I LOVE Taco Bell. So clean, fast with the food, not super expensive. I don't really like the lobby though. Just doesn't feel cozy enough. Especially when you have a big group of friends ready to eat and relax after a long day at work. read more

This particular Taco Bell establishment consistently delivers a substandard dining experience, with food quality issues persisting over several years. I recommend seeking alternative dining options in a different locality. read more

this is the worst restaurant in this area. first you have to order yourself. the dining room is always dirty. tonight I ordered 4 things three were wrong. when I took the food to the counter the employee just stood there staring at me like I was speaking a foreign language. the soda machine area was dirty and all the sodas needs attention. this is the poorest excuse for a restaurant I've ever been too. no more trips there. if we wanted to wait on ourselves we would have been staying home. sad but true. read more

It's a new TB so of course it's bright and shiny. When I arrived staff immediately acknowledged me and my mobile order. The order came up in moments. When I asked to buy a drink I'd forgotten to include the manager said, "Forget it. It's on the house." read more

They messed up the whole order. We ordered a crunch wrap supreme with cinnamon twists and they gave us half of a quesadilla and nacho fries, you have 1 job #wiated 20 minutes on top of that read more

came through with a trailer. one worker said i could do a walk up order. got to the window and manager would not allow it and was a complete a**hole about it. i get it's against policy but he could've been a lot nicer about it read more

Compared to other Taco Bell locations - this one is disappointing. Always forget some part of my order. Quality is fine, not great. Servers are rarely pleasant to deal with. read more

worst customer service ever... actually no customer service lol... went inside because the drive-through is packed... no one at the counter, no one to explain what's going look up and read the signs... I will never do that again read more

Taco Bell - Fast Food Near Me - Litchfield, Illinois

If you have any bills made before 1990 you can't buy food there because there isn't a magnetic strip in them... Therefore they won't drop in their safe... Bogus af read more

Literally every Sunday or whatever day there lobby isn't open. Which makes there drive thru shit to come into.

I was on a band trip and our bus stopped to get some dinner in the surrounding fast food restaurants. So we see Taco Bell and wanna stop. We start walking up to the lobby and they lock the lobby right in front of our faces before we get in. But the Taco Bell closes at 2 a.m. I didn't see any "lobby closed due to Covid either" so to me it just seemed bogus and lazy. read more

Such a friendly Taco Bell!!! Super accommodating to my dietary needs (realized I was ordering vegan!!!) rare! I hope tbell passes this on to them because fast food workers normally couldn't care less. read more

Taco Bell - Fast Food Near Me - Litchfield, Illinois

Came to this place at 2:57 in the morning with a few friends after we called and asked if we could make an order and they said that they the store closes at 3 regardless if we made and order before we arrived. When when we arrived we were delighted to hear that they would give us a 12-pack of tacos for free because their grill was inoperable. Thanks again Nevaeh. Definitely made fucking my car up worth it read more

Have never had a problem until this evening. Guy who took the order was stoned, had to repeat several times and still did not get right. Called the manager on duty, she said she just got there and wasn't her fault. Way to go Taco bell !!! Hiring pieces of crap !!! read more

What a disaster !! Stopped for lunch. Must have been no manager on duty. Some kid came through spot mopping the floor while the restaurant is full ! Kid next to us went up to order some cinnamon crisps and 20 minutes later not ready. We ordered 2 tacos 1 soft regular and 1 crisp supreme. They were reversed. May want to avoid at busy times or when traveling. We are traveling and there 45 minutes. Bad !! read more

The service was absurdly long for a very simple order. We waited 25 minutes for a small order in an empty restaurant. We ended up turning a few customers away to save themselves from the wait for the "fast" food. And then after the massive wait we got our food and it wasn't even correct. The wait was so long we didn't even bother to go back in because we didn't want to wait for another half hour to get the right order. Overall without a doubt the worst Taco Bell we have ever been to. Would give negative stars if I could. read more

Every time I order a soft taco or anything else I order it plain, but everytime they put lettuce and tomatoes on it I know they can do better. read more

I come to taco bell quite often, but I am not too happy. I came through the drive-thru tonight and there was a guy I know of, riding his bike around in the drive-thru. He knows one of the employees that was working tonight, Becca. I told him to be careful, and to watch out for my car. He came flying through when I was ordering and wrecked and then got up and was walking his bike by my car he got too close and scratched it. I JUST got things fixed on my car today. When I got to the window I even said something about it, but it seemed like it did not matter. There was also a blue truck ahead of me, I nor anyone should have to be worried about their cars getting scratched up while in the drive-thru. read more

Love a good soft taco! Always nice! Never had an issue here! I could eat 10 if i was offered. Lol

The drivethrough is shockingly long wait. But service is friendly and yummy. The only thing i would suggest is to go in because the drive through takes way to long. read more
