Service was great food was not food.... warm at best burt bread... raw veggies. Not sure what else to say

The salad bar is def the selling point for this restaurant. Everything was fresh and replenished frequently

It has been years since eating at a Ruby Tuesday. We were on a schedule so we sat at the bar to dine. There were some local regulars at the bar. We received outstanding service at the bar. I got a smash burger with tots. it was good but did not set the world on fire for me. We've been going to Ruby Tuesdays in Sebastian for over 20 years and always enjoyed it, but then came Covid and it seems like during and after that help was hard to find and wait time increased sometimes more than 45 minutes and thanks to the inflation caused by dumb and dumber in office, and prices kept creeping up. I'm sorry to say that the last several times we've eaten there the food served was not hot, barely even warm, sometimes vegetables overcooked and burnt, yet arriving soggy, the portions kept getting smaller and wait times are often excessive. It's been years since we had tried Ruby Tuesdays. Assistant Manager Sandy was amazing. We had some awesome deconstructed kabobs. I think I could live on the garlic butter dipping sauce. Went to The ruby Tuesday located in Sebastian with my family and I asked for a rare steak and I got well done which is blasphemy when it comes to a steak I even sent it back and I still got a well done steak but our server, Ms.T was super nice and apologized to us and was super kind but I mostly only come for the salad bar and to me the sweet potato fries tasted burnt and were just overall not the best The restaurant is quite dimly lit but it was kinda nice. read more

Thanksgiving Day we went to celebrate my birthday along with Thanksgiving. upon arriving I had to yell into the bar area for a hostess. mind you there were only a few people in the restaurant. Finally seated and proceeded to order with anxious expectations of a good meal and day out. I ordered the 'New' dish of crabmeat stuffed shrimp and highly recommend it be removed from the menu. The shrimp obviously frozen and not cooked well and sent back. The crabmeat filling obviously canned. The only thing good was the zucchini and rice sides. The other meal was the Triple something with ribs steak and chicken tenders. Chicken tenders are by far not a compliment to a steak. The steak cut was quite cheap, thin and fatty. Fries were ordered yet zucchini came in replacement. The waitress apologized but it's not her fault it is the chef and the management. Needless to say this was way below quality and way to pricey for what we received. we don't mind paying for good service and good food but when the amount charged did not meet the above we will not be returning. It had been 3 years since our last visit...the optic word now is 'Last'. read more

My husband and I came here Last night. We were craving both Outback and Ay Jaliscos but we thought hey we haven't been here in a while and the last time we were here they made a good lemon drop martini. We get here 5:30ish. 3 people at bar. Another table in bar sat and two tables in main dining sat. We sit down. The bartender finishes with the table in bar and comes to take our order. She's really nice. Gets our drinks. I get the lemon drop martini. It comes with lemonade and vodka. No one makes a lemon drop martini with lemonade and vodka. And last time we were there that's not how it was made: this one had more lemonade than vodka. It has vodka, lemon juice, orange liqueur or even triple sec and simple syrup. We get the queso dip for an app which comes out cold and gummy. Meanwhile a line of "door dashers" come in and complain bc they are waiting for their orders and the kitchen gets backed up. We order our dinner. I order the Rib eye "medium rare" with French fries and mushrooms. My husband ordered the quesadillas. Both steaks were over cooked and the presentation was disgusting or I would've taken pics. Meanwhile our food came out before the "door dashers" and our second round of drinks and we had to listen to them complain during our dinner which wasn't pleasant. This food had both of us in the bathroom when we got home and as I write this we still are. Very disappointed in Ruby Tuesday's. And the bathrooms were actually cleaner than the restaurant. Both of us looked at eachother and said we should of went to Ay Jaliscos and got the steak bc theirs is more tender. read more

I placed an order online. Pulled up to this sign and called. They don't answer the phone. So, instead of a curb side pick up, i have to go in. That's what i was trying to avoid. No hostess on duty. A very nervous young man is made to deliver bad news to the customer ahead of me. They left exasperated. The manager doesn't answer the phone, schedule a hostess or deliver his own bad news. This review is somewhere between 2 and 3 stars. The restaurant was very outdated and smelled of wet carpet. The staff was friendly enough and efficient, my food came in a reasonable amount of time. My burger wasn't seasoned and the cook must have smashed all the juice out of the burger because it was dry and overcooked. I am not usually that fussy about my burger, somewhere between raw and burnt is usually good enough. If the cook had got the burger right they would have got the extra star. Poorly managed, dirty, long waits, and bad attitudes. There were not many cars or tables full here, but we had to wait a long time nonetheless. We came in, no one was up front to seat us, had to wait, after waiting for that, we were seated, we could see how dirty the place and floor was, they need a remodel here, we waited again a long time for someone to come and wait on us. The waitress had a bad attitude, the hostess too. The food was good, it is just expensive here and very small portions. Not worth it. They do not even have gravy for their mashed potatoes. No dinner rolls or bread for your dinner were offered. Not a good restaurant overall. The bathroom and restaurant are not well maintained, dirty and not what we expected at a Ruby. This was our first time at this one in Sebastian and likely our last time. Not a good impression from this restaurant at all. We better stick to Ay Jalisco and Bob Evans. Service is very bad here, they do not have enough help, and the service is bad, long waits, bad attitude, our waitress never came back to check on us how all was or if we needed anything else, we had to flag her down for the bill, they just do not know how to give good service here at all. I do not think a lot of people working here really care at all. It seems like my review is consistent with many on Yelp and Google. I agree, overall, absolutely horrible. We were not impressed with this eatery. There is a lot of room for improvement at this restaurant, one of the worst in this area I would say for a Ruby. The service is slow due to not enough staff. The food was the worst we have ever had. Don't order any of the steaks. 1/8 thick and nothing but fat. Three of us ordered them. One had the burger. Burger was wrong, and sent back. I asked for the manager. He finally came over with a very bad attitude. His name is Jim and he told us that those are the steaks and basically too bad. He said they were suppose to be all fatty, for taste. When asked what he could do to remedy the situation, he said that 2 of us weren't complaining! Rude and totally should not be in a managerial position! One of the staff told us that they were letting go more than half the help tonight! Figures, we hadn't been there since before Covid. Won't be going back, ever. A total embarrassment to have this type of place in our city. read more

I love Ruby Tuesday's especially their salad bar. Unfortunately the salad bar at this Sebastian location was not well stocked. There were no plates and a great deal of the items I wanted (garbanzo beans, egg, onion, croutons etc) were empty. I had to ask for each item as I came upon each empty container. I ordered the Asian BBQ ribs which were absolutely awful. They were so overcooked they crumbled when I tried to eat them. My husband had the bacon queso jalapeño burger which he said was very good. Overall a very disappointing visit at best. Will not return to this location. read more

Absolute horrible service a Thursday mid afternoon I did a head count 18 people in the restaurant and waited over 30 minutes for a simple appetizer which was the Ruby sampler. Another customer had the same issue with ordering a quesadilla that they had to wait over 20 minutes for and he requested to speak to the general manager. Many of the older establishments are dated. I find this location to be clean and run well. The Salad Bar is my choice and excellent one at that but my wife gets a different dish every week. I love the energy of Michelle a young lady with passion that attends to our needs with a great smile PS she not a family member. They also have a rewards program. Much parking with access via the back of the parking lot to the intersection with a traffic light making north east west or south easy. read more

The server was excellent she was friendly, she was prompt, and accommodating. However, the food was awful! The fish was under cooked the rice was overcooked and when I asked a manager to correct it, he proceeded to tell me that the cooking process was pretty much idiot proof and that there was no way it could be wrong. I actually asked prior to getting the order that they cook the fish longer understanding that it sometimes comes a little under done. Initially he offered to take the fish and send back through the broiler and then I ask if I could get fresh rice and I was told that all the rice comes from the same pot so it is what it is. The service was terrible, we were 1 of two tables in the restaurant (the other table ordered the salad bar) we had to wait 50 minutes for our food to be delivered, then my husbands pasta was cold as was my broccoli, the manager was gracious and brought me hot broccoli, he offered to heat my husbands dinner, but by then we just wanted to get out. The food was terrible. The steak (ribeye) was so thin & full of fat & overcooked. There was two people doing everything in the entire restaurant running the bar the tables seating people, $18.99 for a 6 ounce ribeye that maybe I got an ounce of meat out of. Last time I was there it was terrible also, but decided to give them another chance. Never going back again!!! don't waste your money. The service was terrible also and not because they were busy. Ordered a kids pizza and these people think it's okay to serve something this bad to a child knowing I'm not going to notice it until I get home and it's too late. Ordered food -blt with spacial sauce on the side. Got sandwich with no sauce on the side,halfway through the sandwich,with no side sauce ..my throat felt like it was on fire. Opened sandwich and found hot sauce on sandwich which was my throat being on fire.When waitress arrived and told her of problem and apoliged. Ruby Tuesday is my place to eat after dialysis, the service is good and food excellent. We went today and was in the mood for a good hamburger. Since I don't cook anymore i decided to order 2/$22 for my lunch and dinner. My servicer was Megan K and I told her I wanted rare cheeseburger for lunch and bring my pasta home. She comes out with my pasta and put it in front of me. I told no I want my pasta to go home and have my hamburger now. We also order mozzarella stick which still didn't come out yet. The girl at the checkin was running around cleaning all the tables. I know restaurant are suffering, so make it right. After my hamburger the waitress told those customers there was no cook, so that explains the delay and bad service. I will go again and hope service gets better. read more
