advantage of that if you can! read more

Very poor customer service. Lady was super rude & didn't even greet when I came in. She was also upset when I wanted to return a pair of scrubs with tags on them still, that I ended up not wearing after all. She didn't want to give me my money back so she decided to give me store credit instead. Wouldn't recommend going there. read more

I absolutely love this place. The store is very clean and well maintained and they have a huge selection of scrubs, shoes, stethoscopes, etc. The building itself is smaller on the outside but inside they have EVERYTHING you could possibly need. The people who own the store are very friendly and helpful and I love how many sales and discounts they have. They carry the top brands and they're fairly priced. I definitely recommend this place to anyone who needs to stock up on scrubs and such and I will definitely be back!! read more

This place is one of the reasons that online shopping is what I prefer to do. It took weeks and 2 extra trips to get my full order. The day my order was placed, it was placed incorrectly. My scrubs were to be embroidered and I was assured that they would be. However, they were not when I picked them up. Only half of the order was ready because the shirts were not embroidered. I was told that they would be ready the following week and someone would call me but I had to call them. I was told that I gave them the wrong number so they weren't able to get in contact with me. However, being my order was placed incorrectly and my name was misspelled, that was probably the issue. So, finally everything is ready and I get to the store for pick up and have to go through the whole scenario again. I was first given the pants again but I insisted that I already had them and only had 3 items to pick up. Eventually everything was verified and I was good to go. I know things happen but this was a bit much for me. I will continue using Amazon or other online scrub retailers. read more
