Literally every Sunday or whatever day there lobby isn't open. Which makes there drive thru shit to come into.

I was on a band trip and our bus stopped to get some dinner in the surrounding fast food restaurants. So we see Taco Bell and wanna stop. We start walking up to the lobby and they lock the lobby right in front of our faces before we get in. But the Taco Bell closes at 2 a.m. I didn't see any "lobby closed due to Covid either" so to me it just seemed bogus and lazy. read more

What a disaster !! Stopped for lunch. Must have been no manager on duty. Some kid came through spot mopping the floor while the restaurant is full ! Kid next to us went up to order some cinnamon crisps and 20 minutes later not ready. We ordered 2 tacos 1 soft regular and 1 crisp supreme. They were reversed. The service was absurdly long for a very simple order. We waited 25 minutes for a small order in an empty restaurant. We ended up turning a few customers away to save themselves from the wait for the "fast" food. And then after the massive wait we got our food and it wasn't even correct. The wait was so long we didn't even bother to go back in because we didn't want to wait for another half hour to get the right order. Overall without a doubt the worst Taco Bell we have ever been to. I come to taco bell quite often, but I am not too happy. I came through the drive-thru tonight and there was a guy I know of, riding his bike around in the drive-thru. He knows one of the employees that was working tonight, Becca. I told him to be careful, and to watch out for my car. He came flying through when I was ordering and wrecked and then got up and was walking his bike by my car he got too close and scratched it. I JUST got things fixed on my car today. When I got to the window I even said something about it, but it seemed like it did not matter.
