Hot, crunchy, flavorful, and exactly what beach bar food should be. Those little guys understood the assignment and saved the day. Next time, I'm sticking to cold beers on tap and bar-food basics. The place is beautifully decorated with artwork and the view of the intercostal is breathtaking. My wife ordered the crab cake burger that she ordered years ago with fries and coleslaw. I ordered the grouper sandwich with Mo Bay seasoning lightly blackened and it has grilled onions, lettuce and tomato with a special sauce on the side. It came two sides also I chose the cucumber salad and didn't want coleslaw or fries so Johnny said how about a double cucumber salad. I said sounds. We also ordered an appetizer of plantains and it comes with sour cream which I never had them with but they were delicious! My grouper sandwich I'm pretty sure was the best one I've ever had. It was moist, juicy and incredibly delicious. Also the cucumber salad I can say one of the best cucumber salads I've ever had too. My wife was very happy with her crab cake sandwich and fries. And my grandson advised me later that his angus cheese burger was better than the angus cheese burgers that I made for him last night. I'm glad it was his birthday lunch.
