This used to be my favorite place to eat in Sioux Falls. But our meals were pathetic tonight and prices were outrageous. The $17 Asiago Bacon Chicken was nuked and rubbery, bacon undercooked and seasoning so salty. The grilled zucchini side was soggy as well. My daughter and grandson's meals were equally disappointing. The $17 Chicken Parmesan had more coating than chicken. Not sure what the sauce was made of and the three bites of pasta looked like it too was nuked. A $7 kid's meal was two chicken strips and fresh grapes. Needless to say we will not be back. Too bad the restaurant lost its edge. read more

One of the few chains I like to eat at! We stopped in for dinner on our road trip back home. I love all of the healthy alternatives/options for sides and that the salad bar is included with most of the entrees now. It used to be a few bucks extra, but now they just include as a side option, which is awesome. It doesn't have as many options as it did before, but that is fine by me. Boyfriend ordered the ribs, his daughter ordered chicken strips with mashed potatoes and broccoli and I had the petite sirloin with zucchini. We gobbled everything up. It was all perfectly portioned. My only complaint is their peach iced tea...it has chunks of peach in it. Not slices, little chunks. They always get stuck in the straw and are just annoying. It doesn't look nice in there so they wouldn't lose any aesthetic by omitting them...but it's far from a reason not to visit Ruby Tuesday's. I love this Ruby Tuesday's. Steve (a manager I believe) is a stand up guy and always ensures your experience is good. The service is courteous and prompt and the food is great quality. Now if I could only find a way to duplicate those tasty croutons in my own home. I have to get salad bar every time mainly because of those croutons. read more

Salad. That's what I wanted and needed. I came here for two reasons... they were close to the hotel and the salad bar at Ruby Tuesday is usually pretty much rockin'. Soooooo, not only did I make a dent in the leafy green things that were available, I also ordered some sides of vegetables, too, like the broccoli and brussel sprouts. On our way back to MN. Staying at the Holiday Inn across the street. Too tired to drive around we opted for RT. The food is medium priced. Tried the chicken broccoli , my hubby had the ribs. The chicken was ok not special the waitperson forgot the biscuits which were cold and hard. The hubby ordered a tall Sam Adams and the waitress spilled the entire beer in my lap. Needless to say they should have comped my meal and payed for dry cleaning but only comped half my meal and half my hubby's. Will not be going back EVER read more

Yea its a chain but they deliver to the best western ,in like 15 minutes, give you a ton of food for your money. I had the lobster carbonara and there was a lot of lobster, will order from them again. read more

Ruby Tuesday, no matter where I'm at in the U.S., is always a great place to eat. This location in SuFu is no exception. That garden bar and croutons... it doesn't get any better than that! And our server was polite and quick to refill our glasses. However the gentleman that brought us our food got our orders switched up (I got a mid rare burger and my dad got a medium butger). Easy mistake but still, gotta pay attention to detail. If I could give 4.5 stars, I would. But overall, really great experience. read more

I had a lunch date at Ruby Tuesday and was impressed with the food and wait staff. I always have a slight concern about all day salad bars but this one was very fresh and plentiful. There was a nice amount of choices from several choice of greens, fresh vegetables and numerous salads. We had a reasonable amount of time to eat our salads before the entrees arrived and the entrees were well done also. Our waiter was humorous, attentive, and very pleasant to visit with. read more

They sat us in the bar area without even asking if that was okay. My wife and I both had the salad bars which was nothing special. The only meat on the bar was diced ham that was old, way in the back, hard to reach and almost empty. The new signage they etched into their glass for the bar made it hard to see your food and was not in the same spot as the food was. The waitress was very good though. read more

Was specifically stated in the special instructions box on my online order (so was written down for them to see) that the person who was eating the steak has celiac disease and to watch cross contamination with gluten. The food was cooked properly but halfway thru eating the side salad that came with the steak we discovered croutons in it. For those of you who do not know croutons have gluten and because of the carelessness of the staff at Ruby Tuesdays he will now have to deal with excruciating stomach cramps and not being able to leave the bathroom for more than 30 minutes for the next 4 days. After all of this the manager had the audacity not to refund me! We were offered only 10 dollars off our 40 dollar meal. Seeing how it was there fault only that is ridiculous! The waitress was right there with the menus and asked about a drink order. I ordered a Stinger and the wait began. It felt like a good 15 minutes before she came back to tell me the bartender didn't have any creme de menthe and couldn't make the drink. So...what to figure out for a second choice. I ordered some cucumber drink off the menu and had a pretty good wait for it as well. She took my order and I guess i should have specified better on the service i expected. I wanted the salad bar, along with the 2 other entrees for $13.99. I chose the petite sirloin, med rare and a baked potato with sour cream and butter and I wanted the key lime cake to go. She took the menus and left. I didn't see her again till she brought the check. I went and got my salad and came and sat down to relax and eat it. I hadn't gotten 3 bites into it and there was a strange girl at my table with my hot food. So there I sat with 2 full plates of food. Then I see the baked potato has a melon scoop of butter and another scoop of butter placed IN the potato. Not on the side. How did they know how much of each I wanted? I decided to eat the hot food before it got cold and that may leave me too full to finish the salad. I hadn't finished either of them and here comes another strange girl with a plate of cake. I was horrified and said I had ordered it to go. So she goes and packs it up and comes back and puts it on the table along with the entire rest of my meal. I used to love Ruby Tuesday's but I think I'm cured. I don't go to a nice eating place to be treated like a diner to get my food slapped on the table and get pushed out the door! This Ruby's is well run. You can eat fairly healthy here or you can splurge a bit. The service is first rate. I especially like the garden bar. read more
