It also seemed clean and well taken care of. So I would return for the friendly service alone. I do not want to be offensive when it comes to the food, because I believe they work hard and it is very freshly-sourced and made in-house for most of the ingredients. That being said, I tried the "double Bogey" burger which the bartender said is based of a past local's custom order... and to be honest I just didn't jive with the combo. Personal preference I don't want PB or cranberries on my burger in the future.. my friend's spicy bbq looked far superior to me! Onion rings while looking very much handbreaded in house were extremely crunchy if that's your thing. I think it all comes to personal preference here, and it just wasn't my personal favorite. A bit overdone with black char but with all the saucy goodness it wasn't much of an issue. The fry sauce is definitely the very best sauce I've ever tasted. I just wish the dining area wasn't so gross and they definitely need a better ventilation system. We smelled like gross oil when we left and I needed to shower when we got home.
