I only experienced a few mechanical issues which they took care of and I never went back for the same problem. They also took care of all recommend services. After my wife and I got new jobs in 2016 we found it difficult to make it to the shop and I started doing my own maintenance. This year we bought a 2019 XC90 and the AC went out. I decided to take it to Lance. In and out in around 2 hours. I tried to bait Lance into saying that the mechanic who did my oil change had let all of the Freon out because all the system needed was to be recharged, but he wouldn't. He stayed professional. Today I got in the car and the AC is still working. Almost 10 years later and he remembered me when I walked thru the door and he gave me the same service he gave me them! Highly recommend Professional Auto on Monroe!

Apparently, they did not secure a hose well enough, and when it came loose, my engine's intake was filled with anti-freeze. I noticed that one of the workstations in the garage had an open Budweiser sitting out. Maybe that's why they couldn't clamp a hose down right? Adding insult to injury, the mechanic was rude to me in every interaction. It felt like he resented me before he ever even met me. I was paying with a credit card, so I had to go through this poorly lit and grungy room. While in there, the mechanic kept making statements that ended with, "You know how females are." So if you're a woman, you may want to go somewhere else. It seems like they'll peg you as a sucker.
