Jack in the Box - Burgers Near Me - Litchfield, Illinois

The hours are wrong. They are not open at 11 pm on a Thursday. They had 4 cars in the driveway and everyone pulled out.

this place is HORRIBLE the food is gross , stale , and cold and not to mention some guy got mad and started screaming and shouting loud acting like a maniac towards my mom which is crazy to me because it was over her trying to get the workers attention. this place needs to be closed down it sucks and I don't recommend AT ALL. Thank you and please check into this they also don't even make your order right like they forgot a whole item (onion rings). so yeah don't go here please!!! read more

Not exactly customer friendly the lobby was slightly dirty I would say half of the tables aren't cleaned but I've always loved their tacos here read more

Women's bathroom is a mess. There is no soap in the bathroom. Pretty gross for a place that serves food.

Literally the worst Jack in the box I've ever been to. Waited at the front counter to order for a solid 10 minutes while multiple employees walked by me and didn't acknowledge I was there. My husband and I decided to try the drive through- maybe we'd get acknowledged there. Pull up and are immediately asked to wait even though no one was inside. We sat there for another 5 minutes. Ended up having to ask to order and the woman replied with "give me moment please" so we said fk that and went elsewhere. Yall should be embarrassed of this shitty ass service. If I could give zero stars I WOULD read more

Tye BEST Jack in the Box I've ever visited. The team was fast, and the food was great and I rarely write let alone even go to fast food restaurants very often. Happen to be traveling and stopped for some take out. Highly recommend this location. The cook is awesome! read more

Jack in the Box - Ultimate chicken sandwich - Burgers Near Me - Litchfield, Illinois

Was in Litchfield today and decided to stop at the Jack-in-the-Box for a chicken combo . I opened my bag I had half a container of fries. Since I was already driving, I said forget about it, I don't need a ton of fries anyway. After getting about 8 miles down the highway I opened my chicken sandwich and found a chicken sandwich that was about 3" x 3 1/2"! I immediately turned around and decided to go back to the Jack-in-the-Box. I told them that they gave me half a container of fries and I overlooked that but when I saw this tiny piece of chicken batter, I decided to drive back up here. She did say sorry about that but she also said that happens all the time Crappy customer service in my opinion because I drove 8 miles back up the highway and all they did was replace the chicken sandwich that they should've gotten right the first time. No extra fries or anything. read more

Zero stars. DO NOT GO HERE!!! TERRIBLE!!!! They take your money and send you "to spot number 2 and if it's taken park anywhere close to the building" then make you wait over 50 minutes then get your order wrong. You want to leave but they already took your money. It's horrible. Don't waste your time or money here. This place needs to close. read more

Don't sell a sandwich if the toaster isn't working. Worst sourdough jack ever.Nobody in the place and waited 15 minutes for this.

Came back to this Jack on my way home from St Louis June of 23. Glad to announce a much better experience. Clean floors, clean tables, clean washrooms, and great service. Still needs a little work on keeping the entry and exit doors clean. Thank you management and staff I will be back read more

Good service and the food was excellent! I would definitely stop at this location when I'm up here again.

All I can say is disgusting!! Visited 9/22/22 After ordering my food and just about finished eating the employee comes around from the back counter and is dressed so filthy and dirty! I can't believe a manager would let anyone come to work dressed like she just finished giving my car an oil change! Her friends showed up and they were all outside where I got the pic before they went back inside. The photo don't even give justice as to how dirty her shirt was. There was no ice in the machine, food does not look anything like pictures not even close to it. Fries seem old like they were sitting there cheese on them was dry and hard. I don't ever leave reviews and got this app just to do so for this establishment. read more

Jack in the Box - Dirty employee and her friends going in and out of jack n the box - Burgers Near Me - Litchfield, Illinois

Ordered the free burger from T-Mobile over New Year's Eve weekend. Used the phone app and checked pick up at counter. App said ready in 9 minutes. We immediately walked in and waited. Name never called. Asked the lady are those 2 sacks sitting by the drive up ours? Sure enough. We made them remake em. Fries were soggy and. Sandwich was cold. The remake was not much better. Later learned that one person quit on the spot that day. Bottom line, we don't recommend this place at all. It all comes down to lack of good management. read more

Stopped here on a road trip from Chicago. Service was a bit slow, food was okay. Maybe go to another fast food chain in the area if you're looking to eat and get back on the road right away. read more

1st place I hit when I come back to the St. Louis area: Litchfield exit off 55 for gas up and Jack in the Box Sourdough and Tacos. I sure do miss this fast food restaurant so I have to get my fill while in town. Funny the things we miss when we move away. read more

Drive thru is a little bit slow sometimes but the food is good and the staff is friendly.

We have ordered twice from this place. The first time they said my husband was confused. Wrong...the second time we ordered breakfast platters that consisted of scrambled eggs, hash browns, sausage and or bacon. They make sandwiches with these ingredients as well. We were told they didn't have the ingredients to make the platters today but they will tomorrow. So how are they making things like sourdough jacks (has bacon), bacon, egg, and cheese breakfast jacks, sourdough breakfast jacks (has bacon, ham, egg), etc.? Poor service. Maybe corporate needs to go in there and clean house. Perhaps they need to hire people who want to do their job. read more

Not very good. Both burgers tasted as if they were sitting under the warming lamp for a long while. The onion rings tasted old. read more

first off couldn't hear the lady on the speaker, then when we got to the front she just threw the dam card reader out the window at us. the wait took like 10/15 minutes and then the food came out cold. and mind you this is in the middle of the night so I gave them the shout of the doubt. I ate the fries they were so bad I had to feed them to my dogs. and tell me why their was a curly white/ blonde ish hair in my dam fries. at 2 of the chicken tenders they had no flavor. and tell me how now I possibly have food poisoning. I'm throwing up and constantly on the toilet. my head is hurting so bad and my stomach burns like I gotta throw up again. if y'all can't get employees to do the night shift. don't be having the open 24 hours. do better. read more

Went to the location off Route 52 IL. Half of the Order took over 20 minutes to come out and when it came out, it was wrong. I went inside to get the order fixed and was told it was coming out with the rest of the order. I waited a little longer for it to be fixed and the line of people waiting to order and waiting for food was huge. With no help due to one person at the cash registers, left the wrong order on the counter and drove away receiving nothing but losing my money. read more

Nothing else was open so I went here at 10pm, the food was great, very warm and tasted great. The service was awesome, the lady who took my order was super polite and the guy who brought the food to my car was fast and made sure I had everything and didn't need anything else. Would definitely recommend. read more

I have never stopped at a Jack in the box before. All I can say is Thank you for being open Christmas day. We needed. To travel a long distance on Christmas day. Not knowing if anything would be open I packed some peanut butter sandwiches. While getting gas we noticed that you were open. Again, Thank you. The staff was efficient and polite. The food was hot and good. Being that you were understaffed and the only restaurant that was open they were doing great. Merry Christmas and thank you to all of you. read more

1 Corvette Drive. Sounds fancy right? Thats because a Jack in the Box is here. Jack in the Box as you should know, is THE BEST fast food chain (tied with In-and-Out) ever. Breakfast served all day, any side item you could ever want (including but not limited to: bacon n cheddar potato wedges, fries, curly fries, mozzarella sticks, onion rings, tacos, jalapeno poppers, cookies n cream real ice cream shakes) The ultimate cheeseburger ordered OG style (no ketchup or mustard, extra mayo onion sauce) with curly fries and a orange soda is to die for. They told me many Chicagoans make the trip down here for some good J in the B. I can see why. I would come down here every day if there was enough oil and time in the world. read more

Drive thru worker was not wearing masks properly, the masks were far under the nose almost exposing the mouth. Not following COVID procedures well at all. They also did not fill up drinks all the way, one of the cups ordered was only filled around 70% of the way up. read more

Went here during lunch time and we were the second customer so didn't have to wait in line. The spicy chicken sandwich and fries were delicious! Fresh made and hot. The dining area and restroom were very clean. Fast service. The only thing o didn't liked about this place was that it didn't give out a lot of napkins. read more

i got a jr bacon cheeseburger and asked for no cheese but they said no like you can't make it with no cheese come on now

The boy making my food wiped his gloves on his dirty pants so he could pull out his germ-ridden cell phone and look at it. He put it back in his pocket and then grabbed my burrito wrap. I nicely asked one of the girls if he could change his gloves, explaining that I'm a nurse so I'm very conscious of germs. He and another girl went off to the side to talk about it, shrugged their shoulders, and he said, "I don't care." I got my money back and left. read more

Tried to call a large order in over the phone was told to do it on the app and hung up on. Against my better judgement I placed the order went to pick it up and it was wrong so I called them and they offered to fix the order. Drove back to pick the order up and was greeted at the drive up with the woman saying '' just so you know it will be 30 minutes or more. I explained the situation and that I called and she said oh congrats your order is one that is up so I pulled up and at the window the order was still wrong and Heather and Corey were the employees names and they were both very rude. I only gave one star because it wouldn't let me give none. This was at the Litchfield Illinois location read more

2 for 1 tacos! I think so. The only food I honestly get would be the tacos and cheeseburgers. They could be a little faster. Kinda think it's silly when I ask for 2 or more things of ranch they throw a huge ordeal about it. But I understand, you have to follow rules and regulations. read more

Traveling from Michigan Extremely rude lady at the front counter said we're closing in ten minutes when I'm ordering a to go order. Treated me like dirt because she was working overtime. The manager literally yelled at another customer said the lobby is closed and they need to leave mind you this was 10:55 and the lobby closes at 11 while drive through stays open until midnight. After he kicked the other customer out he didn't notice I was there and blurted the "F" bomb a couple of times. I will not be back to this location if I'm ever in the area. read more

very slow service. cold food. cook lacked the ability to assemble an order

My buddies were in the mood for Tacos and said that Jack in the Box puts Taco Bell to shame. I had never had Tacos from Jack in the Box so I was ready to give them a try, I'm glad I did! We went through and Ordered 24 tacos which are 2 for a dollar, so it was a pretty good deal. The guy that took our order seemed to be a little shocked when we ordered 24 tacos, but it didn't slow them down at all. The tacos we got were very good, they were a little spicy but not overly spicy, and the hardshell was closed unlike Taco Bell, so there was a limited mess. My buddy, and I ate 6 tacos each. I can now vouch that the Tacos are better than Taco Bell! read more

Wtf did I just eat.... Yes I know it was fast food but it was reeeeeaaaalllly bad fast food. I would rather eat McDonalds and that's pretty bad. Had to repeat my order because cashier wasn't listening then our order was put in wrong. My overcharged garlic fries just had one little squirt of garlic sauce in the middle and there was more lettuce on my "fajita" pita than there was pita or anything else. I was confused by what I was eating . never again read more

I came here for lunch and ordered a grilled chicken salad. It was not good at all... The greens were wilting and gross. All I ate was the chicken itself.
