Fist, Let me say that I have been going to Ruby Tuesdays since 2005 and have watched the restaurant decline over the years which is sad. The food proportions are much less than what they used to be. Anyway, Last night must have been a very bad night. It took me 45min after being seated to receive my glass of wine because the manager was trying to work in the kitchen and run the bar as well. As I sat waiting on my drink, I witnessed a few groups leave that had entered the restaurant maybe 10 to 15 minutes earlier. ( Nobody even working the bar ). The waitress was nice and pleasant and very apologetic. I know there was nothing she could do. Finally got my food around 1hr 15minutes of sitting there. We decided to eat here last night after my niece's graduation. I should have known something was wrong when the restaurant was almost empty. Our server was okay but you can tell he was new. We had to keep reminding him that we needed refills. The food was kids size portion but an adult price. The manger was rude and had a very nasty attitude when asked about a coupon. I love this restaurant. It is peaceful, elegant and we can enjoy a nice tasty quality meal each time we go. 1617 Kaylie G is an amazing waitress. Very Friendly, professional and kind. I love when we are sitting in the area where she serves. I always gives her the best tip and I think that the restaurant should consider recognizing her in some way and also a raise. $$ I love their salad bar, its great. My husband loves Salmon so we usually orders Salmon. Sometimes its full and have to wait a while but the wait is worth it. It's no wonder their sanitation rating is so low (I did not see it posted in the bar area). The bar had not been wiped off for sometime. The bar back was cluttered and disorganized. I can only imagine what the kitchen looks like. The bar stools were all in need of being reupholstered. I went here in July 4th to celebrate Independence Day with a steak and shrimp combo. I waited 20 minutes to get my order taken. It was the bartender that took my order. I also ordered the unlimited salad bar. Good thing I did as 1.5 hours later, no waitress, no bartender no steak and no shrimp and no refill of my drink. Meanwhile there were three young ladies that were rolling silverware in the back near the kitchen. I finally asked the bartender after I had to motion for her to come over to my table that I wanted my check. She asked how I enjoyed my steak and I said "I wouldn't know, as I have not received it yet. I told her to bring my bill for the salad and the drink that I was not waiting any longer. She went and got the manager and told him something. 10 minutes later he came over with a reduced bill, he had taken the salad off. I looked him in the eye and told him that I never received the steak and shrimp or a refill of the drink and I was not paying for anything after such service. I also told him about the 3 young ladies sitting and rolling silverware while I had not been served in an hour and a half. There was only about 10 people in the whole restaurant. There was a family coming in and I told them that they might want to go somewhere else as I had waited an hour and a half for no food. So, as requested by Ruby Tuesdays guest relations I emailed my review to them a second time. Just as I suspected I received no response. The bot responds to negative reviews to indicate that the company is concerned - but in truth it is a big waste of time - they figure you will forget and the issue will go away. Too many available places to eat to ever enter into this one again. If you do decide to purchase takeout from this location my advice is to prepare to wait at least an hour no matter how slow the restaurant is, check all of your order and your bill prior to paying for it. We came here for late lunch/early dinner on July 4. To start, the bathrooms were absolutely disgusting, and the trash was overflowing. The menus were dirty and sticky, and the walls next to the booths in the bar area were filthy. We ordered meals with salad bar. The salad bar was a mess, and a couple of items were empty. The lettuce was rusty. One of the items tasted sour. Hopefully, we won't get sick. There was a slippery food spill in front of the salad bar. When we left the salad bar and floor were still the same, nothing had been cleaned or refilled. Fries were soggy and flavorless, and the salmon was very undercooked in the middle. $3.99 for a drink? To boot, our server never came to check on us until the end, and we had to ask for a refill. This location used to be great. Very disappointing. read more

Went tonight, and waited 10 minutes for someone to take our drink order. After 10 minutes, I walked 3 booths down to where a waitress (who looked young enough to be in high school) was playing with the manager's hair (a guy who looked to be in his thirties). Now, maybe she's 18 and they're in love, but doing all that right out in the open was off-putting and unprofessional. Oh, so we got drinks (my "pineapple blast" tasted flat, and who makes a "top shelf margarita with Patron" without rimming the glass with salt??), and when the margarita was substandard, the waiter neither said nor did anything to resolve (literally, he said he couldn't touch the drink, whatever that meant). My New Orleans Seafood dish was fine, but my partner ordered the bourbon maple steak, which was the saddest-looking cut of meat I've ever seen, and had a texture like it'd been soaked in dishwater for a week. We didn't want dessert, and it's a good thing, because our waiter didn't offer. But, back to the manager. Never mind the creepy way he was behaving with that waitress, and never mind the fact that I literally got up from my seat to ask for a waiter. Had a good dinner. Finally decided to give Sanford's Ruby Tuesday a try and liked it. Arrived Saturday at 5 PM, was seated immediately, and beat the dinner time rush. Excellent attention from our waiter and food came out prompt and cooked well. Ordered the Coastal Trio (lobster, shrimp, and tilapia) and my husband ordered tilapia. Everything including the salad bar and cleanliness of the restaurant was good. The only thing to improve was the lobster tail - it was mediocre...I've had better. Cost is a little steep for what you get here.. I will likely return, but only if I had another coupon. I did notice as we walked out about 6:30 that the hostess was slammed with a lot of people waiting to be seated, so you may want to consider arriving earlier. read more

My hubby and I were pleasantly surprised by our recent visit to Ruby Tuesday. I had not step foot in this chain since the 1990s as it seemed to me be in decline at the time. Fortunately, I had a craving for ribs and RT appeared in my search. Despite regularly seeing the parking lot brimming with cars, we were a little hesitant but we went for it. We were greeted by the delightful server, Chloe. She made us feel welcomed and appreciated. She made recommendations and was very attentive to our table. My ribs were delicious and my husband raved about his surf and turf. I wasn't too thrilled with the wilted lettuce on the salad bar but we made it work.
