This was my first time using this company, and I had a great experience. I initially wanted roach treatment only in the kitchen area and the washer/dryer closet, but they went above and beyond. They arrived right on time and thoroughly inspected the entire apartment, including moving appliances to check behind them. They also took the time to explain how to prevent future problems and what types of cleaners I should use. I really appreciated how thorough, knowledgeable, and helpful they were. This is a family-owned company that has been serving the local community for more than 50 years, and I can see why they have such a good reputation. I found them very trustworthy and would definitely recommend them! read more

My building had a terrible roach problem until Rudy's started doing the monthly maintenance. Hernan now comes regularly and is courteous and thorough, making sure to ask if there's any new problems. The building now remains roach free. I highly recommend them. read more

Rudy's Exterminating - Business card - Pest Control Near Me - Astoria, New York

The mouse is caught. They did a great job setting up traps and closing holes. They came back and made sure everything was good.

On a recommendation I called Rudy's ext. And explained my problem and not my personal ones , no my small rodents and bugs one that's putting my 3 tenants on edge and me as well cause mice really bug me out and I was not trying make a job..I called , they came at time and date we agreed on and the exterminator told me in simple English what was causing the problems and after inspecting the 3 family building he saw no holes or anything that major but he did tell me that the construction nearby with all the noise and digging , etc , was the reason for the little buggers visits. He put different types of glue traps and non glue traps and advise me that poison was not recommended due to the domestic pets in building and nearby . Fast forward to present and 3 mice caught on trap with a bunch of harmless looking small insects . Very good professional service , reasonable rates and and follow up visit next month is in the calendar for making sure everyone is pest free in their apts and in apt in general . Would recommend Rudy's ext.company with no hesitation. read more

I am so happy with the results I got from Rudy's Exterminating that I highly recommend them. Tony came by after I called an assessed the situation and began working immediately to solve my pest problem. He knew exactly what and where to apply non-toxic, safe products. He, like his dad Rudy, who makes Astoria stay true to itself, is a fixture in Astoria and is very personable and knows everybody in the neighborhood. read more

I have used Rudy's Exterminating Company for a long time. My late mother used the company when Tony's farther was still in the business. I used them on and off when my mother was not around. However for the last 4 years I bring them in every 4 months due to the street shacks that have been set up by the local Astoria restaurants. Astoria is now ground zero for rats and insects thanks to all the restaurants poor sanitation efforts. My house is pest free thanks to Tony at Rudy's Exterminating. Co. In addition I also have a Termite contract because it has become necessary due to the infested wood used in the neighborhood outdoor eateries. Only use Rudy's. They are the best to get rid of a pest. read more

Tony is a hero in my books! I had a rat casually pop in for a visit, definitely NOT a welcome one. My landlord wasn't able to get "his guy" to come for another week, so I called Rudy's and was pleasantly surprised by the most helpful/personable woman on the other end. She took my info, made me laugh through this whole ordeal, and I heard from Tony within a hour of speaking with her. Tony was able to come the next day. He did a thorough search of not just my apartment, but the unit downstairs as well. He set a bunch of traps and plugged up any holes a critter could climb through. I'm so happy with my experience with Tony and thankful to be comfortable going to sleep again. I will 100000% be calling Tony with any other issues in the future. read more

Antonio "Tony" is an amazing professional. Not only does he know his profession very well but his customer service skills are incredible. As a home owner for 40 years never did I ever had to deal with termites until my house was inspected last week. I was floored when I was told we had termites in our basement and that made me very worry. I called Rudy's Exterminating because it's near my home and from the first person I spoke to was Lisa and she was amazing. She took the information and relay the information to Tony, the owner, who came to my house a few days later. After speaking to me I felt I was in good hands. I told him the issue and he went to work. He insured me the job can be handled within a reasonable time period and he was true to his word... The job was perfect and I am extremely happy with the results. I recommend Rudy's Exterminating who needs a job done correctly. Thank you T. read more

Tony saved my sanity!! For the first time in over 70 years of living in my house (a 2 family), I was told I may have BEDBUGS in my bedroom! I prayed it wasn't the case but my worst nightmare came true! Tony came over, thoroughly inspected every room in the house and thankfully, it was isolated to only my bedroom. He then treated not only that one room, but as a preventative measure, treated the entire apartment, turning furniture over to make sure he treated every area the bastards may live. He then went downstairs and inspected my sisters apartment just to be on the safe side. Thankfully, nothing was found and treatment wasn't needed. Professional, courteous, with a great sense of humor...Tony made me feel completely at ease. I am very, very happy with his work. Thank you!!!!!! read more

So unfortunately I had another sighting of a mouse even after closing up what we thought were all the holes. Rudy's Exterminating came out the next day and we discussed more options on how we can get rid of these pests--glue boards just weren't doing it, they were too smart for them. This time around we used snap traps and we finally got em!! Best feeling ever! read more

Tony was great! For the first time ever I had to deal with a rat. While born in NYC I guess I can now really consider myself a true New Yorker. I got Tony on the phone and I appreciated that he asked me a lot of questions. That shows me that he is assessing and I do that in my own business. Tony then came over and was very cool and easy to get along with. He checked all over the apartment---turned the coaches up to check underneath and within, the bottom of the over/stove, corners, closets, under the bed and other furniture. He was very thorough in his search. He left traps and poisons that finally got the rat. We were so relieved! I knew contacting someone was necessary and I was very happy that Tony pulled through. I found his company from an online search after being kept up by the rat for a couple of days. read more
