    This is not burnt ends, by any stretch if the imagination! False advertising, Ruby Tuesday. And it wasn't even good.

    My wife and I just got back into town l. We were beat! We decided to just order some food in, instead of cooking. We never eat at Ruby Tuesday. We went in there to eat a couple of years ago, and we're underwhelmed by the food and service, so we hadn't been back. But we wanted something different, so decided to try it. I was excited because they had Burnt Ends on the menu. Lee ordered some kind of grilled chicken. Once it arrived, she said hers was adequate, but not great. Mine was absolutely ridiculous. The "burnt ends" were nothing but pre-cooked diced ham, that still had skin on it. Not only was it not burnt ends, it wasn't even cooked that well. I'm sure they just microwaved it, threw a little splatter of BBQ sauce on it, and sent it on. It was so nasty, that I couldn't even eat it. I called the store and talked to the manager. I was polite to her, because it's not her fault. But she said that's what corporate Ruby Tuesday calls burnt ends. Lee and I learned the lesson, that we should have learned the last time. No more Ruby Tuesday for us. I'm being generous with the two star rating, since the manager was nice. She should have offered a refund since this was basically a deceptive menu item, but I she's just doing her job.

    We went in today with my husband and son to have dinner. Ruby Tuesday is one of those well-known names but, at the same time, slightly forgotten. We were seated and were pleased that it was warm in the restaurant. Our server, Rebecca, greeted us. She was very sweet and offered suggestions from the menu. My son chose the T-bone steak, I ordered the New York strip, and my husband ordered the smokehouse burger. Thankfully, it didn't take too long for our drinks and food to arrive. My New York strip steak was pretty good, except I had ordered it medium, and it was closer to medium well. Honestly, that was what I found to be a slight bother. Rebecca was so sweet when I mentioned it and offered to get a new one, but the taste wasn't bad, so I kept it. My son's steak was also unevenly cooked; in some parts, it was medium, and in others, it was rarer. He had wanted medium-rare, but a T-bone steak can be a difficult meat to cook on certain grills, etc., if the heat source is uneven. On the other hand, my husband gobbled up his burger and fries, lol. So that was a plus.. We ordered dessert as well. I shared a chocolate cake with my husband, and our son ordered carrot cake. The cake was good, but we had already expected it to be truly decadent, which it was. My son enjoyed his carrot cake very much. Thank you to whoever maintains the salad bar because it was clean, and the freshness of everything was truly welcomed..

    Absolutely disgusting Filthy Sneeze over salad bar had not been cleaned for ?????. Food was tasteless So sad I use to love Ruby Tuesday

Tuesday night we made the trek to pick up the grand for a sleep over, meeting half way at The Creekside Clock for dinner. In the entry way there is a sign stating that food is made to order so please be patient. OK. We got plenty of patience. Walk up to the counter and place your order, HUH??? Can I take a look at a menu? Sure, put on your glasses and read from the menu board. Sorry! I wasn't prepared for that. Menu looks great. There is a lot of variety and daily specials. We placed 3 separate orders, probably the first mistake as we were all sitting together, just not paying together. I am not a fan of paying before you get your food. Tip? What am I tipping? We sit with our little numbers on sticks at our table and a waitress comes to review our tickets and bring our drinks. So far so good. Ok now we wait. I can see the kitchen window and there are 6 heads in view and they appear to be super busy prepping and getting out the food. Apparently that wasn't the case. First order arrives, baked potato and chicken sandwich looks yum! A side salad was also delivered. A good bit later my meatloaf and fiancé's combination seafood plate and the grands shrimp. All looks good, alas, there is nothing on my plate that is even warm. I Asked if they had a microwave they could reheat my plate, it was that cold. Found out also that the chick sandwich and potato that was delivered first was not warm either. Still waiting on a steak and steak tips at this point everyone else was pretty much done with their food. The steak was good, again the potato cold. I am really shocked by all of the good Google reviews for this place. Although the menu looks nice. For them to boast that food is made to order, and not even serve the food warm along with the horrible execution, this was a one and done for us!

Overpriced food, small portions, poor quality, and zero accountability. I will never return. Do better.
