Stopped here mid-afternoon for a late lunch/early dinner. One of the current specials is a cheeseburger, fries, and the salad bar for $8.99, which is a deal as the salad bar alone is $12.99 or $5.99 if added to an entree. You have to ask for specials or know because they don't tell you. The salad bar is great at this Ruby Tuesday, although sometimes things will be empty. They restock fairly quickly if you ask. Today they had just restocked the croutons and they were warm...yum! The cheeseburger came out quickly and everything was hot. read more

We went here for dinner tonight had the salmon and salad bar. Everything was good would come again read more

Ruby Tuesday - Salmon - Burgers Near Me - Litchfield, Illinois

The ribs were all bone with very little meat, the shrimp had more meat than the ribs.

This was my first time having a chicken parm... yum! It was very delicious. The loaded fries were also good, I added buffalo sauce to them. The half cut tea was AMAZING- I had three drinks inside and even took one home! They had a really great selection for a salad bar, but I figured I had gotten enough for a meal to validate getting a salad too. The food portions for the salmon were a little skimpy. If you're not going to give enough food, at least plate it in a more convincing and aesthetic way. Service was moderate. read more

Didn't want to seat a table of 7 at 445. Brought multiple drinks out incorrectly, 1 person got coke, Dr coke, Mr Pibb(no one at table even had MrPibb) 4 salad bars, 3 people ordered food took 1 hour. 4 tables seated after us ate and left before we received our food. Manager was too busy taking selfies in the corner to help. Dirty plates, poor attitude and brown lettuce at the salad bar. read more

I stopped for lunch at 11:30 am on a Wednesday and there was only one server in the whole place. She took care of everything and everyone. After a while waiting to be seated (not the fault of the server, just that the place was understaffed) I was taken to a booth, and I ordered the salad bar. The salad bar was clean and well organized. There were a lot of choices available, but not as many dressings as I would have liked. The lettuce was crispy and there were four choices of different types of lettuce. I overheard the server talking to another table when she was asked if more help was on the way, and she said that they were expected at any time. I felt really bad for the server as she had at least 8 other tables that she was working, and she really did a great job considering what she was expected to do. This was one of the better Ruby Tuesday locations that I have stopped at. It was clean and the salad bar was well stocked and fresh. It was what I expect when I come to this Restaurant chain. My only issue was it was not properly staffed, and this was NO FAULT of the people working that day. They did a GREAT job! read more

The food was excellent! We had the salad bar and it was very fresh and tasty! The cheesy bread was also very good! And we enjoyed waitress was VERY pleasant! Great experience! read more

The service was good. Our waitress did a good job putting lipstick on the pig. Monday evening at 6:30. Out of burgers, out of pasta. The salad bar was mostly empty. Our waitress did a great job getting the salad bar restocked after I asked her about it. I love the dark bread croutons on the salad bar, they were apparently out with the pasta and burgers. Very disappointing experience. read more

Just a heads up to steer clear of this restaurant. There was in excess of ten flies buzzing around our table throughout the meal. We were not offered a flyswatter when requested, we were not offered a different table. Can only assume the flies had free access to the salad bar. In years past, the hostess would open the doors for arriving guests... I was on a knee scooter and the hostess simply looked through the doors at me. read more

Oh gee --- I tried to really think about how I could rate this experience better than 1.. The server was a 4 as she was trying her best.... but if this is how this place is managed... will never go to another Ruby Tuesday's again. Went to Ruby Tuesday's across the street from our hotel. Tried to go to a Mexican restaurant which is normal for us when out of town --- but it was Cinco De Mayo so ---- all forget going to a Mexican restaurant unless you want to wait for an hour and ... well... never mind. The parking lot was nearly empty so thought a good choice.... WRONG!!! Only two servers and one bartender. Most of the tables were empty because no one was working. Hostess was sweet, kind, and very nice!! Told us it would be about a 25 minute wait so ... we did. Once we were seated we decided to share a few Mexican appetizers since Mexican food is one of our favorites and the salad bar looked less than appealing --- which was the original plan. Ordered two appetizers -- one was the nachos and didn't want the bbq sauce (yes, on chicken nachos) so asked if we could get salsa. The server was very accommodating... We also ordered the bean and chicken quesadilla. Food came up in about 20 min which was okay based on the fact that very few people were working. The food was warm at best --- the quesadilla was about a 6 and was pretty good --- light on fillings and seemed like a small portion --- but the best food we had! The nachos --- Well --- really, really not good!! The chicken was not cool but seemed to come out of the refrigerator.. The cheese was lumped like nacho cheese but lumpy and cool... The salsa --- well, it was the warmest food on the plate but it wasn't salsa -- IT WAS MARINARA!!! Our server came by and I kindly let her know that the kitchen probably accidentally gave us marinara instead of salsa... and she said ---- "They said they are out of salsa and this was the closest thing they had.." WHAT???? A side a marinara with our nachos and they thought we wouldn't notice it wasn't salsa??????????????????? $30 later and we should have gone to Taco Bell for a much BETTER DINNER as this was the horrible!!! Tipped our server for doing a great job as we were thankful she came to work. Ruby Tuesdays --- WOW --- Never so disappointed. Before COVID and the world we used to live would have never put up with this... Thanks for coming to work --- Good luck staying open with this type of food! read more

We stopped in around noon on a Friday. They only had one server working. It took us forever just to get water, and when we finally did it smelled terrible...like dirty feet. After waiting another 15 minutes with no service, we decided to leave. We will never be back. Do NOT recommend. read more

My son and I got the smothered bbq sirloin. The sirloin was tough as leather! And, they didn't put bacon on it as advertised. Service was good. It's pretty bad when the broccoli was the best thing on the plate! read more

We were on the road heading to Arizona. We stopped at the Ruby Tuesday's for lunch. We ordered our meal to go to eat it in the RV. The Backyard BBQ salad was nothing but burnt chicken (no BBQ sauce) and lettuce. It was missing all of the other ingredients, including the dressing. Returned it for a new one. This time it had all the ingredients but very little lettuce. The BBQ sauce was drenched on the salad, and it had the same burnt chicken as I took a bite out of the one I returned. There was the piece I ate. The restaurant was empty so there was no reason for this type of service. Definitely not worth the $14.00. read more

This is my 2nd time eating at this location, sadly this time it wasn't as pleasant. My Mother got the wrong order, (They did however try to make things right and covered the order.) Sadly our waitress was slacking, she didn't pick up dirty dishes or ask if we needed anything. We had to flag her down. Also the salad bar is amazing!!!!! So many options and everything was filled and fresh. We had a order of alcoholic beverages and they all were very tasty. Overall a decent experience and most likely will try it again when I'm in town. read more

So we are doing the historic Route66 and needed a good dinner during the pandemic. Just happened to see this Ruby Tuesday and thought they might be open. Not until Friday but the manager, Sam, was absolutely wonderful. He brought a table outside so we could enjoy a great dinner. Our lovely waitress, Jan, did a great job. Very personal. It was so nice to sit and enjoy a tasty meal during this crazy time. Hubby had a 6 oz. steak that was cooked to perfection and I had chicken in a cream, mushroom sauce that was to die for. If we ever get back to area will definitely stop again. read more

Wife and I ordered Bacon Club Sandwhich and Ultimate Crispy Chicken Sandwich with tater tots and fries and coffee and iced tea. Food was delivered with no tomatoes on the sandwiches. We told a staff member who talked to our waitress. She came back and told us they were out of tomatoes. Nobody ever asked us if that was ok. They just delivered the food and assumed we wouldn't notice. The tomatoes are an important part of the sandwich! Likewise there were maybe 10 tater tots on my plate, emphasis on maybe. read more

Ok place. It wasn't busy because we hit mid afternoon traveling home from vacation. My only frustration is with our steaks and the time it took for being practically empty. My husband and I both ordered medium well steaks. His came out well done and super dry for a $20 meal. Mine was very juicy and had some blood still running which isn't typically what I see with medium well. Pretzel sticks were yummy and the portions on the kids pasta was huge! So that was nice. Just don't ask our temperature if you're not going to be consistent and the same. read more

I would say this is the best restaurant option in town. Our waitress was so nice and friendly, could almost say she was bubbly. I don't have any complaints on the staff or service. We walked in on a Friday night and were seated right away. I had the New Orleans Seafood plate with broccoli and a loaded baked potato. I think next time I'll go with an old fashioned burger. They looked pretty good and seem to have a good amount of burger options. read more

One of my fat places the freshest salad bar. Always clean and quick service! Very customer friendly

Service was good, food was not. We had four orders and three were not correct or were bad. One of the staff was very rude and when we told him he didn't need to use ugly rude language he said "scr-w you". I refused to finish the meal or pay to be insulted. read more

I came here to meet some friends and to eat. When I came in, the people in the front were friendly. He sat me down, he also took what I wanted to drink. Seconds later he got me my drink. Apparently, my friends weren't here yet. So, the waiter gave me small biscuits. Like, they weren't those red lobster biscuits! They're smaller then them! When my friends arrived. The waiter took their drinks and our order. About 40 minutes later the food came. We ate our food. The bill came. The bill was expensive!!! I like this place. "The food is great! But, the bill is expensive!" read more

Non accommodating to vegetarians. First I asked what they that was vegetarian and I was told two things. Then I had to punt out that there was a salad bar, spinach dip, and a few other things. Wanted a sampler plate and wanted to substitute the wings for something else and we were told, absolutely not!!! Made no sense. The minute we sat down the waitress wanted our order. We weren't even there for 5 minutes. read more

We stopped here while traveling and we weren't sure what to expect, as we'd never been to a Ruby Tuesday before. We were pleasantly surprised! Our waitress was friendly and accomodating, we didn't have to wait long, and the food was delicious! The steaks were tender and juicy! Our kids loved their food, which is impossible sometimes! We will happily stop at a Ruby Tuesday again, if we come upon one in the future! read more

1 because I cant give a 0. Gross!!! We ordered online and the whole order was messed up. The mashed potatoes that we didn't even order were gray in color and inedible. Probably sat there for days. The ribs were disgusting and tasted like they've been sitting there for a while as well. The lettuce in the salad was almost slimy textured, sour and brown. Very disappointed. Don't recommend.
