The food was ok. The salad bar was not okay. The lettuce was withered. Asked for fresh lettuce & the attendant brought out fresh romaine lettuce and dumped it on top of the withered lettuce. The white Sangria was frozen strawberries with unblended ice cubes, no mixer. The shrimp wasn't big as a finger nail. read more

I went here for lunch the other day. The service was good the food was just okay. They also have a nice salad bar!! I wish they have more vegetarian friendly dishes.. I ordered the vegetable plate that also came with the salad bar the price was pretty reasonable.. read more

Maybe it's better on Tuesday? The table was sticky and nasty. The salad bar, or Garden bar as it's called was mediocre and it took a while for the entree to arrive. My mashed potatoes were barely warm and the chicken was kinda dry. My honey's ribs were ok and his fries were decent. $41 later I am unimpressed and not interested in a repeat any time soon. The wait staff was stellar though gotta give them lots of respect and a good tip. Maybe I'll try again sometime but there are so many more options to try in and around the area that it'll be a while. read more

The food is decent, I also think they are cheap with the rolls, bringing me one and a half roll, the wait staff friendly and the decor is lovely However the drinks are watered down, I went in with a girlfriend for a girls night out, and ordered what looked like a strawberry daiquiri, that was supposed to be the RT edition, just terrible, I decided to order a second one and on an empty stomach, not even a buzz despite me ordering and extra shot of vodka they claimed they added, my friend also wanted a margarita and they did not have it, they seriously need to update the drink list and stop watering down the liquor. No one is asking the leave and drive their car over a cliff, but at least you can get nice warm glow and buzz from ordering a couple of drinks. Just terrible that part. read more

My dad and I both ordered the petite sirloin, medium, with zucchini on the side. Our steaks were both well done and the steak and zucchini were really greasy. The garden bar was decent, as was the service. My sister ordered a burger and fries which looked OK, but I didn't taste it. I wasn't expecting a whole lot out of Ruby Tuesday's, but they at least could have cooked our steaks the way we ordered them. read more

Salad bar was a disappointment. We had to wait on plates and then found out they removed the hummus from it. It was my birthday and in the past they would give you a free dessert. Never offered it . It was not very busy . Not a good visit. read more

Good food and clean. We stopped in on Sunday around noon. Two of our party split an omlette, but they said it was a little dry. I had a shrimp fondue dish which I thought was very good. Price was reasonable. There were many local people who apparently stopped in for brunch. read more

I do not usually give a five star rating but our dining experience tonight was over the top. From the onset, everything was amazing. What made our dining experience so great was our server, Javen. He truly provided the excellent service and ensured we always were attended to and wanted for nothing. Food was great all around and very tasty. It made for a nice birthday celebration for my brother-in-law. Yes, definitely will return. The food was good, and expensive. We we're there for my husband's birthday. 4 of us had already finished our meal and had our doggie bags. But, hubby's meal still hadn't shown up. Never again. Went there to get a gift card after the meal, but didn't even get that. Charged for 2 cups of coffee (for 1 person, mind you) and then gave a $10 gift card along with $25 cash for a $32 check. I should get money back, right? I got no money back but $3 left on the gift card. Who applies money before a gift card? Then talking with the host on the way out, he said we only should have been charged once for coffee. Ruby Tuesday - I have a love hate relationship with you. You used to be so damn good. I wouldn't hesitate to go to this location or any other. Slowly, ever so slowly, you are fading away. The servers are usually pretty good, but the food quality,quantity and over all consistency has been declining. Still love the salad bar - seems to be one area where things have remained consistent. The last couple of visits, I've been gun shy enough to just have drinks at the bar (still have great Sangria) with maybe an appetizer or two. The last big meal we had there, the lobster tail that came with my steak, was the size of a shrimp and the steak itself wasn't great. I do notice that they do try to keep menus changing with current tastes but things just come out feeling a little prepackaged/pre-portioned. Still a good place for a quick lunch for soup and salad bar, or for drinks (good drink specials). Maybe they just need someone from corporate to give them a jolt. read more

Great food as well as service! Our waiter was amazing. We went in and sat down and had our drinks, biscuits and appetizer served to us pretty quick. Our waiter never let us get low on drinks. Will definitely be back soon. read more

Never again will I eat at a Ruby Tuesdays after this experience. It was really a shame because the only good thing was the service. The floors were dirty, something crawl on my leg but I crushed it and chose not to look at the remains for fear of shrieking and freaking out the rest of my party. Really, I have given this chain way too many chances to get it right, this location was by far the worst. Yuck...never ever again. read more

Went there last night for dinner with my wife and kids. It was not busy, we were seated immediately and ordered. My wife and I both ordered burgers and our kids ordered shrimp, and a grilled cheese. After 30 minutes of waiting bread finally arrived. Close to an hour after ordering out food came, my burger was the jalapeño burger and the jalapeños were just thrown on the plate and not on the burger. I lifted the top bun to find the cheese was not melted and the meat was COLD. My wife's burger was the same way. Everything on the plate was room temperature including the fries. The only thing that was remotely warm was my daughters' shrimp. After my wife and I sent our food back the server came back after a few minutes and asked us if we wanted something else, or just take the burgers off of the tab. Usually returned orders get redone without any questions. This question really made me mad, I asked to see the manager who was a total dumba!! The manager was not the one listed on the door. He did not attempt any customer recovery and comped the kids food. My wife and I went next door to zaxbys and received piping hot food that was good. We frequently eat out multiple times a week and we will not return to this aweful, dreadful, poorly run restaurant again. We will also make sure to tell as many people as possible about this experience. read more
