We go here once a month and usually just for the salad bar. Today, around 1pm when we walked up to the bar not one plate was clean and the salad bar itself was overall messy. I asked for new plates to be brought out and was told that employees were not allowed to touch the plates...they just run them through the dish washer. There were black specks on every plate and several still had egg or greens on them. Gross. Our server was also the bartender however there was only one other person in the bar area and the lunch rush if there was one was well over. She was slow to greet us and never checked if we needed drink refills. I had to approach her for extra napkins. I am sorry to say this will be our last visit to Ruby Tuesday. Honestly, this business has really deteriorated over the last year or so. I would give them 0 stars but that is not an option. read more

I ordered the catfish and fries and my cousin ordered the chicken parm handheld with fries. We got coconut shrimp to share. The service was great, our server was pretty cool, he was pretty attentive. We just wanted a quick and affordable meal when we were in the Regency area, so we decided on Ruby Tuesday. They have some good deals throughout the week and we ended up on a day where Kids Eat Free, $9.99 Cheesesteak Meal and a $9.99 Fish and Chips deal! So, it was practically a steal for dinner! I always have loved the salad bar at Ruby Tuesday as I love my salads! Their salad bar was pretty good but there were some items that didn't look too fresh. But, overall I was satisfied. I had their endless soup and salad. The family got some other items including their daily special. They were happy and we had an awesome server which made it a good experience. The food was just ok nothing stood out and extremely overpriced for what we had the shrimp was tiny and the so called Texas toast was a regular slice of white bread. I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich but got a plain one. My waitress never checked back with me until it was time to pay the bill. There was hardly anyone there so service was poor. Also I heard her tell the specials to couple that came in after me. I guess because I was dining alone I wasn't important enough to be told. Stop in for lunch. Ruby Tuesday's has one my favorite salad bars. I wanted the salad bar so I got there fairly early. Pros: The salad bar was good. Everything that was out looked and tasted fresh. They had disposable gloves to put on before you made your salad. All of our food was good. The wait staff have on a mask. Cons: The service was a little slow to be early. The host came to take our drink order after we waited a while for our server. The women's bathroom looked like it had not be cleaned. The toilets were dirty. The restaurant is decorated beautifully, but the paint on the walls is off in some places. Could use some touch ups in some places. Overall our food was good. Our takeout order last week was a Special with ribs and steak and was so so delicious and a real bargain. Loved the ribs! Steak was a bit tough for us but wish we had a to go menu since we order our 5 to 6 times weekly and I definitely want to try more menu items. The bourbon sauce was yummy and a great choice. We decided to come here because they were having a limited deal of unlimited salad bar and ruby cheeseburger for $9.99. Our waiter was brand new and he was pretty good. We loaded up our salads and ate it all while we were waiting for our food. Salad 10/10! We got the hamburger and fries which alone usually cost $11 the fries were more on the soggy side than crisp. The hamburger in general would've been amazing if it had seasoning on it. Ruby hamburger 6/10. If you ever come here I recommend to try the salad every time! read more

Had not been here in so long cause our local one is always closed after the pandemic. We finally got to go back to what once was one of our favorite places for drinks and snacks. The place was not bad even though it wasn't the cleanest . Some dust on the pictures on the walls. I got my usual salad bar and my wife got a steak which was surprisingly very good. This was on a Wednesday and we were greeted with the whiskey Wednesday promotion. Marking down Wednesday for Ruby Tuesday on my calendar from now on. Got the new guac smash burger that looked delicious on the menu, in the pic the meat were hanging off the sides. When it came out the piece's of meat were so tiny you couldn't even see the meat inside the bun. It was actually smaller than a Krystal patty. Looked like someone smashed 2 small meatballs and threw them on a bun. Every time I tried to take a bite it would slide off the bun it was so small. I would up taking it off the bun, which gave me about 3 bites of meat. And it was $15! I will never return there again. Now I understand why there were only a few cars in the parking lot. And this was at noon. My only regret is I didn't take a picture. I think the unbelievable shock of how ridiculously tiny the patties were, made me forget to. The pic is what it was supposed to look like. The meat I got was 1/4 of the size. No jalapeño chips. And the guacamole was slimy! Disgusting. read more

This was my 2nd visit in a while. The food was pretty good. I love the salad bar. However, this visit some of the salad bar items like the Cole slaw did not taste fresh. I had the barbecue chicken nachos and did not care for them too much. My husband had a burger and said his food was good. They have seemed to go up on their prices with the top it was $60 for a burger, 1 drink, nachos and salad bar. Our server could not even get the name of my drink right. A quick heads up to anyone trying to get into this location: there is no direct entrance to the restaurant. You either have to get in through the gas station next door, or at the traffic light that's about a quarter of a mile before you even see the restaurant. So we drove right past it on the first attempt, and almost just decided to go somewhere else instead of going through the hassle of a U-turn, followed by hunting for a way into the parking lot. But scavenger hunt aside, we finally made it to the restaurant, and were greeted by a friendly hostess, and a less than friendly waitress. But whatever, the drinks came quick and she was prompt to take our orders. The restaurant was surprisingly empty for lunchtime on a Saturday. Another tip: don't be fooled by the banner out front that promises "Classic Twists for $7.99"...that menu is comprised of a whopping two sandwiches. That's it. Classic Twist indeed. But I ordered one anyway (the chicken one, not the burger one), and it was decent. However for a fried chicken sandwich topped with cheese, bacon, onion rings, and honey mustard, it wasn't as epic as you'd think. Overall this trip pretty much reminded me why I only go to Ruby Tuesday once every 3-4 years. It's not terrible food by any means, but it's not something that really strives to elevate itself above the chain restaurant barometer that is set by its competitors. read more

I visited the monument rd location. the first time I went I had the salad bar only, and I think that $13 is too much for what is offered. However, the choices were fresh and a staff member constantly brought out more. The next time thesalad bar was on sale and I paid $9, which is more accurate. The 3. Time my friend ordered a sirloin and was not happy at all. It was overcooked, and served with nothing, just a steak on a plate, no sauce, gravy, or garnish, just nothing. The steak was not seasoned and the whole rider was really disappointing. The ambience of the restaurant is a but dingy and worn out, but overall clean. The staff however, some of them looked really sloppy. One restocked the salad bar and just slapped the food into the bowls, not caring if some of it landed at the floor. When I asked about flatbread, he just mumbled and disappeared, very strange. Overall, the salad bar us ok, but only at the sale price. read more

They served me raw chicken! (I've attached pictures) I took a bite of the boneless chicken wings and immediately spit it out because I knew something was wrong. The chicken was uncooked. No manager came out to apologize or to comp my food. A manager should have apologized, comped the food I ordered, and given me a gift card. I've never eaten raw chicken in my life! Service was good and friendly, but I asked the server if the hamburgers were preformed and frozen like the kind you buy in the supermarket frozen food section and she said no we form them by hand. Well that statement was proven wrong my bacon cheeseburger came and I knew by looking at it it was a supermarket quality burger but I took one bite and it was confirmed. Don't know what happened with Ruby Tuesday but the last time I was at this restaurant the burgers were big enough you had to cut them in half to eat them but now you should just go though a drive thru and get a freaking happy meal. read more

This restaurant can be spotted easily on Monument road. Getting into the parking lot is not easy. There is no direct entrance from a street to the parking lot. You have to go through a gas station lot to get to the restaurant. There seems to have a newly remodeled inside. The outside is clean and nice condition. We felt like all tables and chairs were new.
